I highly recommend CarHavn and the services provided by Ramiro and his team. I had a 2013 Audi A4 and had issues with the car burning synthetic oil since 4200 miles. I brought the car brand new and Audi accepts that it is normal to burn oil on a performance vehicle. This is also documented in their owner s manual. This is completely NOT normal and very unacceptable. I bought the car to Ramiro and he diagnosed the root cause due to bad original pistons. I also had additional services performed such as Quattro transmission, replacement of the factory plastic water pump, adding missing mesh from a dealer timing chain job, fuel cap replacement and other services to tune the car. In addition, I received real time photo and video updates which were fantastic! I am very happy with the services and the honesty and professional experience that Ramiro and the team provided. I m hoping to get another 100k with continued proper maintenance.

I finally found a peace of mind owning a 10 year old BMW 535d (2014). That is CarHavn and Ramiro's team. As my car is getting older the BMW dealer repair bills started to look exponentially outsized, not to mention the thoughts creeping into my head of what's the incentive for the dealer to repair my older car to keep it in good shape? Now in dealer's defense, they haven't done anything wrong, they serviced the car as per book and my car was running smoothly. However, recently my driver's side headlight started showing its age (although too early in my head but my feelings are irrelevant), and leaked water inside the lens (because of failed sealing, which I guess is a balance of age and perhaps manufacturer's defect. I priced the replacement at BMW dealer and that quote hurt me bad. Then, I was recommended to contact CarHavn, and boy I hit the pot of gold with this recommendation. CarHavn tech team managed by Ramiro is outstanding, they replaced the headlight (after the part arrived) and also did a transmission fluid and filter/transfer case oil change all in one day and I can't even stress enough for how much more affordable they are. The latter maintenance item seems to be not on recommended list by official manufacturer (BMW), yet the company (ZF) which manufacturers transmissions for BMW, Audi and Mercedes recommends auto transmission fluid and filter change every 50k. Go figure. BMW is the only of the 3 German manufacturers stating their trans oil is lifetime, no need to be replaced. That's a bit scary proposition when your car is about 10 years old and ready to hit 100k. Ramiro's team is so tech advanced and knowledgeable about top European car brands, they go to courses frequently and are properly certified. The work I have seen them do at their shop, I can bet BMW dealer technicians, are not up to this level and don't face these repairs because they mostly deal with newer cars/lower mileage. I am 100% sold on Ramiro's team to service my 535d and X7 going forward. We are lucky to have him in our area. What a gem!!!

Excellent MINI repair shop! My Countryman had a rattling noise in the engine that CarHavn accurately diagnosed as a failing timing chain, and my clutch was slipping. Those are big services, and the Hartford dealer wanted a small fortune to do them. The CarHavn team quoted a much more reasonable price (I took advantage of their repair financing program), sent me pictures of the repair along the way, and the car turned out great! They also recommended other repairs along the way to save me in labor. I can confidently say their great reviews are there for a reason!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Amazing shop very experienced technicians took a lot of time and care replacing the engine on my Porsche. They keep you updated with text and photos every step of the way can t be thankful enough I found this team they will definitely get my business in the future! Brought my 2014 Audi A4 in rough shape now it runs better than when I bought it. Couldn t be more pleased with my experience. Initially went to Audi dealership and was quoted insane prices. Not only that but I still left there with no answers as to why I had a rough idle. Brought the car here and got the answers I needed. Transparent, Honest, and quality work was performed and pricing is not something to complain about.Work performed on vehicle:- timing chain removal and replacement- wheel bearing and hub assembly- valve carbon cleaning

Ramiro and his team were excellent. They provided exceptional communication (both via phone and through text/video) and they took the time to explain the different services needed. I never felt any pressure or alarmism. My car (Cayenne) is running better than ever and I won t be going to the Porsche dealer anymore. Heartily recommend.

I recently had some significant damage to my rear suspension after hitting a large pothole. Ramiro and CarHavn did a great job repairing my vehicle. He keeps you updated during the repair process and completed the work quickly and thoroughly. I had some additional maintenance and my car is running as good as new. 2014 Mini Cooper Countryman.

My 2012 Mini Countryman S All4 turbocharger died at 146,770 miles. I knew only one person to call to get OEM parts at a good deal, with inflation still here, and make my car perform like the way it is supposed too and that is why I went to Car Havn. Upon getting ready to work on it, they identified another major problem that would have caused damage to my engine if they would have ignored and just fixed the turbocharger. They care about their customers and their cars running the way they are supposed to. Thank you Romero and Andrew.

This is the best shop on earth. My engine and transmission mounts have been replaced thanks to CarHavn. I can t not thank these guys enough. They deserve 1 million stars for their service,And they have a customer for life!I brought my 2016 Audi A6 (Bad fuel injectors & Control Module Update) to CarHavn Eurotech Center and couldn t believe the selfless, flawless, and exceptional service I received. Communication was phenomenal, prices were more than fair, and the above and beyond service was overall an incredible experience. They have a customer, supporter, and recommender for life with me. My Dealership told me to wait for a check engine light to show up before they would even diagnose my car and CarHavn took me in with no problem at all because they were worried about me and my family s overall safety. I can t begin to tell you how appreciative I am. CarHavn is by far the Better Option and #1 in my book. Thank you guys so much!!!!

Excellent service. I bought a car recently and wanted to have it inspected. Ramiro kept me informed of the process at every step. He sent me detailed videos of the issues that they had identified, and suggested appropriate action. I was used to having to trust other shops assessment of my cars problems without seeing any evidence of them before they were repaired. In addition to the videos, Car Havn sent me pictures of the before and after and kept constant communication with me. Very professional.

I have a 2013 bmw 528xi which was found water in the headlight assembly causing daylight parking and right turn signals malfunction. I was fortunate to have CarHavn to service my car and fix the problem in a very timely manner with a very reasonable price. The manager Romiro was very professional and he could pinpoint the problems immediately after he inspected the car and told me what needed to be replaced. He was right for everything and did not want to replace anything which was still good to save me money. He updated me in real time to send me pictures and videos showing the parts need to be replaced and work needed to be done. Now my headlight is working great now. Thank you very much Romiro for your great work. You are really wonderful. I may have my car service and maintenance in your shop from now on instead of going to the BMW dealer where I purchased the car from.

I brought my A4 in to get the engine mounts replaced. Ramiro also urged me to get the transmission serviced due to the mileage. Luckily I did, because the filters were filthy and this could've led to more serious issues down the road. Ramiro was professional, responsive, and provided photo updates along the way. They also provided a loaner vehicle and saved me hundreds of dollars compared to what Audi of Wallingford was charging. I will definitely be back for any future needs.

I brought in my 2013 Mini for a 100k checkup and oil change. Ramiro and the team found quite a few issues, some expected for 100k, some not. I appreciated him sending me photos of what he found, and he was responsive and transparent throughout the entire process. Will definitely be bringing the Mini in for any future issues.

I had some electrical issues and brake issues with my Range Rover. I brought it in and Ramiro and his team were able to do the diagnostic and filed the warranty claim to get the repairs covered. These guys are honest in their business dealings and they are true to their word. The warranty they offered is worth and the warranty company has stood by the contract. Ramiro and the team did a great job on my BMW X3. Diagnosed CEL and it needed water pump and thermostat kit along with oil change. I will be back for transmission flush next. Keep up the good work guys and you will have customer for life.

I can't explain how lucky we are to have this shop in our community, I had purchased a audi from a mechanic who basically lied about what was done to the car and 4 days later it stopped running,. CarHavn Eurotech center saved me, they were honest and showed me every issue that was wrong with the vehicle and got it running like it just rolled of the show room floor they are the only shop I will ever do business with. Their knowledge and honesty are what made me decide to do this review.They are top notch and I would highly recommend them for your vehicle needs.

I had been looking for a Euro shop to service my Passat and many places did not have the technical knowledge to diagnose and fix it correctly. CarHavn did a great Job with my timing belt and transmission. They even programmed it. Highly recommended!
