Always willing to work with my schedule when I need a loaner. I had an issue with a loaner I had while they worked on my Range Rover and they came out to me and immediately swapped me into a new one with no questions asked. Will forever recommend them. I am about 5 minutes from Land Rover Hartford and continuosly do service with North Haven because of the way I am treated here. Great customer service.

I had been looking for a lightly used Jaguar XF sedan. Jaguar North Haven had a one owner with low miles and in immaculate condition. We agreed on price and I picked it up in two days. From sales to management to documentation, all was very professional yet congenital in their business approach.I am very satisfied and will return in the future for another vehicle.

For service, always go to Dom - not only does he get things done but he takes good care of you and your vehicle. My husband has been working with him for many years. For sales, go to Bill. He s straightforward and highly knowledgeable. From the moment you pull up to the time you leave, the service at this dealership is excellent. I highly recommend it.

Probably the best experience of my life involving a car repair with celebrated at executive jaguar Land Rover just a few weeks ago. They spent several days trying to figure out why my coolant light went on, and finally resolved the issue. The whole time I was treated to a Brand new Evoque, selected for me by my favorite repair representative, Amanda Peck.

Service Department is excellent to work with.even though they re very busy They try to get the vehicle as soon as possible Dominic has worked with our family cars for the last eight years and have nothing but pleasant and excellent service. Highly recommend him and North Haven service

My Rover will will be 16 years old so it finally sprung a leak in the coolant line. Had the car towed to Land Rover North Haven. In no time I received a video from the tech showing the problem. My car was repaired and delivered ack to my home. Job well done.

Land Rover North Haven is a great buying experience. Bill, Jim and Armad are as good as it gets. Car shopping can be a very stressful event, but they work hard to make it a very pleasant experience without pressure. I highly recommend this dealership!

Literally have had 2 bad experiences there. The first no one greeted me at all. Other people families came in and they were greeted.Secondly, I went back a year later out a small deposit on a car.. decided not to get the car and it has been tooth and nail to received my refundable deposit back.Whoever Jeff is was very rude and condescending when I called to speak with the sales manager.

My Range Rover Sport had a flat tire in Southington CT with missing wheel lock key. I had the vehicle towed there instated of dealership in Hartford. David at the service desk was awesome. He was able to squeeze me in with an appointment & fixed my car in same day. David was very helpful, professional, courteous & answered all my questions. Very happy with the service department services. Highly recommended.Thank you!

I first tried to go to JAGUAR in Hartford and they were no help. They said we don t have key, I said, OK I understand. Then asked them when they would have the key in and they so we don t know. I asked them if I should call back next week and they were like I don t care. You can call whenever you want. We don t have it.. North Haven JAGUAR was extremely helpful polite. I plan to bring my car there in the future if I have any issues.

Competent and professional service, both at the service desk and by the service staff. Do the work that needs to be done, well diagnosed but not recommending work that isn't important to be done. Appreciate getting new Land Rover loaners. I don't live that close to the dealer, so very practical. Further, it allows me to preview new models in their lineup.

Work performed is to satisfaction however getting the appointment was not; they canceled my original appointment and 2nd appointment was not confirmed by email prior to the appointment which was common practice at one time. I was not sure if appointment was on and of course no one answered the phone. I was not too happy

I usually don't leave reviews but I had to share my experience with LR of North Haven. This was the second time I've had an actual pleasant and fantastic experience purchasing a vehicle.After nearly closing a deal with a competing dealership I came to find out that they tried to add in many hidden fees and even tried to upcharge the vehicle registration fee! I wasn't very happy to say the least.Well after speaking with a friend about my experience he told me about the vehicle I was looking for at NH Land Rover. Took a look and it was the exact car I was looking for.Called and spoke to Dan who sent me an OTD number, no hidden bs and fees. Straight forward and honest. Came by the next day and we made the deal. Smoothest and easiest transaction I've had. Thanks so much Dan and the sales team at Land Rover North Haven for making (what usually is a pain in the rear) process, an easy and painless process. You have a customer for life!
