My car was recently broken into, glass everywhere, and several of my keepsakes taken from me. Through this stressful and difficult time I was very lucky to have my car towed to North Haven Auto Body for repairs. Not only did they repair the smashed window and dents, they completely detailed my entire car. They even were able to remove tree sap stains that were strong, thick, and stubborn. I had chills when I saw my car, and am eternally grateful to the North Haven Auto Body family for putting their all into my vehicle. It was the extra love and effort that really blew me away, and never have I ever had a better experience servicing my car.

North Haven Auto Body is awesome! They worked with my insurance easily and communicated well the whole way. My car looks amazing and the process was smooth. Great Tesla approved shop, they are busy because they are the best!

Very positive experience. I was updated as needed and the car looks brand new. Vanessa was great and the entire staff was courteous and professional. North Haven did a great job fixing a scratch on my car recently. They re one of the few shops that s licensed to fix Tesla s in the state. Unfortunately, this small issue took almost a month to fix. My car sat untouched outside for almost 3 weeks before the part was ordered. I rented a car and racked up over a thousand dollars in charges for a car that was drive-able the entire time! That being said, it s the customer service and lack of communication this shop lacks. When I got the car back, there weren t any apologies for the delay. My warning sensors on the car are off sync, and the rep had no answers when calling. Big headache for a small issue.

TOP NOTCH !!My car had 2 separate auto body claims . I had a glitch with rental car (no fault of the shop)and Michelle made everything right...went above and beyond. I have a 2018 Acura MDX and when I picked her up... WOW I was stunned !! My car was fixed to perfection and was sparkling like it had come off the showroom floor. Highly recommend North Haven Auto Body. Excellent customer service and repair is outstanding !!

Was in an accident and came here on a friend s recommendation and I am so glad that I did. This repair center is a busy one, but each and every person I interacted with was professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly. I was on a major time crunch and probably became somewhat of a pest towards the end but they pulled through big time for me. Communication was outstanding and both Michelle and Christine are superheroes and should have statues of them erected in the front of the building. Was able to pick up and drop off my Enterprise rental with them which was really convenient. Great attention to detail and the car came out fantastic. Thank you guys so much.

Brought my car here per USAA for repairs after a deer commit suicide against it. Communication throughout was great. Paint work is impossible to tell and I have 3 stage/process paint. Can t see the difference even with polarized glasses or different sunlight conditions.Loses 2 stars for the shoddy clean up (see pics of polishing compound throughout) and total disregard of my grievances when picking up the car. New scratches and nicks below the headlight that were not there prior to the cars arrival (even after the deer) and the plastic/sticker chrome on the emergency brake handle is now broken off. I was told that wasn t us until I said it wasn t like that and was then told well those things happen. When pointing out the grime on the door handle I was offered a shop towel to wipe it down. I declined

Update: overall great experience. The car repair was quick (Tesla Model 3 Bumper replacement). Customer service was excellent and would recommend to others.Original post: So far a great experience. Have dropped off my Tesla for a bumper repair. They are one of the few authorized service centers in the area. Once I pick it up I'll update the review. To this point everything in the office, customer service and communication has been the best I've experienced.Enterprise came to pick me up with a rental car, my minor comment for that would be they should meet you at the designated time. In my situation they had to be called once I arrived. We set up a time to drop off the car, I was on time but they were not. That has nothing to do with the auto body shop so I didn't take any stars off for that.

All positive things to say about North Haven Auto Body! My Tesla got read ended back in June and finally got my car in to get repaired. From start to finish, the shop was awesome and I trusted them doing the work.They were prepared on my drop off day with the rental car, kept me posted with texts of my vehicle, got things approved through insurance, and even cleaned my car inside and out before I picked it up!! Loved how on top of things the shop was, will definitely utilize in the future again if needed.

I had a phenomenal easy experience. From the moment the process began for repairs I was handled with care, well informed and communication was ongoing throughout the repairs - they send detailed texts frequently.Michelle at the front desk was so friendly, detailed and informative. She has my rental car ready as soon as I arrived to drop off my car. Had an amazing experience at NHAB. Was rear ended in my 21 WRX. I had a number of custom items including emblems, tail lights, rear quarter panels, carbon fiber trim, and under body spoiler and they found and replaced ALL of them with OEM parts. I was genuinely impressed. The car looked identical to before the accident. The paint match was perfect (crystal white pearl) and their communication was just right (not too much to be annoying but also was never left wondering what was happening). Would go back and recommend 10/10.

They are top-notch! Customer service is impeccable - Michelle updated us throughout the process and replied quickly to all inquiries. My husband got his truck back and is incredibly happy. The body work folks did an amazing job. It looks brand new!

From the first phone call to the final pick up the whole process was easy! They helped work with our insurance company to make sure every last detail was accounted for. They kept us informed from when everything was approved to when all the parts arrived right up until it was time to pick up our car. 10/10 would recommend NHAB to put any vehicle back together

This review is solely based on the customer service interaction with Michelle.After extensive research I was hoping to have my vehicle repaired at North Haven Auto Body shop.I called this shop numerous times spoke to a few different staff members. Everyone I spoke to was pleasant and very helpful. Initially, I was going through AAA. Based on the guidance of the staff I decided to change the claim through my insurance (Geico) as staff had relayed they were more willing to pay their labor fee which is higher than most shops.I made all the arrangements and was ready to have the car towed to the facility. Unfortunately, to set this up I had to interact with Michelle. Michelle was extremely rude and dismissive. Not only did she tell me that my car would not be looked at until after February ( I was told last Friday there was a wait of 2 weeks NOT two months) she also very rudely told me that I would have OOP expenses. I kindly explained that I had made multiple previous calls and was told by the other staff that they would discuss arrangements with Geico. Based on the tone and interaction from that call I knew that this would not be an easy journey if i had to constantly deal with this staff member. If needed, I would have happily pay the expenses but dealing with this type of attitude is not worth it.

These guys are awesome! Had fender work done from a recent accident and it looks perfect. Paint looks awesome and like it never happened as it should. The customer service is fantastic. I needed a rental car through insurance and they have a representative on site. They kept me informed just about every other day during the 2 week period my car was being repaired. Definitely recommend if you re looking for Grade A work to be done.

I took pictures of my Porsche Panamera and submitted pictures to insurance company in Sept 2022. My car needed minor painting due to touch up paint marking on fender. Car was dropped off in Dec 2022. When I received car back from Autobody it had damage to lower portion of bumper. I complained and I didn't hear from owner until I sued in small claims court and I loss. Because my pictures submitted to insurance company was three months ago prior to dropping off car. It was insinuated by magistrate ruling that I drove my car and damaged center of bumper when it was dropped off in Dec 2022. And my mileage expressed this as well, because I didn't cross examine, what a joke. I'm driving a Porsche not a toy car, such stupidity. I'm just driving around reckless, running into stuff, .Review my pictures: Autobody used a tool to pry top bumper from bottom black valance. You can see corner where tool pushed into grey area and slipped downward by scrapping downward motion onto black valence corner, but yet I'm Wrong and loss my case due to preponderance of evidence. I ask body shop to put car back together after shop telling me there is more damage once they removed bumper and valence. I knowingly knew there was no damages before drop off. This info was misinterpreted on magistrate answer judgement.And magistrate poor account and perception of what auto shops do to remove bumpers. It's was a simple case. And Damage was a key word, as if my car was there for damages when dropped off for paint touch on corner. Car was never in an accident. It was a comp claim, SMH. Autobody, seen insurance money, or normal practice to damage to an undamaged car to get more monies from an uncontested insurance company or owner of car.My deductible is 500.00, therefore I could of got both areas repaired during same claim if it was there when car was dropped off to this shop That's rather stupid for me not to fix at same time.Don't bring your care to North Haven AutoBody any complaints will go unanswered and ignored.Make sure you take pictures of your car on same day for yourself at any body shop . Especially, at Autobody shop. This is a shop that will not take responsibility for their damage when and if it's caused by working staff.Court will not represent you without current pictures. You d think for an auto body shop they would maintain their parking lot. When you enter their lot there is a pot hole at least a foot deep my fiance accidentally hit this pot hole late at night pulling through to get to the hotel. The hotel proved with paper work the pot hole was on their property. Long story short , the owner of the auto body shop was a total pri** when we attempted to contact him and resolve the issue, and to the hotel manager who also tried to help us. He wanted nothing to do with us and was extremely rude to all of us. My fianc� and I are good humble people just wanting this man to do the right thing. I would not take your vehicle here for service. Bring your money to people who aren t cold hearted a**hol** who care more about your vehicle.

The staff was helpful and attentive . They took care of everything right down to the rental car. This is the third time I used North Haven Autobody and the service is top notch. My car came out looking brand new and they are set up to get the job done quickly. The staff called me several times during this process updating me on the status of my car. Good customer service.

My experience with North Haven Auto Body was excellent from start to finish. My car looks terrific!! They are professional, courteous, and kept me informed of the progress throughout the process. They also coordinated everything with the insurance company and I loved the fact that the rental car was also taken care of right on site. It took away the stress and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend North Haven Auto Body and Bob and Ines were a pleasure to work with.

My son s car was damaged in early April. North Haven Auto Body was one of his insurance company s preferred shops, and it was the closest to our home, so he made arrangements to bring it there. Their initial estimate was 20 working days.It seems that some people are very impressed with NHAB s communication, but apparently my son (who is active-duty military) didn t merit that level of communication. What he got was repeated delays and either no information at all or uninformative updates by text message like Your car is now in repair. When NHAB finally delivered his car, 43 working days later, the repairs looked good, but as with all body repair work, the test for quality is in the passage of time. So, we ll see.What I can say with certainty, though, is that NHAB s quality control at delivery was absolutely terrible. Apparently, they were in a big hurry to give the car back. There was heavy adhesive residue from their tape on the roof, they had failed to reset the tire pressure monitoring system (which we specifically told them in writing they needed to do), there were interior trim panels that hadn t been reinstalled, one of his fog lights had been simply put back into place with no hardware to secure it (it fell out while driving the car), and there were multiple scratches/gouges around the rear window opening from removing and reinstalling the window.When you let a car go out the door in that condition after working on it for 2 months and charging an insurance company $14,000, the message you send is We don t really care. And in advance of the owner asking why we didn t bring the car back to make everything right, the answer is that if you can t make everything right in 2 months, you don t deserve another chance.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim

Fantastic business. Everyone was well organized and very friendly. The paperwork was always waiting for me. The Enterprise rep had everything ready to go. My truck repair looks great. I am duly impressed with the entire crew. Unfortunately, my wife has just been in an accident, so I will be heading back to North Haven Auto Body very soon. They ve earned my business.

This has been the best experience I have had with any auto body shop. My car was done early, with excellent results and no issues AT ALL. My contact person kept me updated through text and even Gabrielle from Enterprise Rentals was awesome. This was the most painless experience ever and my car looks NEW. I would recommend their services to anyone that needs work done.

Your Best Decision After a Collision, I can vouch for that.I was concerned that matching the original paint would be problematic because it contained speckles which reflected slightly different colors depending on your viewing angle.The way the new paint blended with the existing paint was indiscernible. Before paint, body work needed to be done, I am completely satisfied with every aspect of the repair. Unfortunately, I am a repeat customer. Several years ago, I had repairs performed on a different vehicle. So, it wasn t a difficult decision for me to return to North Haven Auto Body for this repair.The associate assigned to my case kept me well informed throughout the whole process and didn t overwhelm me with unnecessary information.The vehicle was returned to me completely detailed, inside and out.Thank you again for your excellence in workmanship and professionalism during this process.
