My car had multiple issues with it and was still under warranty. The warranty company had lots of hoops to jump through but Kaiser and his team got all the work done under the warranty system so I ended up getting around $3000 worth of work done for free. Kaiser and his team were compassionate and personable.

Keyser and Casey and all the folks at Monro provide solid service. It is tough to trust service these days especially in the automotive industry. It comes down to the people. And the team at Monroe are good people that take great care of their customers, their Customers vehicles and take great pride in their work. I wish they did motorcycles also because I would bring it there as well!!

Keyser and his team are great! I know it sounds funny to say in relation to automotive services but they were caring and compassionate. I needed assistance with a family members car and they were able to work with me even though I m not local. They have a community focus. Highly recommend!

Very pleasant experience from start to finish. I was quoted at a more than fair price for all the work I needed done on my Honda. Although I could not get all the work done that day Keyser ensured I could come back and get the work done and he would do his best to look out for me. Keyser had a very warm way of making the customer (myself) feel at ease. I was provided with awesome customer service. Will be returning.

Came here after a different shop damaged a sensor. They had the part I needed brought over, installed, and test driven all within an hour. The manager Keyser kept me updated throughout the process. He made it a great experience. Thanks, team

Highly recommended anyone who needs any automotive services to use these guys if you can. Keyser, the store manager, was one of the most diligent honest mechanics I ve ever met, he def deserves a raise. Despite Hertz dropping on their end by giving me a rental with unsafe tires that went flat, he made sure everything was taken care of and got me back on the road in no time. We need more people like Keyser on this earth!

Seriously couldn t recommend this place more. I suddenly experienced an extreme safety issue an hour away from home. They took me in on short notice even when they were behind with other vehicles. My car was serviced within just hours and I was able to drive it home safely the same day. They kept me in the loop all day, communication was so easy. Everyone here is so HONEST, kind, and understanding. I had a horrible and expensive experience at the dealership who actually caused these issues! Monroe auto took that into account and I did not have to pay another fortune. I am so glad I came to this place, I have had a LOT of bad experiences at other mechanics/dealerships so this was like a breath of fresh air, seriously. Kai+crew, you are all the BEST!!!!! We need more people like you all. I know you all do this every day but it truly means so much to me after being thru hell and back! You all rock!!!!!! :) Thank you again!

Fast and efficient, and very helpful. Only place open on a Saturday late afternoon - very thankful they were, otherwise wouldn't have had a car until Monday.

On a Friday the brake light fault popped up on our Jeep Grand Cherokee. Garavel Jeep, where we had all our work done, told us they couldn't service the brake failure for 3 weeks. Keyser, the Monro manager, serviced the fault on Monday with courtesy and competitive prices. He called us often to let us know how the repair was progressing. Doesn't get much better.

Bought a set of tires on Amazon - had them shipped to this store. Showed up on time, they had me in and out in under 25 minutes. Kaiser, the manager, is extremely pleasant to work with and an extreme professional. This is definitely a shop I will be taking my car to. Highly recommend.

I had a flat tire upon leaving work. I brought my car over and all the mechanics were extremely helpful. Keyser ensure the transaction went smoothly and I left feeling extremely confident in the performance of my car. THANKS A-LOT GUYS.

I called this morning at 9am and made an 11am appointment with Keyser (store Manager) for the CT Auto Emissions Inspection. Keyser asked that if I was going to be late I should call or text 15 minutes in advance of 11am. I arrived on time at 11:08am and checked in. The vehicle was brought into the testing bay within 10 minutes and was finished, passed, and checked out at 11:31am (23 minutes from my arrival time). While I was waiting, another customer called to move his appointment from today to tomorrow. Keyser completely accomodated the customer with the same time appointment the following day.Keyser was polite, friendly and professional in every respect. I was extremely happy with my experience, and will make Monro Auto Service #0522 in Norwalk my first choice for CT emissions inspections in the future.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I made an appointment for emission testing for 4 pm. I arrived a few minutes early and the manager told me it would be 20 minutes because there were cars in front of me. They weren t emission testing those cars. They were in the bays. After 30 minutes I asked a mechanic how much longer. He went to ask the manager whom I saw walking through the bays. No one ever came out to speak to me. After 35 minutes I left and went down the street to Hank Mays. I waited 3 minutes. I wish I went there to begin with

Going to the mechanics as a woman can be complicated. The manager seemed unfriendly at first, however he went above and beyond to fix my issue & resolved something my previous mechanic couldn t. The best part is that I didn t mention it as a reason for my visit & he fixed anyway. Immediately gained my trust & loyalty moving forward!!!Repairs were completed within the day.

Recently moved to Norwalk this year and wasn't sure which auto repair shop to go to. Decided to go to Monro after reading the good reviews on here. I have to give it to Rob. Very honest and humble person to talk to. Explains to you exactly whats wrong with your car, gives you a good price, man of his word when it comes to warranties, definitely deserves a raise or a promotion. My car was fixed relatively quick and very pleased with the work done by his team. Would definitely come back.

Scheduled appointment for 4pm same day. Arrived at 3:55 and was told "oh, I was going to call... we can't perform the service today because we don't have any mechanics." Rescheduled for 8am same week. Arrived and was told tire change is 2 hours. Tire change was performed by the individual that told me they didn't have mechanics 3 days prior!?!? Well, 1h45m later I was told they can't perform alignment because another vehicle was on the designated lift. This facility is unprofessional and inefficient! I do not recommend this place.

I always got my oil change there, for only one reason; Tire rotation is included in it I love it.No need to pay for $30 more that.

I came in on a Saturday morning with noisy brakes. In and out in less than 2 hours. Amazing service! Manager Rob even applied a discount coupon which I was unaware of saving me $65 for rear rotors and pads. He confirmed what I already knew and he didn t that my front brakes did not need service as I had them serviced 9 months ago. So honest as well!!

I brought my 2017 Ford Escape in on a VERY busy Saturday and Rob (the manager) squeezed me in anyway. I needed front and rear rotors, new brake pads all around, and a brake line flush and fill. Even though I was a walk-in and needed major, labor intensive work done, Rob and his team provided amazing service and had me on my way in a matter of hours. Monro in Norwalk provides the quintessential customer service! They are friendly, quick, efficient and highly skilled. HIGHLY recommended.

Great customer service and prices. They're very professional. Rob (store manager) gives you all discounts available for the best price. Warranty and services suggested are well explained. They are following CDC guidelines during COVID of wearing masks. Very satisfied with the installation of my 4 new all-season tires, rotation and alignment. Thanks Monro team! Will be coming back for other services needed and recommending you guys to other family and friends.
