Dealerships are dealerships but McMahon Ford goes above and beyond. The owner Chris gets very involved and takes all of his customers very serious and really does care he is one of the most ethical people you'll ever meet. I can't speak on this service yet before I have not had any thing major done. But with any service department try to get your pricing up front and have them commit to a date when you can pick it up. And stay on top of them.

Everyone is friendly and answer all your questions the wait time is quick everyone is organize Rich went over all details with the car features they work with you and are fair to pricing the financing manager is very organized and explains every thing correctly big up to AL for his professionalism and going over every detail and paper work with the car I ve purchased I ve been with ford for 12 plus years see them again realSoon so for no complaints

This is the worst car service, the workers dont bother to check in the computer about if youre covered by the warranty or not. The three workers in the front desk on computers are very rude and do not care about helping . Everytime I go there I always have the worst experience. Its everything about money they dont even wanna check in their system if you have the warranty and they dont care about helping. Im pretty sure that their good reviews are their friends or family members because im not the only one who has bad experiences with these people and people I know would rather go to other places for their car service. Its them their family or friends writing good reviews because theres no way they care about customer service. Dont go here.

I found purchasing my new ride at McMahon an easy experience. Gabe was very efficient and moved along at the speed I desired. The dealership owners were pleasant and caring. Everyone made it easy to purchase!

Told a defective hub was perfectly safe to drive on until the parts came in (they said it was back ordered and would take about 1 month). Magically the parts arrived when documentation stating it was safe to drive was requested. Gas lighting 101. At least know your customer before you attempt such poorly thought out tactics. 2 stars only as they actually provided the repairs they said they would. Needs improvement with customer relations/service.Dropped 1 star for caring more about this review then the actual customer. Received MULTIPLE calls about the review.

Had a wonderful experience at McMahon Ford recently purchasing a new Bronco Sport Outer Banks. We were taken care of nicely by Cheryl, who went above and beyond to make our experience exceptional! She was very professional, thorough and a great person to work with. Upon taking delivery of our new Bronco, Al over in finance made the whole process seamless, with no stress. Great team of folks over there, will refer anyone I know who's looking for a Ford, to go see the team at McMahon Ford in Norwalk, CT

I had a bad experience with the service department. I had gotten a couple of notices on some recalls, and when I asked about them, it took them a while to find them in the system. Then, after scheduling the recall service and asking about a loaner, the car would be worked on for a few days, and I needed a way to get around. When I showed up, they seemed to have forgotten I was coming and had to verify if the parts were in. There was no loaner car, and now I'm stuck using Uber until my car is fixed.I'm glad I don't have any more work that will need to be done there anymore. Would not recommend it.

If I could give 10 stars I would. I was in the market for a 2023 Raptor R and Cheryl Huse made it happen. She recognized my passion for the Ford Raptor and quickly got me connected with her team at McMahon. Cheryl is a car enthusiast and loves Fords. Her passion for the Ford Brand (and V8s) made the process enjoyable and rewarding. She went above and beyond which was important for a large purchase like the 2023 Raptor R. This vehicle was highly anticipated and Cheryl was always available to answer my questions about timing, pricing and next steps. She proactively reached out to me throughout the process and let me know the minute it arrived at the dealership. She took the time to research the vehicle and its technology (including Sync 4) and was very helpful explaining it to me upon delivery. Cheryl also has followed up with me to ensure everything is going well with the Raptor R and if I needed anything else which is another example of her passion and customer centric service. Thank you Cheryl and McMahon Ford (Al the finance guy was great too)!

The team at Ford McMahon is great. The whole process ran smoothly from the salesperson Cheryl to Al who got all the paperwork together. Cheryl was so personable, and we are thankful for all that she did to help us. I look forward to coming back to this dealership in the future!

What a great experience it was to purchase from McMahon Ford. I highly recommend working with Cheryl Huse she truly restored my faith in humanity. Cheryl was courteous, straightforward, and genuinely cared about helping me find a safe and reliable car for myself and my family. Cheryl is an asset to the Ford family, and it is her selling style that should be the standard for all car sales. Absolutely the worst service department I've dealt with in the 45 years I've been driving.Their automatically generated answer posted below at 3am is a perfect example of the satisfaction you will receive from McMahon's service department. I don't want to discuss anything. I wanted my car fixed. A simple minor alignment adjustment. I wouldn't recommend bringing a tricycle to get fixed at this place.

It was the worst experience I ever had when purchasing a new car .I told the sales person that I like the blue truck, he replied is black I said it 2 more times that the truck to me was blue .At that point I did not think much it.I end up buying the truck .When I got home 30 minutes later I take look at the paperwork and they register my brand new blue pick up as black .Turn around went back spoke to sales person and the person whom did the paperwork and both said that is ok to register a blue truck as black , that s it . Not sorry, not can we fixed .

I had a wonderful experience with this dealership. Cheryl and Al were excellent to work with from beginning to end. I was in a hard situation, but that did not deter them! They advocated for me and worked out financing that I could afford and suited my needs! Cheryl went the extra mile and picked out the perfect car for me! Extremely happy with the outcome!

Big shoutout to Mychael and the technicians at McMahon Ford, who went out of their way to take care of an issue occurred during a recall service, which would cost $$$ if we end up replacing the part (not covered by Ford). Will def do business again.

This was an unexpectedly very enjoyable experience. It's unfortunate that McMahon needs to overcome the weight of an industry that has such a soiled reputation as they could not have made this more pleasurable. We identified the car we wanted, a 2020 Ford Escape Hybrid Titanium. McMahon was one of 3 dealers within 50 miles of our home. With our guard up from the negativity of previous car purchases, we called first to ensure that the car would be there before driving 90 minutes. We were connected with Owen Callahan. Having recently retired from a 40 year career in sales, no one has a greater distaste for rotten, inept sales people than me. Owen has shown himself to be the consummate sales professional and he was delightful to work with. Patient in addressing all of our questions, and there were many as this was our first entry into the hybrid zone. We went for a test drive that was long enough to allow both the wife and I sufficient time behind the wheel. It was a totally relaxed experience. When we returned to pick up the car a week later (due to their doing additional detailing and waiting for our personal check to clear as we didn't finance), Owen spent about an hour with us out in the car showing us the ropes of our new car. And as it was a Titanium package, this car has it all. Indeed his training us on the vehicle only ended when I couldn't absorb anymore and told him we would need to learn the rest on our own, which we are and we've loving the vehicle. We can unequivocally recommend Owen.As we didn't finance, I was all ready to butt heads with Al Berger their finance manager as I anticipated his throwing every add-on to a purchase in our direction- extended warranty, maintenance plan, etc., etc. I was truly unsettled when it was such a painless experience. Yes, he presented all that but with no pressure at all, just easy clear explanations. Indeed, we'll be returning for the application of one product he had presented, that being a car protection application that comes with both exterior and interior warranties.SUMMARY - Our experience with McMahon Ford contrasted with all our expectations and judging from their already high Yelp rating in comparison with our local NJ Ford dealers, it's obvious others have also had good dealings with them. Indeed our sole cautionary drawback - the street behind them (Hoyt Street) is metered parking which we hadn't noticed and it did add a $20 ticket to our car's purchase price.

Great experience both times I ve been to this dealership. Very kind, personable and professional individuals. Leased a 2020 Ford F-150. I had a specific budget, which was met with no hassle and complete clarity along the entire process. Was gifted a vehicle and approached the dealership to purchase my vehicle and Mr. McMahon personally assisted in helping me in my situation, even though I had come in a few minutes before closing, he and some staff members stayed after to make sure I was taken care of that day. Great business men and I would absolutely recommend. Will be purchasing/leasing from them again.

Great customer service, I miss Billy and sad that Peter will be leaving. Their knowledge is/was invaluable. The younger generation don t always have the same sense of thoroughness and attention to detail. Shout out to Vernice she helped me get and appointment so I could go south to take care of my parents. I would give them a 5 but on my appointment I did not get a call the car was ready and had no car until the next day. I had no way of getting dinner that night. But when I came back two weeks later with a flat tire they took me right away. Overall they are. 5!

We purchased a 2020 certified pre owned Ford Ranger 1 week ago today and couldn t be happier. The transaction was virtual as we live out of state in MA. Any apprehension we had about purchasing a vehicle site unseen was put to rest by our professional and super attentive sales rep Caroline. Caroline patiently answered all of our questions, sent multiple rounds of up close detail pics of the vehicle upon our request, had a few items double checked with the in-house mechanic, and even took it for a test drive personally (also upon our request). When we arrived on pick up day Caroline was there to cheerfully greet us and walk us through all the vehicle features and FordPass app. Much to our delight we found a vehicle in even better condition than the pictures depicted. Chris the sales manager facilitated the paperwork and was a courteous straight shooter that didn t try to upsell - rather ensured our return business when our Rangers time is up. Thanks for a great buying experience!

Cheryl and her team did a fantastic job helping me with my new 2022 Ford Explorer ST. The process was quick and professional the entire way from start to finish. I was sad to see my 2017 Mustang GT go, but I absolutely love my new car that McMahon Ford worked with me on to drive home the same day. Can t say enough good things about their team.

After waiting 18 Months to be able to order my Ford Lightning, I finally get the email. Not only are they not allowing me to get the "Pro" but McMahon Ford decides they want to put a huge "Dealer Adjustment" for no other reason what lining their pockets for sales they didn't make.Disappointed at the cash grab...no wonder FORD is pushing for Direct to Consumer.
