Rude so rude to me. Middle age wearing glasses white man with a hat. I returned oil since the store takes old oil. I had about 5-6 jugs. I did not know I had a limit. But I apologized nicely and said. I m so sorry I didn t know but I ll keep that in mind for next time. He walked away from me grunting and as I was walking out the door he replied with their won t be a next time for you . So rude. He s lazy to do his job. Do what you get paid to do. Tell him to be kind to one another or get rid of him. Peace and be kind.

The man at desk was kind & very helpful. Great customer service. Put in new wipers for me.Sadly I went back2weeks later & man replaced my wipers as they were not wiping windows but blurring them.Yesterday my car service man called and said wiper was split on drivers side. Went back to Advanced Auto & both men said they could Not help me. I d have to pay again for new wipers!!!Went to Reilly Auto & kind man replaced defective wiper for me. Ironically, another customer of advanced auto left at the same time as me, and we saw each other at Reilly auto. I cannot believe Advanced Auto would not help me. They said it was because I did not have a receipt although the man who did help me a month ago, didn t give me a receipt I didn t need one he recalled who I was when he replaced it on the first attempt. Gotta say I don t trust this company, don t go there.I went to Reilly Auto

If one store doesn t have it in stock usually another nearby store will, been going for years to Advance Auto parts (mostly Milford) and their biggest advantage is the down to earth and non-intimidating staff, and that they have the most competitive prices

Went in today for AC refrigerant. The employee greeted me and offered assistance. According to the receipt he was Josh M.Attention management his ability gained you an additional sale and repeat customer.

Advanced Auto is ridiculously overpriced. Literally go anywhere else for cheaper prices, and a better bang-for-your-buck.Think I'm kidding? Go to any random gas station or car wash and ask the price of windshield wiper fluid, then go to one of the stores and see for yourself (online is cheaper because they'rethe paying distribution, so it looks less than the stores price tag).I thought they charged me three times for the same item when I heard it. Never again.

Went to get a battery for my car. The previous day I had went and had my battery tested. The guy was helpful and told me to try and charge it overnight. So I did and the next morning my car still wouldn t start. I had went back to buy a battery to which the guy at the counter was very rude and had an attitude with me. I asked him if he could put my battery in for me to which he replied no because they were too busy (even though there are signs everywhere that say free battery installment and there was only one other person in the store. I would have waited but I guess that was not an option. I then told they employee that it was fine I ll try to put it in myself at home however I needed my car to be jumped to get home. He then said to me well why did you wait so long if your car didn t start twice . I explained to him we went went yesterday and it was recommended we go home and try to charge it first. He then did not even jump my car for me he handed me a jumper box and had me go outside and try to jump my car myself which I had never done before but I figured it out. Terrible service, employees don t even seem to want to be bothered or work there. Will not be going back to advanced auto parts anytime soon.

Not sure about their auto supplies but I had a package sent here by UPS since it is one of their pickup locations and they either lost it or someone stole it. I went there with my note from UPS and they said they did not have the package. Then while I was trying to track it down with UPS they updated it to be sent back to the shipper. Just seems really shady that if you didn't have the package one day, how could you send it out the next day? Wouldn't trust them with any packages being sent here!

I'd give this place a lower rating if I could. I came in and asked for headlights for my car, based on their system/employee recommendation and bought the ones I was told I needed. Turns out there are two different kinds, but when I tried to return the ones they told me to get I was essentially told it was my fault for trusting them and had to eat the cost. They'd rather lose a customer than make it right.

Went in to buy a battery for my truck and all they cared about was selling me a battery. Signs on the wall that say they will check your alternator and starter for free and they never offered it. The sign also said free battery installation but they said they couldn't do it because they had to remove 2 bolts from the battery bracket and they didn't want to be responsible for it. Very Lazy as far as I'm concerned. I wouldn't mind but I was the only customer in the store.

I visited advance auto parts to have my car battery replaced. My old battery was six years old (also from advance auto parts). I purchased the battery online with a coupon that brought the price from $131 to under $100, plus tax minus core charge and free installation. The whole replacement experience cost about $98 all in. This turned out cheaper than Walmart, autozone, or any other area auto part stores, but only because i found a big discount coupon online. The service employees were nice and fairly quick getting the battery replaced. The store was organized well. I stopped by about an hour before they closed on a Friday, so there were not a lot of customers and I was out in about 20 minutes. Also because of my purchase and signing up for speed perks, I should be getting another coupon for $ off my next purchase, which could be useful!

Convenient spot to get your vehicle supplies. I personally don't like their parts and go to napa because I trust theirs. But for liquids and waxes wiper blades good place to stop.

Best place ever! I needed new windshield wipers. They were on sale, in stock and they put them on for me on a dark and rainy night! 5 stars all the way! Staff was wonderful and knowledgeable! Thank you!!!!!!

Incredibly annoyed, i tried to call before going there to ensure they had what i needed. I was left on hold for 15 minutes. Hung up and called the advanced in a neighboring town with no issue, and got through to their competitor with no issue. Based on this experience alone, i wont go there.

I like the idea of them being able to now check your car with a special connection to tell you if the entrance okay or other things that could go wrong with your engine and other things over all in your car. it's about time that there's a place that doesn't charge you $50 to tell you I still don't know what's wrong with your car

I both lot of part pad wasnt good Was making lot of noise its has lifetime warranty but they said they can see anything If u cant see that their problem. this was first and last Napa much much better if something wrong they changing without questions

This is my main go to place out of all the auto parts start stores in Connecticut for getting oil always have great oil specials always have great deals there also give you a $5 coupon I believe for every $35 you spend
