Great job restoring my LC steel wheels another wheel shop couldn't tackle. Wheel lips and bead straightened, media blasted and powder coated a custom white RAL 9010. Mounted and balanced tires without damaging new paint. Great job, with an old school personal touch.

A very pleasant experience at this shop getting my poorly designed BMW wheels welded due to another crack. This is the place to go when it happens to you. Welded the rim in no time and put the tire back on. Saved us $$$$

Carl is an expert on wheelsHe was highly recommended by another professional tire guy. Carl inspected my used alloy wheels and found 1 badly bent and 2 slightly bent but ok for rear placement.He straightened the bad one for $100. And I am a happy man. Wheels are safe to use!Saved me $$ on replacement wheels.Highly recommend pre ision wheels

He just sprays over them. They chip off after a while. He also gave me a quote and charged me almost double that. Said 3 days, ended up being 7 weeks. The rim is all different shades. So disappointed.

After being turned away from multiple shops because they won't touch forged wheels and one shop doing such a poor repair of a bent wheel I actually had to replace the wheel I was hesitant to try another shop. I called Precision and discussed my past experiences and they walked me through their repair process and assured me the repair would be done correctly. 4-5 days later the wheel was done and not only was the repair nearly flawless the owner actually met me half way between my home and the shop to deliver the wheel since I couldn't make it before they closed. Great service and very happy with their work, I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs wheel repair.

Had gotten a rim welded at another shop and about after a week or so rim was loosing Air again. So I brought it back to the shop again. I was told it was irreparable and was suggested to buy a new rim. Issue is the used/new rim runs about 350-550 depending on the condition. Plus the previous owner had the wheels painted. So it would have been another decent amount of money to match that wheel to the other 3 on the car.I spoke to the owner of precision wheel repair roughly around 10 am and he told me he ll take a look at it and should be able to get it done that day as long as I get him the car by noon.Dropped the car off at noon and called around 330 and it was done and ready to go. I had a great experience and he was very knowledgeable the issue was the other shop only welded one side of the crack instead of both sides as precision wheel repair did.The tech also took a look at the rear wheel which had a previously repaired crack in it to make sure it s holding up and he said it looked fine. I thought that was a nice thing to do.But all in all a great guy and had a great experience and a very fair price for the repair. As of today it s still holding Air so hopefully it continues to do so.Also awesome Great Dane !

I went to a well known tire store in North Haven CT. They advised me the rim on my 1993 vehicle was bent. I ordered a used one for my 1993 car. Brought it to the well known tire store. They told me that rim was bent worse than the ones on the car. I called Carl who looked at the rim 20 mins after I called him. It was NOT bent. Brought the car in next day to Carl, checked all 4 rims on the car. Not one of the rims were bent!! What can I say...Carl Thank you!! Speedy service, honest work and fair price. I would definitely do business here again!

I just wanted to take the time to thank Precision Wheel service for doing an emergency {in my case} fantastic rim fix on my Mercedes this morning! I know you were busy but you squeezed us in! My son hit a pot hole and bent which I thought was the rear wheel, but turned out to be both on the right side. I heard about Precision called and spoke to Carl. My son brought his car there at 230 and he was on the road at 430. What a pleasant experience, easy, good price and friendly service. Loved the baby I believe his name is Winchester. Highly recommend this shop. I am sure I will be using their services again.

Carl and his team are remarkably professional and thorough. I took my little Suzuki tow car in because the low tire indicator was on and I was preparing for a trip. I also had a slight shimmy at higher speeds that I wanted fixed. Carl squeezed me in to his tight schedule and diagnosed several issues. He knew I was hitting the road and fixed the car to make it road and tow ready. I left with the peace of mind that I am safe to drive and tow this car with worry of a blowout. Carl is a true gentlemen and I will recommend his outstanding shop to anyone! Thanks Carl!!!

The entire team at Precision Wheel offer outstanding customer service and attention to detail. Carl and his team are very professional. He provides detailed estimates of both time and costs associated with wheel repair work. In each case, the wheels were ready ahead of schedule and never over budget. The new location is easy to find and provides better security during both daytime and nighttime hours. I strongly recommend Precision Wheel - we were quoted several thousand dollars to replace rims for an older Mini Cooper. Carl had the rims fixed and new tires for a fraction of the cost and much faster than the dealer.

I'm not sure why there's so many bad reviews when you look up this shop. Carl was very nice and helped me through repairing two bent wheels and two blown tires. The entire job took a few days because there was a sidewall hole that wasn't noticed and we had to wait for another tire to come in during the snowstorm. In the meantime he put on an old tire so I can still go about my business.On one day where the car had to be in the shop all day, Carl drove me to work as I only work about 5 minutes away from the shop. I appreciated that greatly and I don't expect to get that kind of service from another shop.The only advice I could offer is to have a doorbell or something, I feel weird just waltzing into the main office -- but that's just a personal gripe.I would recommend this place to repair your wheels when you inevitably hit a curb this season.

i highly suggest looking at other places before coming here. dropped my wheels off, for 2 of them to be straightened and all 4 painted, was at first told it would take around 2 weeks to get them back. when the 2 weeks came i called to see if i can pick them up, he told me he was still preping the wheels and sanding and what not, so i said okay told me should be another week when that came i called and he gave me the same song and dance. he told me that same line for around 7 weeks. when i finally did pick them up they did look nice, but not even a week later at the car was the paint chipped. under the chipped paint i found that the original paint was still on the wheels and was never stripped!!!! WHAT THE HELL!!!! what did this guy do for 7 weeks to my wheels?!?!?! i can maybe level with the 7 weeks if the wheels were actually sanded and preped properly, but they were not. i will never recommend or return to this place ever again. seriously look into another wheel repair shop before coming here

I had a bent rim from hitting a pot hole this spring. This was causing my tire to not seal properly to the rim, slowly leak, made the low tire pressure light stay on, and caused my car to shake a bit on the highway while accelerating and at highway speed. The dealership recommended I get a new rim. I called precision wheel service this Thursday and they said to come down on this Saturday morning. It took them a little over an hour to fix the rim and balance all of my tires, which is how long they said it would be. The low pressure light is now off, the tire is holding air, and all the shaking went away and it cost me less than a quarter of what the dealership would have charged me to purchase and put on a new rim. The owner was there and was friendly and talkative. I would highly recommend this place to anyone in need of rim repair.

Absolutely horrible service dropped a single rim off that had a bend in it was told it would take about three days to fix. Decided to not rush the man in charge of the whole operation might I add he's the only person in the shop. Waited about 9 days called and was told it would be done in another three to four days..sure no problem I understand a business can get overwhelming waited another week called back no answer waited another few days and showed up to see how things were going showed up three hours before closing on a weekday and no one to be found in sight happened for the next three days finally got fed up and called the owner after not getting an answer over for phone for a few days finally got a hold of him and he said it was being worked on as we speak so I told him I'm coming to pick it up tomorrow regardless if it was done or not because at this point it has been close to a month finally got there after another few days of no one being in a he shop during business hours and he says yeah I can't do anything for you and he walks me into the back to check out my wheel and the only thing he did was dismount the tire and put it on a machine that you can spin to see the bends in the wheel it's honestly disgusting and sad that a business would take close to a month to dismount a tiRe and screw the wheel onto the machine just to tell you they can't do anything if I knew this place was such a joke I would have just ordered a new wheel on the spot which I did anyway but it cost me close to a month just to get to that point please bring your wheels here if you like to play games with a man that has no business working on wheels and on top of the fact there's no type of paperwork involved I'll laugh when someone's wheel cracks that he "repaired" and he gets sued if you bend your wheel bring it somewhere professional or just buy a new wheel don't be an idiot like me and waste your time unless you like that sort of thing

I had a rim which I thought was beyond repair, spoke to Carl on the phone and he assured me if it holds air, he could repair it. I stopped by and within a couple of hours I was on the road again. Was a pleasure doing business with Precision Wheel, I highly recommend their services.

I dropped my rim off to be repaired june 2013, i knew it would take some time, so i waited a month to call back to check on the repair. i was told it was being worked on. So i waited another month and called back......Same story..IT IS NOW MARCH of 2014, still without my rim. i called last monday, the rude gentalman told me it would be ready friday, now its friday and he says " you can come pick up you rim and buy a new one i really dont care"So, after 9 months, no rim, the worst customer service ever.DO NOT BRING YOUR BUSINESS THERE!!!!!!!!!!YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!!

Great job in repairing my wheel. My wheel was scraped in several places. It was was restored to perfect condition.Be patient, they want to get the job done right.

Drove 1/2 hour to drop off rims for refinishing. Arrived at shop on Saturday, 4 Feb 17, at 9:45 am. Shop was locked and empty. Called. No answer. Unprofessional.

Quantity not quality here. Appreciate the expediency but definitely not the quality of work. Not a professional but I do believe this shouldn t have cost me $100

Same issue as others took far too long far too expensive and didn t strip the paint off just painted over what was there. Paint didn t last what so ever. Complete waste of money.

This guy Carl knows his business, I hit a large pot hole on my trip South and damage 2 wheels he repaired them I'm happy.
