Awesome Experience! I walked into PC Richard in Norwalk in CT and was greeted by the fabulous Andres Bedoya! He sold me a Black and Decker toaster oven and I also was gifted Bedgear pillow ~ a performance pillow ~ allergy free!!! And Carlos Masso was a true gentleman/manager ~ had a great shopping experience! Don t settle for less ~ drop everything and see theses guys!!!

Great experience with Marco today. Extremely helpful and pleasant, we were in and out of the store so much quicker than expected because of the incredible service. This was our first time here and we will now be loyal to PC Richards!

Had the pleasure of dealing with a phenomenal salesman named Stephen, I was unsure of the television I wanted to purchase as I really didn't do my research. Needless to say he definitely made my decision much easier as he was very knowledgeable about product. If you're looking to purchase a television he's definitely the one you should seek out when doing so. Definitely 5 out 5 stars

Very professional, and has an amazing personality with a very extensive knowledge of all the products including how they were designed. He even enlightened me as to which mattress would be the perfect fit for me due to my particular issues. I would highly suggest that if you are even considering buying a mattress to go see Danny D as he is the most amazing person and his personality is so friendly and inviting I had no issues with walking up to him what so ever and talking to him. Again Thank you Danny you are an amazing person and one of the best sales associates I have ever met.

PC is my go-to place for appliances and electronics. I personally recommend Mark. He s patient, honest and highly educated in all products. Each time I am completely impressed with his professionalism and customer service. Although PC Richards overall customer service is second to none.Without a second thought I d recommend PC for consistently1) providing high product quality items2) ambiance is inviting and comfortable3) efficiency and punctuality are hallmarks of their service.

Braxton is a gem! My family has been working him for years, and bought what seems like countless appliances through him over the years. We needed 2 whole sets of kitchen appliances for our units and he was able to give us the best possible price, meet our budget, and warranty that can t be beat. It is always a pleasure to work with him (and Carlos!) - the peace of mind and customer service takes so much of the stress and uncertainty out of this process.

I went to PC Richard & Son Norwalk location to pick up my new 85 TV. Unfortunately it wouldn t fit in my car but the Norwalk team was able to quickly figure out a solution and have the TV delivered the next day. Very professional and like able team. Would recommend their store and service to anyone.

Bought 2 air conditioners in June 2023 for through the wall use. Just found out that one is meant for window installation - but I didn't read the fine print. The installers who came knew nothing, just wanted to install as fast as possible and get to the next job. Beware!!

Best customer service!!! 10/10. Honored a military discount for my family, which Best Buy wouldn't. They definitely know how to do business and were very helpful. Definitely coming back for my home & electronics!!
