Responsive, helpful, and detailed over the phone. Saved us over $2500 by having them fix our car instead of our local body shop. Their service was fast, and the quote was accurate. I HIGHLY recommend Marty's to anyone needing body work and will certainly go to him for automotive needs in the future.

My front bumper was hit pretty badly- after taking it to a few different auto body shops I was told that I would need a new bumper which would range in price from $500-$1000 (for a new Honda bumper). When I took it to Marty's they were the only shop that told me the current bumper was salvageable. They did the repair the same day for only a fraction of the price I was quoted by other shops. Truly a great experience, definitely recommending them to anyone who needs body work. (Before and After photos taken the same day are below)

Great and trustworthy! They were super honest and helpful when I messed up the front of my car getting out of my tiny new garage. Highly recommend as finding an autobody shop that won't rip you off seems impossible these days.

I would only recommend Marty's Auto Body!Not only are their prices beyond reasonable but their workmanship is far superior than their competitors. I am thrilled with the work done on my car and I'm actually anticipating getting into my next accident so I can experience the thrill of getting my car repaired again at Marty's! (Just kidding) seriously though Roger who is the front man at Marty's has excellent interpersonal skills. He is very attentive, professional, knowledgeable and also gas a great sense of humor. Alll business owners should be just like Roger.If you want great auto body work and repairs. Including 100% undivided attention couples with complete customer satisfaction Marty's is the place to BE!

I was in an accident with a deer. My car was damaged. Dan and Frank were very professional. They replaced my passenger side front and rear door plus the runner. They worked with my insurance company. Being a woman, dealing with auto-body shops can be intimidating but not Marty s. They are a rare breed of honest, professional, and excellent service. I recommend this Little Shop with a Big Heart to anyone.

Haven't even had the work done on my car yet but can assure you they are top notch people! Don't hesitate to use them!Top notch work. Car came back flawless. Some of the nicest people to work with as well. This will be the only body shop I use going forward and will reccomend everyone I know to use them as well.

I save my reviews for when there is something positive to share. We brought our slightly injured car into Marty s for an assessment. Felt very comfortable with their approach, candor, and transparency throughout.I would readily recommend Marty s to anyone who needs help with their car and wants to feel respected, a sense of trust, and confident.

Marty's was great. From their initial friendly demeanor to managing the insurance claim I can't recommend them more. Everyone at the office was friendly and happy. Though they were admittedly very busy; I didn't feel put off or slighted in the least, in fact the opposite. All around great bunch of people and really great work on the car.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

No need to look any further. Marty's is the best. Everyone there, especially Dan, made the process of getting my car repaired easy and stress-free. They did a wonderful job on my car and worked seamlessly with my insurance company. Most importantly, they were incredibly kind and gracious. I highly recommend them.

Words can t describe how awesome this place is! It s like the Cheers of autobody work. Everyone is knowledgeable, skilled, and most importantly respectful and friendly. I came in with minor damages to the front of my car and Roger and his team were able to fix it in on the spot, no charge. Compared to the $700 quote I got from other shops, it s safe to say this place thinks long term! My car looks wonderful, couldn t even pinpoint where I was hit. I ll definitely be bringing my car here and recommending to family and friends.

I feel very fortunate to have my car repaired by Marty's. Marty's was the 4th establishment to work on my car post a rear end collision and I found them to be the most professional, responsive, and friendly by a long shot. Big THANK YOU to Roger for taking the time to listen to me and being thorough with the repairs. I know now from experience what a find this place is. I will be recommending Marty's to anyone in search of a body shop in the future!

Marty's is the best auto body shop ANYWHERE. And I mean ANYWHERE. Go see Dan and forget about it. I came back to edit my review to make sure that anyone who reads this knows that I am telling the TRUTH. Marty's is the only honest body shop in America. Period. Full stop. They have fixed my cars for over twenty years, and I have NEVER been disappointed with either their estimate, their work, and especially, their price. You are in good hands with Marty's. Trust me. Look no further.

If you want an honest body shop at a fair price, this is your place. We found Marty's after a terrible experience with Toyota. Marty's took the time to walk the dealer why he disagreed with Toyota's assessment and why he thought it should be covered under warranty. He then repaired our car and did a great job at a reasonable price. Hopefully we don't need a body shop often, but if we do, we will be back to Marty's.

Best Auto Body Shop EVER!For the first time my car was in an terrible accident. I took the car to Martys and they took away the fear an accident can bring on. They managed my rental car pickup, advised next steps, updated me on the progress and made me laugh as I was about to cry. This establishment is very well experienced and they bring comfort as well as professionalism. I had to call to thank them for service I felt was going above and beyond. If I could give Marty's 10 stars, I would.During a really stressful time - I met Roger and he was compassionate, professional and did an amazing job on the car.Oh, and the icing on the cake? The cost actually came in LESS than what the original quote.To find an ethical body shop that overdelivers is not easy to find. And Marty's is a diamond in the rough.Service: Body & Trim

Marty's in Norwalk is top notch! The men went out of their way to perform a service for me that shows how much they care about the residents of this community! I would recommend Marty's to anyone looking to have their car serviced with the attention to detail that mine was shown. The staff was beyond great and it made the experience even that much better.

I have used Marty's Autobody four times in the last six years. Three out of four times I was rear ended and needed a new bumper cover to my Honda Accord. Each time they handled it professionally and it was a great job. One time my wife nicked the garage door with her Lexus and Dan give me two options; they could either work with my insurance company and replace the fender to make it perfect or they could lay some paint in the scratch/gouge and make it look good (but not perfect). I appreciated the option and went with the good enough option.I won't go to anybody else for body work.

Marty's is the best auto body shop in the area. The owner (Roger) is professinal, trustworthy and doeswhat he can to minimize the costs. I have had both insurance and non-insurance claims with Marty's and each time it has been an excellent experience.Jim Brooks

Bumper was hanging. Went to them to get an estimate. Spoke to Roger, told me to tape it up and get it to him and he could probably fix it for a more than reasonable price. I got it to him, it took him about 15 mins to fix it. Quick easy and out. Will be using them moving forwardService: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Excellent services. Awesome people.I had a broken side mirror of my car and they fixed it within half an hour. When it's done Dan told me I don't need to pay for it. It's FREE!!!The customers who came to collect their cars while I was their look pretty satisfied too. Those guys are very friendly and expert. I highly recommend them.

Fantastic place for all body shop work. Roger is the man. Very friendly, understanding, and doesn't cut corners. He will tell you everything and anything about your repair. His shop is always filled with cars, and for good reason, they do great work! Highly recommended.

Roger and Dan are the best in the business. I have used them for many years. I moved out of the area and now live in NY, but will ALWAYS go out of my way to use Marty's for all auto body issues. Roger and Dan are awesome I can't say enough good things about them.

Every aspect of the experience top notch. professional assessment, knowledge. Delivery exactly when they said it would be ready, and when I didn't pick it up on time..they didn't hassle me to come pick up your car. Most auto body shops leave you with suspicion and doubt. Working with Dan was top notch. The final bill even had an error in their favor, which was rectified without my even mentioning it. My opinion? simply the best.

My car was seriously damaged by a falling tree limb during a thunderstorm micro-burst. The damage was severe enough to warrant consideration of salvage value. The team at Marty's literally saved mycar. Staff is very skilled and professional.
