Everything was smooth from the time I drop my car off to the time I picked up my car no long wait. Every associate that I came into contact with was awesome was friendly, explained the entire process to me. They even did a check for me and let me know what I needed to get done soon they didn t pressure me into going with them or anything overall I would definitely be back to do maintenance on my car. In the free car wash was a plus for me because I definitely needed it.

I ve been a customer for almost ten years, done about 4 leases with this location. All I can say is it s a shame that none of the original representatives no longer work there because this place does not care to keep its customers. This location used to be run by professionals who were happy to help its customers and a place I felt good about doing business with, which is why I was a loyal customer for many years. But now it is by far some of the worst customer service I ve ever had. They only want to help customers when they are pressuring you to get a car but once they have your money nothing is their problem anymore. If you manage to get someone on the phone or by email they are condescending and rude and refuse to do anything to help you. Once this last lease is done I m definitely never coming back to this location again.

Excellent experience Jason my service advisor was very helpful.Truck was serviced and cleaned when promised. Unlike the last Nissan dealership, they did not add a charge for paying with a credit card. I will be back here for my next service ! Thank You !

Purchased a 2024 pathfinder and they needed to add the tow package after we picked up the car. Because there were some issues with wiring it took longer than expected. In the interim the provided us a loaner. They made sure everthing was set before releasing the car back to us.

I went and if I have my vehicle service for radiator leaking and the mechanical technician who did the work/ finished fixing the radiator did not note that they had severed the cord for the hood release and then when I talk to Alberto about it he said oh you were already using pliars to open the hood so it was already broken and I explained that I knew that it was broken it was separated from the plastic tab and I just need to have that replaced and he said it doesn t matter and he would do nothing to try to help me out. After that he Alberto blocked me when I simple asked why I was not told about the hook being broken from the wires and that the wire was now frayed . For this experience with Alberto and executive this time around was a horrible one my radiator was fixed but with the cord for my hood release on the whole metal piece that was stripped off and leaving the wires frayed and not even telling me about this was unacceptable! I have never had a problem like this before not even being heard or even trying to help in anyway, I am so dissatisfied with Executive Jeep, all because Alberto could not even listen or inquire about the incident, or try to work with me!!

I had a maintenance service, filters and brake fluid replaced. Tyler kept me updated and explained everything that was being done. I also watched the video of my car service. That was a nice touch too. Love my Murano and Executive Nissan in North Haven, CT has a great service Department.

This was the first service for our 2023 Rogue, the service manager explained what was going to be done on this service. He gave me a time-frame of what to expect. Stopped in to let me know that the car would be ready soon. E came to let me know that the service was complete and walked me out to where d y car was parked. All expectations were achieved.

Reinaldo, my sales associate, was incredibly helpful and friendly. He answered all my many questions with care and consideration. I didn't feel pressured. I'd recommend him for certain to friends and family when getting a Nissan. Scott, the finance specialist, made the paperwork a breeze and was extremely pleasant. Plus, any guy who has a Nintendo controller business card holder is a-ok in my book!

I had my 2018 Nissan in for two warranty recalls. The two key fob mechanisms and a software update for my abs brakes . I dealt with Gary and Tyler in service . Both were very professional, helpful and friendly. Once my vehicle was being serviced theybaksi did a no cost inspection. They found some items that needed attention and I authorized the work . I also got a ride home from a very pleasant woman . They even offered to pick me up and bring me back . I would highly recommend Executive Nissan Jeep for all your vehicle needs. I love how this place claims no hassle no pressure, then proceeds to have you sit down and watch a 10 minute presentation on how their business practices are and how no hassle they are. Not to mention they had us sitting there waiting for 30 minutes until a sales rep came out. After we go for a test drive, we have to come back and watch another presentation. Believe it or not I was still interested in the car, but I only wanted to do a deposit. Enter a whole another discussion about numbers etc and back and forth for a business manager even though I said I just want to hold it to think it over which added pressure for us to do something. The whole thing start to finish is a GIANT HASSLE. Now it's been 3 WEEKS and they still HAVENT REFUNDED our deposit when they wanted a CLEAR DECISION WITHIN 48 HOURS (no pressure though). They can't figure out how to refund a credit card. How about you practice what you preach and actually make it no hassle. I'm never recommending this place to anyone. Place sucks

My recent encounter with Executive Jeep Nissan North Haven left me disheartened. Despite my Nissan Rogue 2021 exhibiting a check engine light, the initial service visit yielded a claim that diagnostic checks were only possible when the light was actively on. However, during a subsequent visit prompted by the same issue, the service advisor miraculously could run diagnostics even without the active light.The diagnostic outcome revealed a low battery voltage, necessitating a battery replacement, and a recommendation to replace the cabin micro filter, a service I had recently undertaken. The stunning part was the quoted amount of $633.47 for the battery and micro filter, with an additional charge of $190.26 just to convey the low battery status. This, alongside a dubious assertion about my rear brake shoe size, cast a shadow on their credibility.Despite my loyalty to their pricier services, this experience has given me pause. Prospective customers ought to approach this dealer with caution, considering the transparency and integrity concerns that have surfaced

I had a great experience at Nissan. Alberto Bonet was very helpful and answered all of my questions. He maintained communication about my car and repairs and was very kind to provide a rental car when the repairs took longer than expected. It made the process much easier, and he was helpful with entraining my kids as I loaded car seats. He went above and beyond and it was a very family friendly experience.

Scheduled an oil change and tire rotation for 9am on 12/8/2023. Took over two hours to complete. I purchase a four oil change and tire rotation package for $244.61 which was over a hundred dollars more than the last package I purchased on 4/7/2021 for $143.57. I understand pricing has increased but a 70% increase for this package is crazy. I had a chance to buy the same package at the time of my 4th in April of 2023 at a much lower price but the representative told me to wait until I schedule my next oil change and tire rotation because the package deals expire. Maybe the issue is synthetic oil vs synthetic blended oil? I was told you don't use synthetic blended oil. Almost wish I didn't buy the package.

They diagnosed and repaired the electronic issue just fine, but I felt I wasn t kept informed as to the progress.when I called or texted the service writer, I received no response whatsoever. That s why the three stars.

They successfully diagnosed a tricky problem (bad coil on #2 cylinder) that had causing issues for a few weeks and had been difficult to pin down at a different repair shop and in a prior visit to Executive. Overall the repair costs were fair.

In all my years of driving, I don't ever remember having better service. Everyone from the checkout person, to the shuttle driver, and most of all Gary Grote was a pleasure to deal with! Friendly, knowledgeable, service was A++++++. Facility looked as clean and tidy as a hospital as well. Glad I chose them for my service and repair needs, 5 Stars!

The service for an oil change this time was performed quicker than the last. I m still awaiting cooperate response to an email and letter as well as a return phone call from Josh regarding a pending claim for a manufacture s defect of bubbling paint on my Jeep Wrangler.

Everyone at Executive Nissan showed a great commitment to service. From my sales rep, Nichole Stevens, to the service team, the finance manager and every other employee who would check in to make sure I was having a great experience. They listened to my wants and needs and delivered on it, without pushing anything and making it uncomfortable. The team made sure the whole process was quick and smooth.

My experience was great. Alberto was courteous, professional and very detailed oriented in explaining everything to me. He called me with an update the next day and provided the outcome of the evaluation. My oil change was completed and I got my Jeep back in no time.
