Dropped it off for the 60k service and mentioned a sound I was hearing (wanted to have it checked before 60k powertain warranty was over). They diagnosed the sound and repaired my car in a timely manner with good communication. Very happy with the outcome and the service they provide.

DO NOT BRING YOUR SUBARU HEREBought a 2015 Subaru WRX STI here, and cared for it and drove it every day. The service department charged me $5600 dollars to reman and repair the heads. When I dropped off the car, there were no check engine lights, just the issue with the heads (increased pressure in heating system, overheating etc). After 3 weeks, the car was ready to pick up. When i got there, they tried to upsell me on a bunch of lightbulbs.. after spending almost 6K and having my motor out for 3 weeks. Seemed shady and honestly very cheap. Most places after 3 weeks and almost 6K would do the bulbs out of courtesy to the customer, but it gets worse. Started the car to drive it home from the dealer, and a check engine light, when there hadn't been one at all previously, appeared. Got the code read, and it was for a secondary air pump- which had been replaced less than a year ago with a genuine Subaru OEM part from Bertera Subaru parts department. When we called, the service advisor who tried to up-sell us 100 dollars in light bulbs claimed the light was always on...which is a lie. The paperwork he gave us for recommended repairs didn't even have any details about a check engine light or secondary air pump on there, but don't worry, it had the recommended lightbulbs! This directly implicates them in the damages because they 1)cleared the code and failed to mention it 2)chose to say nothing while the motor was out (would be the time to mention a repair that requires moving the motor) and 3)knowingly put less important repairs on the recommended repair paperwork while purposefully leaving out what they damaged while everything was out. Mike Santacroce is a crook, and this service department and dealership are dishonest and shady and I will never purchase another Subaru again because of this experience. I have made complaints with both the DMV and Subaru International and now the car is making noises that indicate the transmission has been emptied of fluid in an attempt to potentially harm me or my family during the holiday season. DO NOT GO HERE. SAVE YOURSELF THIS EXPERIENCE. I highly recommend going to somewhere honest, like Westbrook Honda, for your next car purchase. This place will just be purgatory if you shop here.

Always pleasant , as soon as you step out of your car someone greets you. They treat you like family. The express oil change is a game changer. I love being able to go when I can fit it into my busy schedule. I don't feel like they are constantly trying to upsell me on stuff I don't need.
