I wanted a keyless door handle lock, but with key override in case the battery was dead. Finally I found a few that were what I wanted, but wasn't sure if they would re-key to the key I have now. I called AA All American Locksmiths and they had me text pictures of the locks to Gabriel so they could tell me which ones would work. They also have ones they carry that they can install. He gave me a cost breakdown and was very transparent up front. Once I ordered the lock I picked, I called them to set up an appointment. They had an opening to come out the next day to install it. Gabriel was very helpful to explain how things work. I was having an issue with another door that I hadn't thought about/wasn't sure if it was something that could be fixed. He told me that it was something he had the tools on the truck to do and what the price would be. While he was doing that, I was able to re-key the new lock because it came with a special kit. But it was good to know that if that hadn't worked, they would have been able to re-key for me while they were there. Great service!

AA All American Locksmiths solved a problem with our French Doors several others before failed to resolve. Cosmo, the most responsive, informed and friendly representative for AA made the time to inspect the problem, explain the options, order the parts to repair and followed-through with a quick date to install the solution! Cosmo, by extension on behalf of AA, provides exceptional service and is a great example of the professional service we should expect but rarely receive! Gabriel provided same day service for me as a new customer.He was very friendly, prompt and efficient to complete the work I needed.He answered all my questions while working and even gave me recommendations how to improve my home door hardware and security, if I desired those improvements.I will certainly be calling back for future work.

As you can see, it was raining heavily & Gabriel was ever so helpful. I was stuck and locked my keys in the car, and he came out to Southbury with no hesitation. He unlocked my car in under 15 minutes and was incredibly sweet and happy to help. Thank you, American Locksmith!! You saved me and my car trouble!!! 10/10 service. I would rate this 10 stars if I could!!!

Cosmo was the first of four locksmiths to fix my funky locks on my 3 crazy doors. No lie- I have been trying to get them fixed for years!!! The manager of the hardware store in my town couldn t believe he was able to fix them so they actually lock. I am embarrassed to say for many years my home was left unprotected. Thank u - and he is very nice!!!!

Gabriel provided excellent service. It was a small job but he treated it very professionally and came out the next day. We communicated via text beforehand to make sure the hardware I had purchased was correct. He was very responsive and gave me an estimate of time and cost that did not change. As a new homeowner I had lots of questions and he was very patient and knowledgeable and clearly explained and answered everything. I highly recommend him and his company.

I was concerned about my cat pushing through the storm door as the latch was not working correctly. I called All American and Cosmo came right out. I chose to have a new latch installed rather than fixing the (very) old one. Cosmo did a great job and was very helpful. I would use All American again and highly, highly recommend them!

If you need a full service quality locksmith then you have to call AA All American Locksmiths!!! With very reasonable prices, quick service, extremely personable and professional while also very patient with all of my questions they were great to work with! Hands down, one of the best locksmith companies I've ever dealt with! Gabriel was very personable, professional, and proficient. He arrived on time and quickly assessed the vast job at hand. He was tasked to handle a few different issues that we had on the property. None of them were a problem for him. Gabriel was honest about what was needed and what wasn't needed. I was extremely thankful for that. This will be my go to company for any of my locksmith needs! If you're looking for the best locksmith company, this is the one!!

We have been having lots of problems with Vagrants coming into our apartment complex and destroying walls, leaving their trash, sleeping in our hallways, elevator rooms and electrical rooms. When I reached out all over to different locksmiths for prices and a solution only one locksmith cared to follow up about our situation. Heading up maintenance for our company I am split between New Haven and Bristol, Leaving me little time to meet with the locksmith. Through text and email communications Gabriel from All American locksmith was very helpful and kind. He made it easy for me to choose who was going to secure our building. Gabriel is a man of his word who shows up on time, is very kind and definitely most generous. Prices were very reasonable. We have a complicated key system and Gabriel was able to key our locks to our specifications which helps out a great deal. When finished he even gave me a lesson on how best to drill and install a bolt lock on my metal apartment door. We needed the door to work with 3 separate keys Gabriel keyed the cylinder to the 1st 2 keys and came back after we requested a 3rd,the very next day. Had an awesome experience. They were in my area so they fit us in within an hour. My lock was replaced and extra keys made within 30 minutes. Their pricing was within what I expected. Would recommend them highly. Definitely will call again if I need a locksmith

Gabriel was prompt and efficient and dealt with the problems my camper presented very well, now my camper is secure and my dead bolt on my home side door is now fixed and very secure. Excellent job! The Price was affordable and worth it to have peace of mind. I would highly recommend AA All American Locksmiths

Gabriel was a pleasure to deal with. I called in the morning, said he would arrive between 2:00 to 4:00. He called approximately 2:00 to inform me was :35 away. He was quick, replaced 2 locks. Very professional. Will use him again. Would highly recommend him without any reservations at all!
