Took my mustang to town and country for repairs after an accident. Shop was very helpful and gave me updates every step of the way. Car came back quickly and the work was phenomenal. Would definitely recommend!

I recently took my vehicle to Town and County following an accident, expecting a thorough repair and professional service. However, my experience was nothing short of frustrating and utterly disappointing, particularly with regard to a transmission leak that was blatantly overlooked.Despite providing evidence that my vehicle had no issues with leaking transmission fluid prior to the accident, the shop dismissed my concerns with a cursory visual inspection. Their justification? The accident supposedly "did not involve anything structural that could have impacted the transmission." This superficial assessment completely ignores the basic understanding that the force of an accident can indeed cause internal components to shift or become damaged, even if there's no direct hit to the area in question.What's more infuriating is the shop's unwavering stance in siding with the insurance company, blatantly ignoring the evidence I presented. It seems they have a pattern, as echoed in other negative reviews, of disregarding customer evidence if it doesn't align with the damage being purely body-related. Their excuse? They "sub out" their mechanical work, which raises serious questions about their competence in even diagnosing issues that are not superficial body damage.Their failure to recognize the potential for mechanical damage following an accident, combined with their refusal to push back against the insurance company's assessment, is a clear indicator of their priorities. Customer satisfaction and vehicle safety allegedly take a back seat to maintaining a cozy relationship with insurance companies.I strongly advise against taking your vehicle to Town and County if you expect comprehensive care and attention to all aspects of your vehicle's integrity post-accident. Instead, start with a reputable mechanic who can assess and repair mechanical components first. Only then consider an auto body shop for the cosmetic repairs. Do not make the same mistake I did.

Very happy with the work that was performed on our car after we hit a deer. Our appraiser Margarita was very nice and kept us updated. Our car came back looking great and we were also surprised to find the inside thoroughly cleaned, including the windshield. Completely satisfied. Also dealt with Amato who was super nice and helpful.

From the first phone call to Town and County Auto Body to the day my vehicle repair was complete I couldn't be more pleased. Margarita was always pleasant and quick to respond to my phone calls or emails. The day my car was towed in, Dave spoke with me and reassured me that everything would be taken care of and I wouldn't have to worry. He was right! And, although I didn't personally meet the crew that worked on my car, they did an amazing job making it brand new again. Thank you Town and County!

I have never been so angry w a car shop...they didn't inform me of parts that my car needed they just put it Togather the best they could instead of calling me and telling me what was needed for the bumper so they basically Jimmie it n told me don't drive fast w it...very very unprofessional ppl..I went there after I had a minor accident n they decided to total my car out which was bogus in the first place we drove the car for 2 weeks before we even brought it in to get looked at..so I definitely do not trust them in any way..not 1 phone call to even inform me of anything I had to call them..very unprofessional company. If u get a tiny bump in the back of your car don't Take it here!!!!!

Nice people but ultimately unhelpful and dishonest. I brought my BMW there because it s supposedly a BMW certified shop. When I got my car back, the emblems were put back in the wrong spot, to which they said they d set up an appointment for me to get them done which they never did despite me calling several times, also when they put my hatchback back, it leaks like crazy to which they wanted to hear nothing about. BMW certified but you don t know where the M logos go And you don t know how to put on a hatchback? Then are unwilling to rectify the situation Don t take your car here.

Getting the work done on my BMW was amazingly easy. Extremely professional. Staff gave me an upfront estimate and range and held to it. Communication was excellent. Autobody Work was perfect.

Town and County is the best, and I tell everyone so! Jessica and Margarita were amazing with their clear communication and with tips on how to navigate the insurance process. Not only did everything go smoothly, I got my car back in no time! And when I picked up, they went over the repairs with me. Phenomenal team!

Town and County Auto Body did a great job fixing my car. The staff were professional and kept me informed on my vehicle status from start to finish. I loved that they not only washed my car upon getting it back, but it was fully detailed and looked like I just purchased it from the dealer! Thank you Town and County Auto Body for doing a phenomenal job on my car! I would HIGHLY recommend anyone looking to receive auto repairs done right to your shop!

The best body guys for BMW & Mercs. Flawless workmanship. Had them repair road rash on my rims. Brought my X7 there at 8am, they were done by 11:30am. Perfection

The BEST auto body shop in New England! I was treated politely and told exactly what our repair would intail. Our "technical genious" Dave who was assigned to our car new exactly about what was needed to repair our Mercedes. He kept us informed on every detail. I also want to thank John for his claims expertise and all of the office staff for their kindness to us. I HIGHLY recommend Town and County Auto for your Auto body repair needs. My rear passenger door was damaged when car parked next to me hit it when backing out. Town and County repaired it, and door looks like new. The staff at Town and County are courteous and knowledgeable.

Car was rear-ended had it repaired at Town & Country Auto Body, The company was easy to work with, very perfessional, yet extremely friendly. They do excellent work, kepy us informed on a daily bases on the progress of the repair and to inform us that the repair was on schedule to be completed on the date promised. This is one of the recommended shops by my insurance. I thought having that title meant they would perform excellent work, however that proved to be a misconception for me. They had my car for 2 months and didn t even fix all the issues with it (thankfully I have rental coverage in my policy if not I would have been out of a vehicle for 2 months!). Failed to communicate they weren t fixing an engine light issue because it wasn t related to the accident . Mind that I had the car serviced in the dealer 5 days prior to the accident and the car was in excellent health and have the records.The ladies at the front desk are great. The lead whatever title he s got for himself not so much. Overall pretty bad experience. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Now I have to find a mechanic on my own and pay for something that should have been fixed in the shop Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Only went to accommodate an insurance claim, and will be comfortable not going back. How do you hold someone's car for over a month, not call them to give updates and then return the car not in working order? Shameful.

I just got my BMW repaired at this shop I m so happy I picked this place the customer service was great. Margarita and Dave kept me informed about my vehicle throughout the whole process. They fixed my vehicle super fast as well. I highly recommend this place and I will be returning in the near future!! Excellent service and workmanship. David Vazquez took ownership of the repairs needed to my rear bumper, from estimating, to negotiation with the insurance company to final delivery. The car was cleaned inside and out and delivered to me in the time promised and in showroom condition. I recommend T&C to anyone who needs auto body repairs.Service: Body & Trim

Town and County Auto Body worked on My Mercedes AMG earlier this month after I was involved in a hit and run.... I initially was stressed out envisioning a body shop I had never been too or had experience with was handling my car which hadn t been touched by anyone other than Mercedes Benz professionals. I can t stress enough how impressed I was with the quality of the work, the professionalism and attention to detail they utilized while repairing the body work on my car, and the communication from the employees there whom worked on my car. Mike demonstrated superior customer service skills and professionalism by calling or texting and updating me every other day regarding what exactly was being fixed, when the part had been ordered, repaired, and when my car was completed. I was very relieved and completely satisfied with the work they did on my car and I barely trust Mercedes themselves with the responsibility of repairing my car if I m not given a detailed summary of what s being done on my car. Very very impressed with the quality, workmanship, and customer service, and service overall in every aspect. Would absolutely return.Services: Tires, Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

I spoke and worked with a guy named john. I bought a new BMW that had some minor scratches and he was very friendly and went out of his way to help me out. Came back to have some body work done to my front bumper definitely attention to detail. recommend this place for any work done no short cuts.

My mom s car was hit and run in a parking lot a while ago, Chris, Jess and Margarita were very helpful getting it in, fixed with no issues, looked good as new!
