Had a great experience today at Town fair tire North Haven. Greg was very helpful and knowledgeable pointing me in the right direction in which tires best suited me. I would highly recommend this location and will be doing business with them again. Straight forward, great communication and knowledgeable.

Great service! My vehicle needed two tires and alignment. They stayed past their regular hours just to help. Excellent customer service. Noah J was very helpful in helping me find the correct tires for my vehicle and explained the process so I knew exactly what was done to my vehicle. Definitely recommend this shop.

I ve been a Town Fair customer for many years. Gregg the Manager of the North Haven office has always worked with me to not only get the best deal but has recommended the best quality tires for my car. He also works hard to employ the most experienced staff. If there should a problem Gregg will do his best to work with the customer to make them happy.He s an asset to Town Fair and the reason we keep going back. Joe

My son went in for a new left front tire replacement with 5 good wheel studs and lug nuts, and left with one broken wheel stud/nut and only 4 good ones. He was told "you have to get that fixed" and sent on his way with one less stud/nut. When I called to inquire,i was funneled into a voice mailbox that was conveniently full so i couldn't even leave a message. That's completely irresponsible and bothersome. I hope taking advantage of students when their parents live in other states isn't part of their business model.

I was helped by John D who has a great attitude and really knows his stuff, not to mention being an excellent salesman. He recommended tires and an alignment. I picked up my car today and can actually FEEL THE DIFFERENCE. The whole crew over there is super friendly. I hope the company takes care of them so they will stay. I am definitely bringing futurebusiness to them and I will recommend them

Had a tire in need of repair. Brought it to North Haven Town Fair and handled the issue perfectly. Noah J. was very accommodating and informative. Also they were able to get me out the door with an alignment way under the estimated time. Great stuff! Thank you!

Great experience, booked an appointment online and received a confirmation text the day before. Arrived at my appt time & instantly Eric was able to help me. He was informative, kind, and very knowledgeable. He went over everything I needed to get done and asked if I wanted to pay then or after. Eric did let me know a time frame of 90 mins (I got 4 new tires & an alignment)My car was taken back right away and everything was completed within an hour. I was able to wait in their waiting room section and work on my lap top.When grabbing my keys back from Eric, he went over all their findings and answered my questions I had. Everyone at the front desk was helpful & had great customer service.Great job & will recommend my friends to use this town fair location.

Possibly one of the best experiences I ve had maintaining my car. John D. Is so awesome with customers and I actually enjoyed my wait time. John D., John S., the other gentleman s names I did not catch but everyone was nice and kind. I highly recommend this place; great guys, great price, great service! A+++ Thanks John!

I had a flat spare tire and managed to get hold of a Town Fair Tire store by calling around. After calling a few stores, I managed to connect with John D, who answered the phone and was extremely helpful, even over the phone. I went to the North Haven store immediately to get my spare tires changed. John D checked my tires and suggested I changed the tires because there were cracks on the side walls. I came to replace my spare tires and now I am confronted with a major decision to make! The tires has over 60% threads but has side walls were cracked.Anyways, John D did his best to convince me that safety is number 1 and worked out a deal for me to make my decision easier. It s still much more than what I have budgeted but I was intrigued by John D s professionalism and efforts.All said and done, I feel better having changed the tires, especially now that snow season is upon us. And I like to say, thank you John D for your good work and professionalism. Keep up the good work! And Happy New Year.

I was there to rectify a issue I had with the Hamden location. Let me tell you the manager Greg was outstanding acknowledge of the products that he offered. But I have to say the professionalism and the customer service was excellent. I had an appointment for 1145 and I was out by 1245. That s with four brand new tires balancing and alignment thank you to the staff and the manager at this location for their effort and dedication to their customers. I highly recommend this place and will definitely come back, anytime that I need tires to this location. Also recommend this to my family and friends.

Thank you to Greg and the crew at the North Haven store today. Needed a replacement spare tire and tire pressure sensor for my truck and they gave me a good price for it. Was busy in there today but still got my truck back to me within a reasonable amount of time.

I went in for 2 tires and they were so helpful I bought 4. Best service ever. John D could not have been nicer. Very highly recommend. Not many place that go out of their way to service like these guys do.Noah J was also excellent. Don't go anywhere else.

Fast and easy service. Eric was a great help and informative. I expected to have a long wait time and was in and out quickly with great service.My 9 year old son joined me and they had a waiting area for us to sit and watch tv while watching your car on a monitor.I will return to this location for my services.

This is the second time we bring a car in for an alignment and we leave with broken lug nuts. My mom asked to speak with a manager and they refused because she "did not speak English." It is incredibly offensive as not only does she speak English, but when she first came in someone offered to speak to her in Spanish and translate. Everyone was so rude and they tried to blame it on us! No accountability at all and now we're inconvenienced the rest of the week trying to get our car fixed when it was fine before we brought it in.

John D. is the manager at Town Fair Tires in North Haven, CT. He is personable, patient, and respectful. He spent time comparing tire brands for me and explained the codes used on the tires. While I was there several customers that came in asked for him. Everyone had wonderful things to say about John D.He spoke very highly of the owner and the business practices and policies of Town Fair Tires. It was clear that he loves his job. I will recommend him without reservation as a person who is dependable and honest to all of my friends.

John D greeted me as soon as I walked into the store. He gathered information about a leaky tire on the front passenger side of the vehicle. He asked if he could assess the vehicle himself to get eyes on the situation that was explained to him. I said yes, as a result we walking outside into the sleeting rain as he assessed the vehicle. He asked if I had rotated and balanced my tires lately because he noticed that there was some wear on the tires. I replied no and thought it was a good idea to do so and requested this service because of the current weather conditions. John was extremely considerate with his customer service, he asked all of the important and vital questions before rendering the service needed to properly maintenance my vehicle in order to ensure piece of mind and safe driving in these untimely hazardous weather conditions.

I called to see if I could move my appointment to today, very last minute. I spoke with John D. at the North Haven store from start to finish he was incredibly helpful and went out of his way to locate my tires that had just arrived and to make sure I had a set appointment. When I arrived he went over all the details and answered all my questions. It was a huge help to be able to change my appointment day and to be taken care of so quickly with nothing but a friendly and helpful attitude. Will definitely be returning!-Nancy-

I stopped in this afternoon at the Town Fair Tire, North Haven location and I was assisted by John D. Right from the beginning I was greeting and helped right away. John D was so pleasant and kind to help me with getting the best tires for my vehicle, for the driving I do. John D is very knowledgeable and made the whole experience great!!
