Absolutely thrilled with how my 2023 F350 came out! The guys at the LAB, dialed in and executed exactly what I wanted by completely blacking everything out, going with the business theme! I will not bring my vehicles any other place from here on out and will HIGHLY recommend!!!Thanks guys!-Edziu

Great experience from start to finish! Antonio did such a great job setting everything up and keeping me up to date on everything. Great personality goes along way! The crew that did my cars (Tesla Model 3) 20% tints did a fenomenal job and will definitely be going back to do my wife's car in the near future. Will definitely be doing wraps and PPF with them in the future. Would highly recommend The LAB to anyone and everyone! Check them out, you won't be disappointed.

The Lab did an amazing job customizing my Audi R8. I spoke with John and Gio about the vision and I Gota say they excelled at what I had in my mind. It was wrapped a new color, wheels powder coated white, and a new exhaust set up to help me annoy the neighbors more! It s the little details, they had the emblems finished to match the rest of the black trim, and while small my favorite touch was changing the color to the Audi sport badge to match the wrap color. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to have their car handled properly.

What an experience! Paige welcomed us the minute we walked in, showed us around and was so welcoming! The details in the shop and store were amazing. We will be back again, highly recommend taking a trip

The highest quality work you will find in Fairfield/New Haven county. Meticulous PPF application, powder coating and ability to customize your car in whichever way your heart desires. Huge thanks to Gio, John and the entire staff who brought my SQ8 to it's full potential in record time. True car people, that take pride in their craft. Cannot recommend enough.

The Lab and LGND Supply shop are phenomenal. Olivia was so kind and helped us find exactly what we needed. We saw The Lab was doing a toy drive for the kids so we brought toys. Great opportunity they are providing their customers for such a great cause. Make the trip down and you will be thrilled you did!

Beautiful bathroom, probably one of the beautiful keep views of the lab. The entire place is amazing however a peaceful ,beautiful, clean latrine area is always wanted.

I cannot recommend this place anymore than I already do. John was the rep and did a great job walking my wife and I through the process. We wrapped our Audi with green khaki. They did a bunch of body work and paint work to the car as well. It is now a real head turner. Thanks Guys!

Big thank you to Gio, Sam & The Lab team! The headlights came out amazing and they look even better on the truck! Ties the whole thing together! Quality control is 10/10 with perfect color matching. Customer service was excellent! We went back and forth for weeks on email and I usually got email back within a hour or 2 of email you guys! After you received them from shipping you started quickly on them which I m happy about! Excellent job and got them back in around a month and a half! So stoked! Thanks again guys!

The service was outstanding from start to finish! John was a gracious host who gave a nice tour. I got a ceramic coating of the exterior of my 2023 M5 and it looks better than when I picked it from the dealership 17 months ago! Also, John gave me a substantial discount because my car was fairly new. Finally, I was surprised and delighted when I discovered my car had also been detailed!

I stopped at the lab today and saw the show room for the first time. It looks fantastic and loved the STO it s a beautiful car. I also when up to the apparel store and bought that Beautiful hat. The service in the apparel store was fantastic. I highly recommend you check this place out!

Fantastic place. They have no problem if you walk around and take pictures of the cool cars. We saw a brand new Lamborghini Huracan STO and a customized Ferrari 458 Italia. Very nice clean new dealerhsip with some very good looking customization

I purchased a set of American forces wheels that The Lab had in stock and on sale for my 2019 2500hd. While confirming my order before shipping I was notified by The Lab that the boxes were unfortunately mislabeled and the wheels wouldn t fit my truck. I spoke with Sam and he offered to 1. fully refund me, or 2. the option of honoring the sale price I was paying for a new set of wheels of my choosing. As a first time customer you don t expect the friends and family treatment but Sam and the guys went above and beyond to make sure I got the wheels I wanted. Would highly recommend doing business with The Lab!!!!

I thoroughly enjoyed renting a car through Legends Auto Boutique. Antonio made the process very easy and straightforward. I rented the m4 csl and couldn t be happier. One of the best cars I ve driven to this day. I d highly recommend using the lab for any future rentals.

Leaving a three star review to give them the benefit of the doubt. I called to request a quote for ceramic coating on my brand new car (a 2024 Honda CRV). I was told that they only service cars with an MSRP over $50,000. This little detail was not mentioned anywhere on the website. Guess I ll take my business elsewhere.

Driving up 91 looked over saw the building and had to check it out. Olivia was nice and took me upstairs to the store. Got some BRITHA natural fiber underwear and a couple LGND stickers.
