Brendan and the crew are amazing! Brendan listened to all my needs, and went above and beyond to try to reach complete satisfaction of each conversation we had. The car is beautiful, and the team at BMW of North Haven is wonderful. Every one of them is very attentive to each client, making sure you feel comfortable and happy with your decisions. Stephanie is also so sweet and came over to congratulate me on my new car. I can't recommend them enough, they are a great dealership with great people inside of it.

I had an amazing experience, and it wouldn t have been possible without Stephanie. I was searching for a vehicle after mine was totaled, and she immediately brightened my mood when I stepped inside. She answered all my questions thoroughly and with great patients, as I asked a lot. She is warm, outgoing, and makes you feel so comfortable through the whole process. She s the best person to go to if you re looking for a new car! I recommend BMW of North Haven to all my friends and family, but I especially recommend Stephanie!

My husband and I had a wonderful experience here. From the moment we walked in we were greeted warmly. The salesperson, Brendan, was so easy to work with. He was very personable and helpful. The business manager Crystal was great walking us through financing. Everyone we spoke with during our 3 trips to the dealership were wonderful. We highly recommend BMW of North Haven.

I was extremely pleased with my entire car buying experience!My Client Advisor was BRENDAN MURPHY. Not only was Brendan knowledgeable and professional, he was also honest about the entire process which anyone who knows car buying, that can be hard to find.I bought a used Jeep from them and even tho it wasn t a BMW they still were very well versed with the vehicle. They were happy to walk me through each of the many features of the model and even had a representative set up my Apple CarPlay.They worked with my budget and credit score to ensure they did as much as possible to come to a fair and reasonable deal for me. Furthermore the finance department on site was able to help me with many questions as this was my first time financing a vehicle.I would absolutely recommend using them even if you aren t in the market for a BMW they have a wide selection of used vehicles. I went to a few dealerships before this and did not receive the level of customer service I did here.10/10 I will be back for any future purchases

I had a great shopping experience at BMW North Haven. While I didn t ultimately purchase my BMW here (only because I was highly specific in my desired specs) I have to mention that Crystal, the Business Manager, was extremely knowledgeable of the BMW Ultimate Care program and its terms. She was so helpful and courteous to me on a technical matter I was trying to address at another dealership even though she knew I was purchasing my new BMW in a dealership out of state. Crystal really understands there s value to building great relationships and being helpful even if the sale isn t right in this moment. I am so appreciative of her kindness and willingness to help.

Outstanding service from start to finish ! Stephanie is very informative and provided great knowledge/ guidance throughout my first BMW vehicle purchase. Diana has also assisted me setting up my BMW 3 Series Bluetooth and knowledge in the vehicle. Great customer service and very friendly. Bmw of North Haven proved to me that buying a car doesnt have to be a hassle! Edwin Torres was my salesman and he was one of the easiest I ve ever dealt with. No hassle, no haggling just a very fair price on this preowned dodge charger. Benjamin Mayo in finance was also extremely helpful, especially considering I m from out of state. Very impressed with the professionalism displayed at this dealership, few left that make buying a car fun!

I recently was in search of a new & fun car since my boys became adults and an SUV was no longer needed. I met with Malcolm Stewart and he took us on a test drive of one I had seen online. I really liked it and saw several others on the lot that I liked as well. I told him what I was looking for and he immediately knew of what he could show me next. Within a week I was in my 2022 BMW 430i coupe!! The ease of doing business with the entire team was exactly what any customer would dream of! Malcolm was able to answer any question I had and the entire team of BMW North Haven was friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend visiting them for any BMW you may desire. I m so elated with my dream car!! I told my oldest son to drive his M4 home from AZ to race his Mom! :) She s Gorgeous & beyond what I ever hoped to drive!

Brought my car in for a brake service. Service rep stated my car needed everything and that it would Cost me $X amount. Advised that I need To pay before 5:30 pm To get my car over the weekend. Once the car was done, received a text saying come down. Advised rep that I will be unable to head down as I m caught up in work. Rep said I NEED to pay before 530 and a link was sent, and said we didn t need to do your rear brakes and I saved you money first off, y all didn t save me money, you just didn t charge me for something that didn t need to be serviced at the moment. I then Requested a copy of the invoice before I pay To see what work was actually done, and how they got to that figure. Rep advised that s not an option on the link. I advised That I NEVER HEARD OF SOMEONE BILLING SOMEBODY WITHOUT AN ITEMIZED INVOICE UP FRONT. it s one think to over inflate your labor rates, it s no secret, but to try and bill someone and saying it s mandatory before 5:30 pm and refusing to send your loyal customer an invoice is beyond a disgrace. So much that I decided to wait all weekend and pickup my car THE FOLLOWING Monday to SEE MY INVOICE!! I understand It was 5:15 and my rep wanted to get home after work, but don t rush the customer to pay to end your day. Customer experience is beyond important, and y all just prove day in and day out you fail to do that .

we were very pleased with the service we received in North Haven at the BMW dealership. Stephanie was polite quick to give us the information we needed it carried through and quickly responded to any question we had. When we arrive to pick up the car, she spent great time showing us all the different aspects of the car. the car was beautifully, detailed and shiny. She and her associate spent a great deal of time showing me all of the features. It was a very pleasant transaction.

We had a great car buying experience at BMW of North Haven. Khaled was our primary contact at the dealership and was very helpful and responsive without getting to the point of making us feel any pressure to buy. When we did decide to purchase from them, the paperwork process with Crystal was quick and easy. There were a couple of small hiccups but they were quickly corrected to our satisfaction. The car buying process can be stressful but we really felt like our business and "customer satisfaction" were valued here.

Brendan helped us pick exactly what we wanted & needed in a car! He was extremely helpful, he took the time to answer all our questions, Knowledgeable he took the time and effort to answer all our questions, with patience & was extremely courteous!! He s your man, ask for Brendan you will be glad you did!! We thoroughly loved doing business with him, he made our transaction smooth and pleasurable!! And have our favorite car!! Our experience with Edwin Torres as our salesman could not have been more pleasant. He was professional, informative and knowledgeable. He came into the dealership on his day off to complete the paperwork and personally hand us the keys to our beautiful, new car. The entire team at BMW North Haven is amazing!

I had a great experience buying a car here. Crystal and Brendan were both super kind and very helpful. They listened to what I wanted and thoroughly explained everything, working to get me the car I ve always wanted. Also spoke to Jesus on the phone who was funny and helpful. Seems like they ve got a great team there! I ve had unpleasant experiences at past dealerships, where people were pushy and tried to sell me cars I didn t want, and wouldn t even let me look at the ones I was interested in. I didn t have to worry about that here. It was honestly the best dealership experience I ve had. Can t recommend enough!

This was my first time shopping for a car, so I did not know what to expect. However, after visiting a few dealerships, I decided to work with Brendan Murphy and his team at BMW of North Haven. My experience with the team was nothing short of exceptional. Brendan is very thorough and honest. He truly cared that I was comfortable with the car that I was interested in. He devoted his time to take me on multiple test drives. His assistant Diana also helped me become acclimated with the car and all of its features. If you are in the market for nice compact, luxury car, I highly recommend visiting BMW of North Haven, specifically Brendan Murphy.

Not happy with service advisor. Tried to get me for $700 to replace cabin filter and air filter. I did it for $40 parts and 10 minutes labor.Ready to buy new but will not buy from them. Prior to this I had no problem with the dealership.

Never a problem with service or sales. Have never felt pressured to do any service they suggest, as I do a lot of my own simple maintenance. Would not hesitate to purchase a vehicle or service again

Stephanie followed up with all my requests even off hours during personal time to ensure I was 100% satisfied with my purchase. My husband and I were extremely pleased with the associates at BMW of North Haven especially when interacting with Steve and Crystal. We came in, not for a BMW, but a 2018 Subaru and were treated with respect. Steve was knowledgeable of the car even addressing fixed recalls before I could mention them from.my research. He also made sure to get touch up paint from Subaru to apply before we picked up the car. He wasn't pushy and very upfront with pricing. Crystal was also helpful and courteous when helping us with the final paper work at pick up. We highly suggest getting your new or used car from this dealership. We're very pleased with our purchase.

Excellent experience from start to finish. A friend recommended North Haven BMW as the best in CT for service and he was right. As we had both cars in, we received a loaner. Alison was helpful every step of the way, as were the other staff members. We were notified of additional work and given the option of moving forward or waiting - all through a clear text system. Highly recommend!!

There s a reason you buy a BMW expectations of quality, service, performance, and value BMW of North Haven provides that total experience from the moment you walk in professionally greeted, oriented to the facility, set in a well appointed guest waiting aria with snacks , water and assorted specialty coffees THEN there s the associates. Everyone was friendly. I lucked out to meet an exceptional associate, Edwin, who from start to finish made my first time an outstanding experience. He took his time, didn t push, answered everything you want to learn about BMW, upgrade, first timers or just poking ask for Edwin .48 hours later I was in my first BMW set with a bow Parts and service was clean and responsive and helpful finance department was knowledgeable and fast Tech Genius Diana spent almost an hour setting up my vehicle and apps and orienting me to all the tech Five stars all the way

I have been doing business with BMW of Noth Haven for a few a few decades now. I have purchased 13 vehicles from them. I have purchased all the cars from Basel and have a great experience each time. The service team overseen by Ashley is top notch as well. Keep up the good work

I recently had my 2007 BMW serviced at BMW of North Haven, and I must say, their professionalism and thoughtfulness were truly commendable. They handled the recall with precision, and what stood out was their no pressure approach in offering additional repairs. Moreover, their affordable 3-year oil change deal is a great bonus. I can t speak highly enough of their service department. Kudos to the entire team at BMW in North Haven for a job well done.
