This was my first time needing repair work done on a vehicle and I couldn't be happier with the service I received at Casale Auto Body. I worked with Nick who was incredibly professional and made the overall process so seamless. The turnaround time was very quick from start to finish - once we agreed to move forward he made sure to order parts right away to cut down on as much wait time as possible and contacted me as soon as everything came in. I had two areas that needed repairs, one caused by another driver and the other that happened at another time - Nick gave me a very fair price for the damage I was responsible for. He was very personable and communicative throughout the process and ensured everything looked perfect upon pickup. I would definitely return in the future!

Very professional and RespectfulI Took my car there for a supplementary estimate, they were great, they found the problem right away.I hope I knew about this shop the day my car was hit.Peter and his team were very professional and respectful.I ll definitely recommend this shop to anybody.

The quality of work here is excellent and Peter Newman provided excellent communication and service. The attention to detail and transparency was outstanding. Casale Auto Body even repaired one item that was unrelated to the accident at cost to their business. Highly recommend this company no wonder our dealer recommended them immediately.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I took my car here after an accident, and Peter and all the other staff I interacted with were so professional, responsive and informative. I ended up going to a different shop closer to where we live, but had such a positive experience at Casale Auto Body. They were so knowledgeable and gave me great advice even though I didn't end up working with them, which is so kind. Most places don't have this type of customer service anymore. Thank you Peter & everyone at Casale Auto Shop!

I've had multiple vehicles repaired at Casale over the last 15 years. Every experience has been positive and the results perfect. Their knowledge of the vehicle needs, insurance process, and attention to customer service is everything you would want. Current supply chain disruptions have delayed parts delivery, but they clearly made every effort to expedite the process and communicated with me throughout so I knew exactly what to expect. My car looks as good as new and I'm confident the repairs were done properly. Peter Newman at Casale is a great representative of their operation. I brought my car in after I was rear ended in an accident and from the first phone call to when I picked up my car, Peter was so great. They were honest and upfront, did fantastic work, and made the process as easy as possible for me! I also had my car detailed after the work was done and I was so impressed! Had my car worked on.......someone backed into hood and did major damage. They did an amazing job even detailed the entire car. Service was excellent and professional....the owner was able to have a rental dropped off within minutes. Very nice person and made you feel " This is where I need my car fixed "

I had a great experience at Casale Auto Body. Excellent customer service and quality repairs. I'm very particular about my cars and was pleased with their service and work performed. They kept me informed about repair status and handled all coordination items including rental car pick-up/drop-off, insurance claim and adjustments, etc.

I have a great experience with Casale Auto Body recently when they repaired my Cadillac after I was rear-ended. The car was returned to me looking like it just came off the lot as a new car. I want to note in particular the great work Pete Newman did for us. Pete has been doing body work for my family's cars for over 20 years, and he took great care of us again at Casale. I highly recommend both Pete and Casale for anyone looking for quality body work on your car.

I highly recommend Casale Auto Body and cannot speak more highly of Peter Newman. We brought our Toyota Rav to him after a previous Autobody group stripped our car of its original moldings without our permission. Asking him to restore our car to its original state and asking him to find the specialty parts that were put on it in 2017 was an unusual, difficult request that I honestly did not expect him to take on. Peter took the time to do the hard research the previous garage did not and collaborated with my Toyota Dealership to find and replace the parts that had been taken off of our car. Peter communicated with my insurance company, rental company, and kept me in the loop about parts always explaining the process and risks to me. Thanks to Peter we got our car back the way we originally received it--this car was a gift from my father and has taken my family far in life and I cannot thank him enough.Service: Body & Trim

I was recommended to Casale Auto Body by my MINI service shop for my auto body repair. I had a great experience at Casale Auto Body: excellent customer service and quality repairs. Pete Newman kept me informed about repair status and handled all coordination items including rental car pick-up/drop-off, insurance adjuster, insurance claim, etc. They really make an effort to provide excellent customer service.

Peter Newman was professional from the start. Explained the process (working through insurance co.) and gave an estimated timeline. Even though some of the parts were delayed, they put in the extra effort to deliver my car on time. Looks great and can't tell there are new parts and repaint. I have used Casale Association Auto Body on NUMEROUS occasion, and never once has the quality been sub-par. The have fixed body damage on two of my personal vehicles plus some mechanical issues I was having with one of my work trucks. I have dealt with many shops over the years and have found that Casale gave me the MOST honest and fair prices also matching customer services and quality. I have just started a project motorcycle and would not intrust any other shop with the paint job for my bike. John and Bob have all been very helpful when I needed recommendations on other auto needs. It is nice to deal with a family local shop where you see the same faces over and over. I trust them and would not go to any other shop, my experiences with them have been excellent, I can not say enough good things about their shop, staff, and quality... They ARE the Best of the Best in the auto body industry.

8:03 AMI was recommended by Volvo of Westport.My car needed a fender, signal light and a bumper all on the passengers front side of the car where my car got a very strong impact.The drivers side had zero body damaged only my signal light was broken and it was taped with packaging transparent tape, they charged the insurance almost $1900.00 from which only around $600.00 were parts, so after 7 days they called to informed that the car was ready.First thing next morning I picked up the car I checked the passenger side of the car which looked fine, drove home and notice that the drivers side of the fender is falling down and there was a big gap between the car and the front bumper I drove back to pointed out to them and they wanted $300.00 than after a few words down to $200.00they were making the false claim that they found broken brackets from a previous accident which has never occur, an absurd excused not to finished what they have started,I pointed out that my front driversside of the bumper was firm and undamaged when the car was dropped off, and at this precise moment a repair guy, a manager and the owner confronted me with either paying more money or to forget about it.I don't recommend this Phony place and I'm wondering how come they sneak this poor craftsmanship on me by never warned me about the job being undone, they waited for me to find out the hard way a total fraud.Sure some people will disagree, even from manure beautiful flowers bloom.If you considering bringing you car here I completely not to recommend this place because it might happen to you the bad experienced I had.

I went to these guys without hesitation. They made sure the job was done properly the first time and delt with insurance company.This is the place to go if you care about your BMW mini, and so on.Thanks guys!!

My family has used this body shop for close to 30 years (more than a dozen times). They provide quality service with a smile, top notch mechanic. Everytime we go there they seem to have new equipment and new buildings. They have really grown over the years.

Best auto shop I have ever been too. Repair was done early, kept me posted frequently on the work being done, and some of the best work I have ever seen. Great shop
