Although I was 15 minutes late for my appointment the technician took me right away.They finished their work in a very reasonable amount of time and I was on my way.The waiting room was immaculately clean and stocked with free coffee and pastries. The only negative was that the cost was a little steep for a first service. It was basically an oil and filter change and tire rotation. But it was a short drive from home so I didn t have to burn a lot of gas to get there. Overall I was impressed with the service and facilities. I gave them four stars.

Very responsive. They did a great job pulling out a rodent nest from the engine block. They kept me apprised of any additional services necessary to keep my car in good shape. I very much like the staff over at Garavel Subaru.

I just purchased a used Jeep. 2017. I had it for 24 hrs and the engine light went on. It needed a brand new head gasket. Brought it in for service and they had it for 5 weeks. When I got the car back, I had my mechanic look at it and he said he couldn t believe they sold me a car in that condition. I ve been trying to contact the sales manager Logan but we were told he was too busy to talk. If I could give Zero stars I would. Be careful buying from them!

Great service on my 2 yr maintenance. Very courteous, explained everything needed and advised what I didn't need to have done saving me a few dollars. I purchased my Outback at Gravel in part due to their great service reputation and will buy my next car from them!

Ken was incredibly helpful and communicative during my 60k tune up. The space was accommodating as I waited comfortably for my car to be ready. When it was finished, I was presented with options for things to address with my vehicle which was a nice feature.

I am very pleased with my service. When my oil light came on unexpectedly, they registered my car since it was after hours. They looked at it the next day and developed a solution. The service representative was very kind and helpful. I really appreciate the service team assisting me on such short notice.

Very professional service writer/faciliry,They were in constant contact via text and offered me a loaner vehicle easily and quickly.Unfortunately another issue which the vehicle is having was not found and I had to return the vehicle back to dealer but will hopefully be resolved and still under warranty.

It is a pleasure going to the Garavel Subaru service center. The people are very friendly and very knowledgeable. The whole service area is designed to allow everything to move smoothly and efficiently through the whole process. I was informed of problems found during a check up as part of a regular routine service. I chose to stay additional time in the very comfortable waiting area. In short, I could not have been happier with everything that day. Even the paperwork was easy to read snd understand. 5 stars for sure.

My outback had a problem that required immediate attention. Garavel s service department agreed to get my car in right away, even though I didn t have an appointment. They fixed the issue and had the car ready in a few hours. Friendly, accommodating folks. All my interactions with the staff at Garavel have been positive and stress free. Highly recommended.

The staff is very professional. My car needed a lot of maintenance and I was helped by Conrad, the assistant service manager. He is very professional and kept me updated on everything. I was able to get my car fixed quickly. From now on, I m only bringing my car to gravel Subaru for my maintenance.

Love the team at Garavel. They make it as quick as possible to do business with them in a really nice new facility. Comfortable lounge is available if you need to wait and you re not crammed into a little nook.

Rodrigo got me in for a wait for service appointment within a day or two for full brake job. Turns out only front brakes needed. The new location and waiting area is comfortable with WiFi. I had my Subaru serviced for a broken taillight. I scheduled an appointment and opted to wait while the work was completed. Garavel was timely and professional and promptly completed the work within the time they estimated, and the price was reasonable and consistent with their pre-work estimate. The staff was friendly, professional and helpful. The service area was spotless, and the wait area was great with WiFi access and ample places to sit and do work while waiting. I highly recommend!

Service rep, Ken Gallagher matched the price on a premium brand of tires, one of which was destroyed by debris. His team of technicians did a fantastic job stowing the doughnut, mounting and balancing two new tires, and rotating remaining tires. In addition, the alignment done has the best specs I've ever seen. All this was done on time and under budget! Way to go, team Ken!

Thank you for excellent service. Scheduling online was easy and convenient the work was completed within a reasonable time frame and communication of progress and completion was great. I appreciate that in addition to the scheduled maintenance, the team did a software update of my radio. I have come to rely on the excellent service I receive from Garavel Subaru and even though I have relocated to PA, I am coming back for my service.Services: Tire rotations, Auto maintenance

Ken is great to work with. Explained in detail the cause of my Forester s problem, and assured me it would be taken care of while I waited in the comfortable lounge area. He kept me abreast of the work in progress.A very good experience.

Was a mistake to bring my car here to have my horn fixed. Was planning on waiting to have my broken horn fixed but was told it could take a couple hours, but I asked would it take more than 4 hours and was guaranteed it wouldn t take more than 4 hours. So I left and went home. After not hearing anything in 2 hours I called to see what was going on. I was told they were doing an inspection on my car and found a few other issues . I NEVER asked them to do an inspection that I just wanted the horn fixed. I ve never dealt with such unprofessional service people. It cost $630 to have a broken horn fixed. Will never be back here !!!You just claim that I was outside the range to give me a ride,BUT when you scheduled the ride with Uber I was told the range was 10 miles and the receptionist told me I was 6 miles so I was WITHIN that range that s why I was given a ride. Please try and be truthful. And the only reason you do your inspection is to try and milk more money from the customer. I NEVER ASKED TO INSPECT MY CAR. I just wanted the horn fixed !!

The customer service and servicing center as a whole are great. I can trust them with diagnosing and servicing my Forester, which I cannot say the same about other Subaru dealerships in Fairfield County. Rodrigo has been great to work with and if you take your vehicle here ask for Rodrigo.

Great service provided. My car was repaired in a timely manner, had a loaner and service advisor Conrado was amazing. I used to use Stamford Subaru for service but this place is so much better. Will never go back to Stamford again.

Stephen made the whole process very easy for us. We gave him our budget and the type of car we were looking for and he provided us with the options. We chose a Forester that we are extremely happy with that drives like a dream. We have decided to have our Crosstrek serviced there today as the whole facility seems modern, professional and friendly.

The people who work there are great. They were able to get me a ride to and from work and kept me updated on any additional services that were needed. They were also honest with which services could wait if I couldn t afford to have everything done at once. Would recommend this place to anyone who needs a car or service on their car.

I was happy to get the loaner car, so i didn't lose a work day. Everything was made on time and I was informed about every step of the repair.They didn't push me to fix the things that were not necessary as sometimes happens at different places.Great, clean facility. Large and comfortable waiting room if i would need to stay there in the future, in the contrary to Stamford Subaru. Very nice and professional stuff.Definitely, will go back there.Services: Electrical repair, Air & cabin filter replacement, Vehicle Inspection, Brakes
