Victoria was such an awesome person to deal with 100% recommend doing business with!! Her and the buying team reached out to me for my truck that I had for sale and made the process as easy as dropping the keys off. Very easy negotiation, paperwork was all set up and organized; I felt warm and welcomed as soon as I stepped in the door!

I had my Mercedes towed there after my brakes malfunctioned. The cost of repairs was going to be more than I wanted to spend so my vehicle just remained there for a couple weeks while I decided what I was going to do. They could ve charged me a storage fee but were beyond understanding and didn t charge me AT ALL!! In my opinion this was extremely kind and helpful in a bad situation! Thank you so much Mercedes Benz of North Haven!! This is how they treat their customers, I WILL ABSOLUTELY BE BRINGING MY BUSINESS THERE IN THE FUTURE!! Now this is what you call royal treatment!! I was welcomed with all smiles and friendly faces by the entire staff. My salesman, Izzy, was a pleasure to work with and his great personality made the process much more enjoyable. I was given full detailed information and feedback about my options and purchase. The best thing was of course driving home in a new vehicle but also receiving a MB goody bag! :)) This was quite a treat!Thank you MB of North Haven for setting the standard.

Absolutely wonderful experience with parts! Melissa went above and beyond for me not only by getting me the bolts, washers, and nuts she labeled them each individually with the number and part number from the diagram so I could cross reference and know what went where! Highly recommend their parts center and Melissa especially!

I ve spent plenty of my hard earned dollars here and I never have a good experience. yes my car service is fine but the woman at the service desk are terrible over the phone and in person ! not sure if they just don t like a certain race or their attitudes just suck ! I had a oil change service a last year I asked if I can use a MB coupon LISA said a coupon doesn t exist I then sent a relative over that works at the dealer and she laughed in his face once he asked. Mind you I got a coupon in the mail immediately after my service at the time i just didn t have it on me and I ve gotten numerous coupons in the mail for services in the past ! Even dropping my car off the guy that put me in a loaner was not pleasant. I called today to get price quotes for a service and same problem with the same people that answer the phones nasty attitudes. I would drive an hour away to service my car at another dealer before i ever spend another penny with people that don t treat every dollar the same ! I work too hard to spend money where I m treated like I m worthless and talked to so grossly !

Me and my wife went to MB North haven to buy a car. Don't get me wrong, they were nice and cordial like most car dealerships, however, we must have spent a total of 11 hours between our two visits. It was a joke, we did finally get our truck, but only after they play all the games with you and hit you with high prices to put you on your heals and go back and forth with their "manager". The truck is great. 1/10 for experience. Cut the sales tactics! It was such a pain in the butt to finally get a car. Would not recommend to my friends or family. Especially in this market, go to another dealership that won't play games. cars aren't flying off the lot like they used too.

MB of North Haven took fantastic care of us, and has now become our service department of choice after relocating to the area. Bobby, our service advisor, was attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly for us. I cannot recommend this service team highly enough.

Always a pleasure buying from MB NorthHaven, have been a loyal customer for well over 20 years. I wouldn t go anywhere else. Service is excellent, always willing to accommodate in any way they can. Professional, knowledgeable , friendly, can t go wrong at this dealership. The staff is the best you will ever find. Highly recommend.

The team at Mercedes-Benz has always been super friendly and helpful. My car is always prepared at a timely manner for every quarterly maintenance I have. Recently I had blown out a tire and they were extremely accommodating and ensuring that my tire was taken care of right away so I can get back on the road so I can return to my usual activities. I m grateful for this company as they are great people to work with at any occasion.

Always top notch service but..... I have a hard time justifying the total labor cost on many of the simple maintenance services. For example 2k in labor only, to change pads and rotors seems excessive. It's an hour at most per side. So that's 500 bucks an hour in labor?That being said...I understand its a Mercedes dealership. They are very clean and thorough with their work and efficiency. It's why I keep going back despite the unjustifiable premiums. Consider it constructive criticism. Lol.If you are willing to pay the high premium.....they will deliver.

Mercedes Roadside Assistance picked up my vehicle within 15 minutes of me getting a flat tire. Once it arrived at Mercedes Benz of North Haven the tire was changed quickly and I was back on the road in no time. Excellent customer service.

So.. I went to MB of North Haven Regarding the hopes of getting a new car. I get there and the woman at the front. She s very very nice and she introduces me to. I believe her name was Magdalena and she would be helping me. Magdalena was very helpful when it came to trading my car, and I feel like I was really really low balled and treated as if I was stupid. So I ve taken my car to about four different places now because I m in the market for a new car and everywhere has given me around 7500 for my car. I bring it to North Haven Mercedes-Benz, and they tell me that there is a light on in my car like a code, my first reaction was that s odd because nothing is on my dashboard and I just had an oil change and they didn t mention anything about that. They show me something regarding my ABS which is my brakes I say to myself that s also funny because literally two months ago I just got all my brakes done on my car mine you have proof of all of this . So I tell the sales manager there this information and she brings it back to the person who appraised my car where she then comes back with a grocery list of things that is now allegedly wrong with my car, and the brakes are no longer on there or this code regarding the brakes is no longer on my car. I asked for a copy of the paperwork that she had regarding the appraisal of my car I get into my car and I read the notes and on it it says everything else but the main issue of having a code on my car ( which I don t). And offered me $2500 for my car. A joke.Very disheartening and terrible customer service .. I was there ready literally with a check to purchase a new car .

Just got a Lexus from this dealership. Great experience! The sales man and the manager were very friendly and helpful. They answered my questions in detail and patiently. The receptionist is very pleasant and nice. Strongly recommended.

I had a great experience buying my car, but a poor experience with the car once we drove it off the lot. In November 2023 they had the car 23 days. I don't even want to go into how many times they dropped the transmission pan to get to the Geer box. I had a loaner car and 24 hours after I had the car, I was stopped at a crosswalk and hit from behind. Bobby in service had no sympathy. I just had surgery on my shoulder from that accident. Long story short. The car went back in the shop March 5th for 15 days to find out same issue oil leaking from the engine seal. So we pick the car up and turn the loaner in. We were charged $141. For a rim that we hit a curb. We owed up to it. With all the stress we have been through they could have given us a deal. We were hoping to trade the car in, but they could not make us a decent deal.CC: Attorney

These people do not know what they re doing. Very ignorant about their own brand of cars. Replacing just a common tire is even a problem and they never have a loaner for important services. I will not advise anyone to go here if you re in dire need of something. They re not ready to change especially that front desk girl

THE WORST DEALERSHIP TO GO TO they smile in your face and try to Rob you Low ball on their on product. The financial person is the worst too. Heavy set glasses and beard can't remember his name. They didn't call me back They didn't make a effort to make the sale .I felt I wasn't the right kind of customer. If you know what I mean. I have had 4 benz and when I went There they made me feel terrible didn't call me back Nothing. So I left mercedes-benz all together. Because of this DEALERSHIP. The ABSOLUTELY WOSRST. ZERO ZERO STAR DONT GO THERE .

Had a great experience from the very beginning. I had spoken with Joe C. about coming in for a test drive then once I arrived Izear helped me through the process for taking the car for the test drive, my trade in and finally my purchase! He was very easy to work with all the questions I had he was able to give me an answer and that made the whole process a lot easier. Tim K. also did an amazing job on working on my loan. An amazing team! I am so thankful to have gone through this process with them as opposed to the other dealers, including another Mercedes Benz dealership in the state.

I just had an interesting experience at the front desk today. The receptionist seemed a bit distant and didn't make much eye contact. It felt like they were preoccupied with something else. Thought it was worth mentioning since it's usually such a welcoming environment.During our interaction, the advisor appeared to be in a hurry to complete the task at hand, which made me feel a bit rushed. It seemed as though they had other pressing matters to attend to. I understand that everyone has busy days, but I believe that taking the time to give customers undivided attention can greatly enhance their experience.

I do not normally leave reviews but I felt the need because of my experience at this dealership. Where do I start. I guess from the beginning. My wife called the dealer and spoke to Joe regarding the availability of a Benz she saw on the website. She made an appointment to check out the Benz. The day before the appointment, Joe reached out to confirm our visit. When we arrived at the dealership my wife and I were greeted by a smiling face I think her name was Kim. Then she got Joe for us, Joe introduced himself to us then told us that he is having Levius help us. We met Levius, he welcomed us with a big smile, led us to his desk. He bragged about how great the coffee machine was so I tried it. It was awesome! We chatted a bit. We talked about lots of things, from food to our families. He made us comfortable and relax. We told Levius that we will visit the Volvo dealership next afterwards. Levius said that Volvo is a nice car but said that I will forget about the Volvo after I m done with my test drive. I test drove two Benz s. What Volvo!?! He also introduced us to Muhammad. Muhammad assured us that they will do their best to get our trust. After my wife and I discussed the best choice for us. We informed Levius on our choice but we asked for certain details to be resolved such as a little piece missing at the rear bumper, little paint scratched off, little dings, and for the vehicle to be cleaned properly. Levius made a promise to take care of those things. We then struck a deal. Levius made the transaction easy. We then met with Danny to talk about the financing and the warranties available for us to purchase. Our conversation with Danny was pleasant and informative. This whole experience was stress-free. Being at the dealership was very comfortable, it felt like I was at a friend s living room. My wife has a Benz I bought for her years ago, and this time my wife bought me my first Benz. We picked up my Benz the following day, and oh boy, what a beauty! Levius delivered on one of his promises to have the Benz cleaned to my satisfaction. Levius then handed us a big gift bag. What a pleasant surprise! I drove that Benz home wearing a big smile, thinking about how my experience at the dealership matched the quality of my new ride, top level! Thank you, North Haven Mercedes Benz! I highly recommend this dealership!

PJ and the team have been super helpful throughout the process of purchasing a CPO.The internet team reached out quickly and was friendly, the car was ready on time for a drive, and PJ was super helpful. I was able to ask him questions and get clear answers.PJ has a calm yet friendly demeanor that instilled the confidence needed to go ahead. Muhammad on the team was also very reasonable and helpful with the process. Even after I left, I got a hold of PJ 100% of the time immediately when I called or emailed.Finally, they were super helpful by helping resolve a personal situation with my schedule and sent a driver an hour away to help me sort it out. That s something I ll remember and hopefully I ll work with them again in the future.
