Shoreline Autobody is the absolute place to go if you've had any type of collision damage to your vehicle. Lindsay up front will ensure that you have a quality experience.They coordinate with the rental company for you so that a car is waiting for you when you drop off your vehicle. The tech staff are the best! The results are flawless and guaranteed. They even wash and thoroughly clean the inside of your vehicle! Exceptional service, exceptional communication - this is the place to go for all your collision repairs!

Be careful bringing your car here for an auto insurance claim, they do not work with the adjusters to come to an agreed price for the work/labor and you'll be paying out of pocket whether it's an at-fault or not at-fault claim. I've worked in insurance for 25 years and know how this is supposed to work and believe me, this isn't it

Absolutely wont recommend to anyone who wants update of their vehicle and nice work . I had a minor accident and i chose Shore line after seeing all those good reviews . Time line - my work was pending due to supply chain issues and and no one can disagree this fact . After following up for multiple times every month i was told that my repair part is finally available(waited for almost 8 months ). Actually they were suppose to inform me , they never did. Finally date was finalized to repair . I was told it will take a week if everything goes well otherwise few more days . Everyone agrees this fact because no one knows what has been damage inside . After waiting more than a week i called them, they told me your car need extra work and need extra couple of days , why they didn t let me know and i had to call them ? . They never informed me what s going on with all these timeline - not a single call .they stopped picking up the phone and i had to present there to explain and to tell them that i need my car . Finally next day after i argue with them they worked on my car . No sense of responsibility and customer service.

Professional from the very first call! Great customer service.Jenna was a pleasure to work with. Handled everything efficiently. Worked directly with my insurance and even scheduled the rental car delivery and drop off at their shop. A very smooth transaction. Top notch auto body work. My car is beautiful again. Thank you!

Very Unresponsive shop, be prepared to call and leave messages and emails multiple times a day. The demeanor of the shop representatives is kinda cold, and the vibes are off.

Picked up my car, looks like it just came off the showroom floor. Body work is great, clean inside and out. I used them last time I was rear-ended in my old car also. Was very happy with their work. Hopefully no one hits me again. If they do, I know where to take my car.

Great work completed. Work directly with the insurance company. A bit of waiting list, but excellent communications and timely service once the car was taken in. Totally recommend to others. Great experience.

This was our first time using Shoreline Autobody. Wow! Talk about exceeding expectations. Auto body work looked great, was done on time and the car was cleaned inside and out before being returned. They even fixed the radio that had to be reset after I changed the battery a few months back. Very professional and responsive. Would highly recommend.

Can't speak on workmanship but they couldnt even be bothered to give me an estimate on my truck. Said they would have it in a day or two and over a week later ,Still Nothing !! Decided to go with a professional shop !
