These guys were great I had problems with my Apu and was able to call before they opened and it seems like they have a 24-hour answering service and was able to get in first thing 8:00 a.m. in the morning the tech did a great job was in and out of there in about 4 hours and my Apu is running amazing.

Unbelievable, I was charged over $800 today and they didn t fix anything, I asked if you can t figure out the issue why are you charging me so much? They say well there s tax involved and the hour rate for diagnostics. I will NEVER RECOMMEND NOR COME BACK HERE AGAIN! And it doesn t seem like they care to read these reviews either.

Had a great experience dealing with Patrick. They were the most competitive bid I received. I got my Nissan 1500 back a week before promised. They did have to fix a small leak but did it right away. I've been using it for 3 months now and it was a great choice. I only wish they offered the cord with the electric kit as my electrician had no idea what to do. I would have been happy to pay for a 15 ft cord as I'm sure it cost me more having my electrician do it.

Stopped in for APU repair. Nice big lot with plenty of parking. Able to show up night before and park without any issues. Got me into the shop first thing in the morning. Was repaired and on my way with 4 hours. Friendly service staff.

Stopped in yesterday because the fan on apu went out. They fixed it in less than an hour and it was blowing great. I was going to do a 4 star for them. That is , until we got 300 miles down the road and the fan wasn't working. Even opened it up to see if it was clogged like they said and it wasn't. So now we are sitting in Ohio with no air at all and lost 2 loads so we can go in Monday morning to get the fan replaced and pay even more money for something that these guys didnt want to do.my advice is wait if you can until you get to Ohio or Indiana to have service done. It may take them longer but at least they wont jerryrig it and lie to you just to get some money out of you.

They did a great job thanksgiving week on the apu on my tractor!! Super professional great people and I would highly recommend!! Thanks for the great job guys it is much appreciated

I was able to drop my truck off while I home time. They did fix my a.p.u. but unfortunately I've had to fight with the air conditioning ever since I got it back

These guys saved us during a reefer breakdown. They all worked together to figure out the issue. Which meant I was back on the road in no time.

Working With 100 Plus Car Dealers Across Connecticut and Selling Thousands of Trucks Wholesale Across Connecticut New York And Mass We Would Tow a truck to Bill A Thermoking In North Haven Before We Would Drive Any where Else and Waste More Money With Other Refrigeration Companies!!! Not To Mention ,Give Them More More Chances To Waste Our Employees TimeThanks -Gary W Houser..From Mass Expots DDH Commercial And The GUYS At DOT ..I learned The Hard Way Why Bills Quote Was A little Higher . Bc He Installs Working Parts And Checks That Your Freezer Truck Freezes Before He Gives It Back To You.
