Had an appointment at 3pm, made well in advance. Showed up early, the guy at the desk took my info, and told me 45 minutes to an hour, not realizing he meant until they start. After waiting an hour and a half, they brought my car in and said they wouldn't work on it because it had factory side skirts. Instead of using common sense and a floor jack, they wasted my time and sent me on my way. Maybe keep a registry of cars you won't work on in the future and not waste people's time. Absolutely ridiculous. Go literally anywhere else.

I arrived at my scheduled appointment and patiently waited for over an hour to have my tires changed. However, to my surprise, I was informed that my appointment had been canceled due to the condition of my driver rear tires.I was under the impression that I could simply replace the two front tires that I had purchased. on Walmart's tire replacement policy, as I was not aware of any requirement to have a minimum of three tires replaced. What a cheap excuse is? They just wanna sell you another tire!!!Unprofessional stuff! Stay away from here. They will waste your time!

For years I would bring my tires in and have Walmart mount and balance my snows and summer tires. I was always told that I never needed an appointment. This past Saturday I showed up just after they opened only to find out you need an appointment. To say the least. I was a little disappointed as nobody else was even there and I had to be turned away. Overall I can still say i'm happy with the work that i've had done there.

Valve stem was not tightened on brand new tire leading to a flat on the highway. Ignored my calls, and the present manager was very rude, talking down to me as if I had inconvenienced them. The incompetence of this place is dangerous and may cost you more than a new tire.beware

What horrible customer service! I witnessed, Ernesto, a gentleman that worked at the customer service in the auto care center, help an older gentleman (60 s) with a battery and he was just using the F word like no other. He informs me, that they cannot install my tires because it is against Walmart policy to have to roll down my window and open the door from the outside because it does not open from the inside. How come it is not against Walmart policy to cuss in front of customers and act so unprofessional? He must ve used the F word at least 10 times and there were 3 other customers in front of me. If there is video footage, I would hope management would check it out. It was around 3-3:30 PM today, 22 November.I had all 4 of my tires done about 2 years ago in Plymouth MA and 2 tires done again 6 months ago in Chicopee MA Walmart and was never told anything about my door handle being an issue. With the way that this gentleman talks to customers and presents himself, I believe it is just a lack of wanting to work and do his job. That s OK I am sending my 2 tires back that I had already purchased from Walmart and Pep Boys is getting our business! We use our car for business purposes and we replace them about every 1-2 years, so Pep Boys will be where we are taking it to from now on.Very disappointing because I do a lot of my shopping with Walmart but I am going to be redirecting my shopping elsewhere because of this whole situation.

So this has been going on for awhile. I went in to change my tires but the guy said they don t have the tools to change tires on my model. I have changed plenty of tires at walmart in different places and never heard of this excuse. It just doesn t make any sense. So don t go here for a tire change since the guy seems to say this quite often. I think Walmart should be looking into this.

Told me they couldn't install my tires or change my oil because "the coolant fan won't turn off and that's an electrical issue that makes it a liability for us to touch." I tried to explain to them and show them on Ford's website where that it's the radiator fan and that is normal operation for it to run after driving when the car is off to help clear heat from the engine. Told me "they know people with Ford Focuses and that's not true" and refused to service the car, and told me they would put my tires I purchased in the car.Got down the road and checked my trunk, no tires. I had to go back and request what I paid for. Took the car to Valvoline later that day and they changed my oil no issue with the car doing the same thing.Don't come here, they either don't know what they're talking about or look for reasons to not need to do the job. Either way, you're better off somewhere else.

Terrible experience. Wasted my morning because they don t have the right tools to install tires in a Mazda 3. Avoid at all costs.

Wasted my time and incompetent. Said they couldn t install my tires because they don t have the right torque stick, you don t need a torque stick to install wheels; tighten by hand and torque to spec with the torque wrench they specifically told me they have. They said they ve had it on order for a month and don t know when it would come in.This is a problem they would have found out after 2 min, but they had me roaming the store for 45 min waiting. Also, the car was a Mazda 3, not a Ferrari, its lug torque is fairly common - how have they been doing business for the last month if they have to turn everyone away? If it s seriously that necessary for them to use one, why have they not just picked one up from any store in the last month while theirs is on back order? They re turning away business and wasting people s time because they don t know how to turn wrenches by hand or stop an impact wrench before it overtightens a nut. Absolutely unacceptableService: Tires

This is my first time needing a car service at this Walmart. It has a terrible service, especially with a guy, a mechanic with a beard, arrogant and haughty. What kind of people do you hire to serve customers? They should give them training on how to kindly serve customers.

I have gone three times to change the engine oil in my car and every time they have an excuse for not providing the service. If the service cannot be provided to the client, delete the advertisement and do not waste the clients' time...

Ordered tires then told they can't mount them on the car because they don't have a "torque stick" for a 2022 hyundia but they can sell them to me. !?!?! If you value your safety, avoid them at all cost.Service: TiresService: Tires

Truly horrible customer service. I came in at 7:30 am for an oil change and was told I had to wait until 8 am for the manager to arrive. As I m waiting/walking around the auto care center, the same person who told me to wait is checking someone else out for AN OIL CHANGE at 7:50. So they put the other car in front of me and I had to wait even longer. The auto technician was very nice, but the manager and register person didn t care at all. Never coming back.

What a clown show this place is. Went in for an oil change today and literally walked out and left. The reason anyone goes to Walmart (including myself) is that it's cheaper than other places. I try to avoid this Walmart given past experience, however thought about giving them a chance. Get there at 2 PM and everything is closed and they are "out to lunch" still. So I park in front of the bay (at any given Walmart that us where you start the que), and I wait. After around 2:30 someone opens the door and I think oh they are open. A short, bald, overweight man steps out and starts barking at me "You can't park there" in the worst way possible. While staying calm, I ask him where do I go for a oil change and he says you have to park and go inside. So I go inside and there are like 10 people in line. So I just give up and go. You don't need to have to be verbally abused and then wait hours to save $40 for an oil change. Avoid this place at all costs.

Waste of my time. I called the day before to ask if they can remove a bad tire, replace a good spare on the rim, then remount it. They said yes. When I arrived the next morning, the lady said they have no techs, so I could wait in the waiting room until a tech arrived. In the meantime, they started taking other customers's keys. Then they tell me that they couldn't change my tire, because it was against company policy.

Went to get tires balance and desk lady said no one works from 1pm to 2pm because everyone takes lunch at the same time. Then why say you're open 8am to 5pm? Drove half hour to get here!

They consistently ignore basic requests beyond whatever service you are asking about. If you can go somewhere else for oil changes, tires or battery swaps, do it. Especially avoid this center if emergency tire service is required, the road hazard warranty has loopholes they use repeatedly. Go anywhere else, seriously.

Got a flat local to a Walmart auto center and called to ask if I got towed there, could they help. I was told yes, so I set everything up with the tow company. Got there and was told that no one there would have told me that, that they couldn't help if the car couldn't be driven into a bay (it likely could have, the tow guy had to drive it a little to line it up for his truck.) It was a holiday weekend so asked if the car could be left in the parking lot while I tried to make alt arrangements and was told absolutely not and was treated generally like an annoyance. Ended up at a garage across the road and while I had to wait a few days as they were closed for the holiday weekend, they fit me in without an appointment and got me my car back within one business day.

(EDITED AFTER SECOND HASSLE EXPERIENCE.. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE)Okay... So a few months later and here we are. I brought a family members car in to have an oil change after confirming on the phone they were open and available to do the oil change. Fast forward about 15 minutes to when we arrive, and upon walking into the garage one of the staff members says "we aren't taking anymore repairs right now we are backed up" and keeps walking. Well.. we just called and got confirmation they would be able to do an oil change.. so we wait in line for about 10 minutes and go up to the counter. Sure enough it is the same lady that was on the phone that now tells us she is not taking any more repairs because they only have one mechanic with two repairs ahead of them. After about 5 minutes of her trying to dismiss us, she told us it would be a two hour wait (even though a second mechanic was coming back in 45 minutes from lunch). Fine. We will wait then. Fast forward 1 hour, and we are called to the auto center over the speakers. One of the mechanic/desk staff says "your drain plug bolt is cross threaded so we can't do an oil change on it. you have to bring it back to where ever you got the oil changed last and take it up with them. here's your keys." At this point we are upset with the situation, but understanding if the bolt is cross threaded there is nothing they can do. Well, after dropping the car off at our garage to be addressed today.. come to find out the bolt IS NOT cross threaded. Everything is perfectly normal.. are you kidding me?So not only did we have to fight with the desk person, waste an hour, just for the incompetent auto team to scratch the job off their list by either obvious negligence or blatantly lying about the drain plug being cross threaded. And you're telling me people are expected to bring their vehicles to be overhauled when they can't figure out what a cross threaded bolt looks like? Give me a break. BE WARNED. Take your vehicle here if you want your time wasted, and to add another stop to the garage for their blatant stupidity.[ First experience: Oil change seemed fine, but apparently they refuse to work on your car if your hood latch is the tiniest bit loose, so won't be returning their to get work done/oil change ever again.]

I bought 2 tires for our van. I was able to buy the tires for a reasonable price. The technician was nice, polite, and did the job in a timely manner. I was in and out in less than an hour.

Went in for 2 tires, no reason to pop the hood and play mechanic. Supposedly a battery check is included with a tire change for what reason I dont know, my hood wasn't closed properly, could have flipped up on the highway and the power began to cut out on my car right after I left. They denied any involvement with the issue which was a loose battery connection. Not a huge deal but just do the tires, that's all I asked for. Not for tire guys to play mechanic and screw up my already crappy car even more.

It would be nice if they answered the phone. They drained my oil then said they didn't have my oil filter. They said I can go out and buy one or they can just out new oil back in but are still charging me for the oil. Of course I went out and bought one. I don't want to pay for two oil changes.
