Broke down 350 miles from home. Had another 180 miles to go to my destination. These guys are top shelf in my book. Had the parts in stock which allowed me to repair my truck immediately. Even gave me a jump to get it going. I recommend this place highly.........

They sent me a confirmation that my parts order was ready for pickup, but when I got there it wasn't there and they told me to come back tomorrow. Why send a confirmation that the order is ready for pickup when literally none of it is there? They said someone "misclicked" something, which I get, mistakes happen, but it's still a hassle to have to make an extra round trip because of their mistake. I guess next time I'll know not to trust their confirmation email and call ahead to confirm. On top of that the place reeks of cigarette smoke (and now my jacket does too) and none of the employees were masked despite the mask mandate. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because they owned up the the "misclick" that led to me making an unnecessary trip.

For German cars including VW , Audi , Mercedes , BMW, and Porsche , the recommended oil won t be found at any other auto parts in Norwalk . I checked em all. You need A3/B4. In VW speak that s VW 502 and above. NAPA has Liqui Moly A3/B4 in 5 quart jugs! Made in Germany!

SAT ON HOLD FOR 15 MINUTES JUST TO HAVE SOMEONE ANSWER AND SAY "ARE YOU STILL THERE?" TO WHICH I REPLIED "YES" AND HE PROCEEDED TO PUT ME BACK ON HOLD WITHOUT ANOTHER WORD. ONLY REASON IM GIVING TWO STARS IS BECAUSE SOME ACTUALLY DECIDED TO PICKUP THE PHONE
