I had the best experience at this location. I am a Honda owner and typically get my oil changes at the dealership. By chance, I received a coupon and after reading the positive reviews, decided to give this place a chance. I am so glad I did!The staff member that did my oil change was Jolene and she was phenomenal. She was thorough about the items she recommended for my car and was patient in explaining everything to me. The prices are great and the oil change and car wash (that was included) took about 20 min. Cannot recommend enough.I will definitely return to this place!

Scam. I bought synthetic oil which is good for 7,500 miles in my vehicle. They put 3,000 miles on the sticker. Manger informed me that is "in case something else goes wrong". Unbelievable.For clarity, I had my oil changed there the time before and didn't notice the 3,000 mile sticker. No one in their operation told me that it was too soon for an oil change. This is willful and planned deceit. These people wasted my time and money. There is NO explanation other than DO NOT TRUST.

I go there often for my oil change since they are near my place of work. I go on my lunch break. Plan to be there at most an hour - but most times like 30mins. You get a free car wash up to 30 days after the service (stay in your car for that - kids love it!). They clean inside and out. It's pretty good service. They guys are nice and professional. You can sit inside or outside while waiting. There is a bathroom to use, a TV in the waiting room. there's stuff you can buy for your car inside (air fresheners, car mats, etc).

I've been going here for awhile get the works they do a great job all the time inside and out windows and doors jams never disappointed unlike the other cat wash on rt5 north haven they never do door jams and miss a lot of spots premier looks around the always give them extra.

Just tried to get an oil change. Attendant seemed aggravated by my presence. Asked why I was there? Said I needed an oil change on 2 vehicles. Told me Get back in your car and wait. She then walked into an office and closed the door. Customer sitting in waiting room shook his head in disbelief. Went to MONROE instead

They did a great jobFirst they scrubed the car all around by hand and got the heavy spots.Then the car wash,Followed by a towel dry.They have free vacuum or pay and they will do it for you after the car wash, just pull over to the side and they will do the rest.

Paid for The Works full cleaning inside and out. $30. This was not a detail but their top of the line cleaning. Rims came out like garbage, no tire shine, the dash was literally wiped with a towel, and a Horrible vacuum job. To top it off, they broke my mirror. Between the polite service, incredibly competitive pricing and highly efficient work it s hard to make a single complaint about Premier Car Center. Trish is a wonderful manager and the owner Brandon was knowledgeable and quick. You can get your oil changed here and they'll throw in a car wash to boot. The only downside is that "The View" was on TV when I was here last.

Don't go here. Got an oil change and 30 days later my engine seized do to there negligence. No help received when I went back to them. Emailed them and no one has gotten back to me to resolve this issue they caused. Bad business and terrible customer service.

First I want to point out that this location gives a discount for services if you show them you posted a good review. Many of the positive reviews were likely left to save money.I had been taking my vehicles to this business due to its location. I brought my vehicle in today and when the gentleman approached me I asked for a basic oil change. He nodded and directed me to the waiting area. A young woman came in a few minutes later asking if I wanted a fuel treatment which I declined. When my vehicle was finished I was asked if I was paying by card and then directed to the pad. While I set my card on the reader I asked the total and she looked at the computer screen and told me over $100. I asked the cashier why it was so much she shrugged and said taxes. When I inquired further I was told that I was given the premium oil change. When I asked why I didn t get what I asked for I was told because you got the premium change last time I told the young lady that I asked for a basic oil change. I was again told well last time you got the premium. I explained that it wasn t up to her to decide the service I would pay for off of previous orders. If they have a concern they should express that to me before service and not just do whatever they want. I was shocked at her attitude and asked for the name of the owner and a number or time to call. At which point the cashier pulled out her iPhone and said HERE. I explained my issue to whoever was on the phone and she asked what I got previously. To which I again responded regardless of what I got last time I should be asked before upsold. She then asked the gentleman who took my vehicle what I asked for. He flat out lied and said I asked for a particular formula or brand. When I told him that was absolutely not true as I don t even know what s in the vehicle.So I was extremely frustrated when he lied and I asked for some specific oil. I told him that I absolutely didn t ask for whatever he just said because I didn t know what it even was. He stormed out and I continued to speak with the young woman and the person on the phone. They very much wanted to argue that the oil they put in was best. Which it might be. At the end of the day it s not up to them to smile and nod when I ask for a service and then do what they want without discussing things with me. As I explained I m able to pay for the difference. Someone else might not be and they can t take it upon themselves to spend someone else s money.Whoever I spoke to on the phone did offer to drain the oil in the vehicle and redo the service. I did not have time for this and frankly I didn t want to be there anymore. I already paid and what was done was done.The only thing I wanted from my complaint was for the staff to recognize that they need to ask permission before changing customers orders. Which they agreed to then immediately followed up with but this is what your car needs anyway. I was also told that I should have checked the bill before I paid it. While that is accurate I made it clear I didn t want something for nothing. I wasn t going to refuse to pay for a service I did receive. Even if it wasn t what I approved of to be completed. I never asked for any of the money back. Mistakes can happen and the staff may have been completely correct as to the best product. My complaint is with the staff ignoring my request and then becoming angry and rude with me for simply wanting them to recognize that you ask before you change someone s order.

I went to get an oil change today after a looong wait. Dimond, Alex and Efrien worked on my car. Dimond had such a positive energy and attitude as did Alex and Efrien. This was my first time coming here for a service, and I will definitely be making this my regular spot. Dimond took time to ensure I had the necessary knowledge to make a decision. Very positive interaction amd experience. Highly recommend!Service: Oil change

If you opt to get emails, they will send you discounts. They offer military discounts too. After your oil change, you get a free car wash! I like getting the motor flush (to get rid of gunk and metallic parts) before I change the oil and filter. You can vacuum your car here for free too.

I always come here for my oil changes. Always satisfied. Brandon, Vondo and Dimond are very knowledgeable and helpful. Oil changes come with a free car wash within 30 days. When you wash your car with them you should have towels because you need it, after they wash the you have to clean your car windows because they used same towels for body and windows, I told them many many times, no response or listening, I go there because close to my house, even I did detail to my son car and they charged me 150 $ , after a few weeks I did with other car wash they charged me 100 $ they make the car very cleanServices: Body & Trim, Auto detailing

They helped me decide which oil to use and showing me the benefits of them. They threw in an inside and out car wash for getting the higher priced oil which usually only includes the outside wash. They had great customer service and were very friendly.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change
