The Service Mgr was extremely friendly & explained the approx wait time for my service. He apologized that the service dept did not have the part needed to fix my window issue but promised they would do their best to get it in asap. I was thrilled to learn my issue was still under warranty! Yahoo!!!!

Overall, a great experience. The team at Executive VW make the process easy and painless with consistent transparency and communication. Worst parts department I ve ever seen.I ve been in the auto repair business since over forty years and I never saw someone try to treat me like a total salami head.I had misplaced the lock for my lug nuts and got a flat in my driveway so I called and the receptionist told me to just bring my registration and they d have one for like twenty five bucks, when I walked in the first thing he said was she was wrong about that , and they would need to have the car towed to them and it would cost a hundred dollars plus labor and he d have to hold the car for the weekend and I could pick it up around Monday. But above all it was his attitude and demeanor that made me realize he thought he had a sucker. People are always looking out for scammers on street but who would ve known their in big dealerships like this. Anyways, I went to auto zone and the guy found the perfect match for 8.99 the audacity

Great service and great team!I called and got a quote for the work I needed. They helped make an appointment for me and gave me a ride on the day of the repair. The cost was the same as the quote. Marlena helped me out and she was fantastic making sure my car was done on time.

(updated)My car came in to change a bulb and they somehow managed to damage the whole part (according to them, then they said they found a solution and I could pick up my car). The solution was that they apparently used ANOTHER client s part to fix their mistake; when I reached out to complain their response was that they were doing me a favor!. Then, they warned me I might need to return (after changing a bulb?). And not surprisingly I HAD to return. Less than 72 hours later. Just to pay them more for a misleading work.They did a really unprofessional report. Then I went to a different place and they were in fact, lying about my car. Their response is right, my car is not damaged . And did not require a 9,000 usd repair.Save yourself from this horrible place and read carefully the similar reviews!To their response: yes, you are correct! I followed up. My car is not damaged.I have your voice mails recorded - in which you are stating what happened. I don't need to prove it here. I am warning others to look for a professionak place that better represents the brand! And the other reviews that recently share similar experiences are also here for all to read!

I think Executive Volkswagen is doing a good job in getting people into a car. At the right moment, they give customers great deals to consider, wheter you're leasing or buying. Can't go wrong with a Volkswagen, imo.

Bought a VW Atlas from Dave. He was super friendly, easy to deal with and knowledgeable on anything we asked. We ended up drive across state to come here rather than deal locally. Everyone we dealt with was great. Only minor complaint was the vehicle detailing wasn't to my liking. I know most places are short staffed and over-worked- so it wasn't a big deal, but definitely could have used more time on cleaning before delivery. Highly suggest this dealership to all. One of my best experiences buying a car for sure. Dave is awesome. I'm sure we will be back again to Executive for our next vehicle.

Dwight, if I spelled that right. Is s great salesman. Polite, knowledgeable and very professional. There was a blonde lady, my apologies for not remembering her name was also very professional and polite. I will definitely come back to Volkswagen if North Haven. I have never had as good of an experience at a dealership until now! Holly, Kevin & Chris are the most helpful & wonderful people and made my entire experience run so smoothly. They made sure I was understanding everything throughout my buying process and easily answered every question I had. I already have and will keep recommending them to anyone looking for a no pressure car buying experience!

I have been a customer of Executive VW for a long time. Part of the reason that I continue to lease my VWs from them is that the service experience is always a good one. The last time that I was there, they did a 20k service in less time than I thought it would take. That was especially great because I was waiting for the vehicle in the service area. I appreciate that they are always friendly and ultimately do good work. I'm a happy customer and look forward to more VWs with Executive in the future.

Very professional and nice people. Took my Atlas Cross Sport in for its first 10,000 miles service. I waited for my vehicle, where I was able to get some work done. My vehicle was finished in about an hour which was fine. I will continue to get my service done at Executive!

I had gone to other dealers and didn t like the impression they gave. They were desperate to make a sale and very pushy. I went to Executive Volkswagen and they were nothing but professional! No gimmicks or pressure. I was able to test drive the car and talk with the GM and the dealer were very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I came back the next day after and purchased a brand new car. The whole team was amazing! I couldn t be happier with my decision to go with them!

Great people to do business with. I m an out-of-state buyer and after finding the vehicle I wanted for the price I was looking for. I contacted Holly Sheehan and Scott Brouard and they did a fantastic job, explaining everything to me and how to get through the financing process through the phone and email. After driving 3 1/2 hours I pulled into the lot to see the vehicle right out front and greeted by a salesman Dwight Burkett and he was great at explaining details about the vehicle, he was very informative and very helpful he led us inside we met with Scott before sitting down with Chris and doing the finance paperwork and signing which went smoothly. Before we left Dwight made sure we are all set and after putting our transit plates on helped me with my new vehicle setting up volkswagon net to my phone and we chatted a bit.They were all very friendly. I would definitely come back again and do business. They are a great crew!

Bought an ID4 from this dealer March 2023. Was told that VIN etching was "absolutely non-negotiable," even though it's a total junk fee, and they charged me $299 for it. Picked up the car, no VIN etching was even done. Been trying for nearly a year to get a refund, nothing yet. Terrible, terrible service. In no world would I recommend.

I purchased the vehicle on January 12, 2024and it has been in for repair since January 14, 2024. The fuel injectors began to fail on January 13, 2024 while I was on the highway and a good distance from home or Executive VW. This continued until I was able to drop the vehicle off on January 14, 2024. The problem cause my speed to drop so severely that I was almost hit by a tractor trailer.

1/12/2024Love this dealerships service department. Very accommodating, thorough and friendly.I need an oil change asap and Marlena was able to see me last minute. I have two VWs but only bought one from Executive. I always take my other car here even though other dealerships are closer.December 2023It was easy to set up and comfortable to wait. Even though my part is on back order the service manager who helped me kept me informed and I felt like my issue was important to him. I am looking forward to the fix and confident I will continue to have a good experience.

Holly was initially very helpful with my vehicle interest and financing application. However, I was ultimately ghosted, so I took that as a no. It would have been polite and appreciated to receive the courtesy of a final response, but I suppose that is only available if you have a particular credit score range. When my score does improve, I will go elsewhere for a new VW.

I've bought many cars from Executive VW and would buy my next from them as well. Jeff Griffin is my sales guy and have never felt uneasy like i have at other dealerships. Jeff's very easy to deal with and puts the numbers right out there so no surprises. Tyler runs a terrific service dept. and I've always felt like i was charged a fair amount for the service performed and their warranty is top notch.

Everything was well, from Marlena at the reception desk, efficient & friendly, the service was performed, but I was disappointed that the car was not washed. On my last service when I inquired about this omission, I was informed that due to renovation work at the dealership, the car wash section was not accessible. Is this still the case? It is a let down.

I had an unusual request- needing to test drive a car before my company transitioned us to electric vehicles.The manager and David did not hesitate in making sure all of my questions were answered.David was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and friendly. I left wanting to actually buy the car eventhough I am receiving it as a fleet vehicle.Definitely go here if you are into friendly, welcoming, with no pressure type of car shopping!

From the first time I contacted them till I took delivery, everyone I dealt with at Executive was wonderful. They answered all my questions and provided a stress free experience. I traveled from NY to pick up my car, and they had everything ready to go to get me headed back home as quick as possible. I wish all dealers were as efficient and painless.
