The deals seem good but for some reason the manufacturer don t send all the tires you ordered at once . You ll get a phone call tells you all your tires are here but when you show up magically only 3 out of the 4 is at the shop . So they say . Happens to me twice with this place . Never going back .

We ordered the tires online with ease. We arrived a few minutes early, greeted politely, and they took us in and said it should only take about 30 minutes. We did a quick grocery run and when we went back, they had one tire left and then the car car was ready to go. Very clean and efficient operation.

This is the worst tire experience I have ever had. Tire I purchased had only 8000 miles on it when it developed a bubble on the sidewall. I stopped in to see what they could do for me but was told they had to order it and it would take 3-5 business days. Since I was going on vacation the following day I had to go to Pep Boys and buy a replacement. Got back and tried to contact them for 3 days and got no answer. Call corporate who finally got thru for me. They scheduled a time for me to come in. They charged me $82 dollars for my new tire plus labor to put it on. I asked them why did I pay $15 per tire when I bought them to cover road hazard etc. Called the manager of the store who offered me $30 gift card to cover some of it. It still cost me $52. I was there 1 1/2 hrs for 1 tire. Never again at BJ'S tire center.

Do NOT come here to get any work done. The two employees are not only disrespectful but incredibly incompetent. They claimed I needed an invoice to verify that I had warranty for the full set of tires I bought less than a year ago. They then proceeded to look through their files and could not find their copy of the invoice. So, it's okay if they don't have the invoice on file but the customers have to? All of this can be fixed so easily by using a database, I mean it is 2019... They said they get audited time to time so they give away their copy of the invoice... You don't make another copy for the auditor? I dont know who manages this department but they're not doing a good job...if any job at all. The attitude of the employees are nasty and the work they do is terrible. Had more flats than I have ever in my life after getting work done here. Seriously, do not waste your time and money on this place, they don't deserve any business.EDIT: I had a receipt of the purchase of the full set of tires which came with a year warranty, apparently this was not conclusive enough that I should be awarded the warranty.

Overall bad experience buying tires from here. Employee tried to get me to buy a more expensive tire even after I said I knew the tire I wanted. Only one tech in service and nobody answering the phone when you call. Worker was also very rude and didn t seem to care about the work they were doing.

One person obviously cannot handle a whole tire shop. Hope the management gives a damn about their customers and hire more people to work here. You have to call them a 100 times for them to pick up the phone. Buying tires here was one of the worst decisions. I will never repeat it and will neither let my family/friends get here.

Nothing to do with the poor guy who works there alone. He was absolutely fantastic. It is BJs for having him WORK ALONE, has to stop and fill everyone s propane, answer and take care of anyone that walks in with a question, AND put someone s tires on their car. BJs is doing a HUGE dis service to the tire paying customer that has spent hundreds of dollars, and something that would take him a reasonable time, ends up taking hours! So a customer spending $12 is same as me who just spent $550? NOT. I will not EVER BUY HERE AGAIN if they don t get realistic and have more help on here.

Don't bother getting tires here or at any Bjs for that matter. Looks like Bjs only staffs this place with one person. They cant service people effectively. Long wait times, no one answers phone...

They dont answer the phone...they ordered a tire for my mother and its been over the time limit no phone call or nothing to let her know it came in...very poor customer service
