The most hassle free experience! They worked seamlessly with my insurance, set everything up with the rental company (they got me picked up and they handled the rental drop off!) and kept me informed through the entire repair process. Could not be happier! There was even more damage to the rear that isn t visible in these before pictures I m so happy with the after! Thanks again!

, really professional body shop, I love the daily updates and pictures, my truck was finished a week earlier then expected and looks good, really happy overallOnly reason why I could not give 5 stars is because my manual towing mirrors were moved and its a pain to adjust them to be perfect when I tow my camper (they did clean the mirror glass though which I liked).I'll be bringing my other car in next month and I know it's in good hands****Changing my review to 5 stars, after driving and seeing the car in the light better I can see the attention to detail given to the truck. I think they even cleaned the white wall tires up, truck has never looked so good!!!!

My car was recently hit by a deer and I asked the insurance company for the repair shops they work with and they mention Turnpike Motors Auto Body. I went there and it was a satisfying experience, Mike called me everyday with updates, they called the rental company to pick me up and my car was ready before the expected date. My car was so clean that I was impressed, thank you to the person that took care of that. I highly recommend this place.

I could not be more pleased with my experience! They made obtaining the rental car very easy, they continuously updated me with the progress of my car and the staff was AMAZING! When I did pick up my car, I was so pleasantly surprised to see they had detailed it inside and out! I felt like I had a brand new car! They went above and beyond! Would totally recommend to anyone needing work done to their vehicles! Top notch service!

Doug was the best when it came to repairing my vehicle. The damages were immediately assessed, parts ordered, and repaired. I was quoted a 90 day turn around and Turnpike Motors turned my car in less than 30 days. 10/10 would recommend to anyone. The best in CT!

I recently had my vehicle repaired at Turnpike Motors Auto Body. The whole process was very smooth and exceeded my expectations. Originally, I had an appointment for three weeks after I contacted them, but asked for something earlier due to plans that I had. They put me on a waiting list for any cancellations, and soon thereafter, called me with an earlier appointment on the calendar. They kept me informed throughout the whole repair process. They completed the repair in less time than originally quoted and had my car washed and vacuumed out (trunk included), before returning it to me for pickup. As part of the repair to my rear bumper, they even replaced a clip that was broken on the inside of my trunk panel. I was extremely pleased with the work that they did, the excellent communication, and the overall repair process. Would highly recommend them to others!

I recently had my car repair done here via insurance and my experience was great.I just had a minor issue where they had to keep the car for 1 additional week.They kept me informed, very nice staff. From Melissa and Michael on the front desk to all the staff at Turnpike Motors, they provided the best service and support following my accident.From arranging towing to sorting out all the insurance company requirements, I couldn't have asked for better help at such a difficult time.Being involved in a collision is traumatic enough, this is the kind of company you want to work with afterwards.Update in January 2024I drove into a small off-road snow drift not realizing there was a plowed snow pile underneath. Concerned about what may have happened underneath my lease vehicle, I returned to Turnpike Motors . They remembered me from over a year ago! They looked at the car and assured me that there was no damage to the front bumper assembly. What a relief and what a great company Turnpike Motors is!When you car is at its worst, Turnpike is the best! I won t go anywhere else!!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim

GREAT AUTOBODY SHOPEFFICIENT TECHNICIANSWhile I was driving on the highway I ran over a truck's tire tread. Once I arrived to my final destination, I got out of my car and noticed that the clips broke off my front passenger side bumper and the shields underneath my car were destroyed.The technicians at Turnpike Motors, took their time to fix my bumper and now it looks brand new.

Used them for a Liberty Mutual claim, they took care of everything. Car was repaired quickly, ahead of schedule, we were kept updated, the customer service was great and the car was impeccable when we picked up. Would definitely go here again in the future. The quality of the work is pretty good, but the office personnel is the reason for the 2 stars. I let a friend borrow my truck, he dented my tailgate down to the bare metal with a wheelbarrow. I received a verbal quote from Mike at $800 which could go up to $1300-$1400 IF color blending was required. I received a phone call from Dan after I scheduled the work and was informed good news we can save the tailgate, and we don t need to color blend. Looking at around $1300 . First I sure hope the tailgate can be saved, the dents were about the size of a half dollar scratches were 6 x6 (photos included). Second, what happened to the approximately $800? Dan was unaware of the conversations I had with Mike and agreed to try to keep it around $1,100 only because I had a competitor quote. This was a cash job, no insurance since my buddy felt bad. After I got the truck back and reviewed the invoice, I was charged $170+ for electrical diagnostic work . My truck is as plain as it gets. No fancy camera, no power lift gate, no power lock on it, nothing of the sort. For all intents and purposes, I could have taken the tailgate off, dropped it to the shop and drove without a tailgate for a few days. Dan informed me the 2 HOURS at $85/Hour of diagnostic work is standard/required by GM (knowing full well it was probably plugged into the system for 30 minutes total). I get when there is an actual collision GM would require the diagnostic, but for the tailgate from a wheelbarrow? I also could understand charging the diagnostic to insurance but when it s coming via cash and already well over the original verbal quote? Just doesn t make sense. When I called the shop to ask them what the charge was for they had no interest in trying to rectify the issue or come to an agreement, it was presented as it is what it is since they already charged my card. If you re looking for some work to be done and want to pay cash, make sure you have a written quote before authorizing them to do anything.Service: Body & Trim

The repairs on my car, the customer service, communication, pictures, and estimated time of completion were top notch. I appreciate the technicians who fixed my car to perfection, Melissa, who kept in contact with me with pictures and updates the entire time that my car was in the shop. I am grateful I chose Turnpike Motors and I highly recommend them for auto body service.

Turnpike Motors provides excellent service and the repair work done to my car was flawless. I was constantly kept informed during the entire process and my car was returned shining like new. They even put air in my tires that was needed without me asking them too. I highly recommend Turnpike Motors! Their customer service team is extremely attentive and they handle everything from dealing direct;y with the insurance companies, help secure and arrange rentals, keep you informed and updated and assist when needed. They make the process as seamless as possible. The body shop does an amazing job with repairs and making your vehicle look great! My family and I are repeat customers!

Melissa was excellent. It was because of her why I chose to stay with Turnpike. Everything went smoothly. The car was ready early, the repairs were excellent, and I was kept abreast of everything with the car. It was also very convenient the rental was dropped off to and picked up for me there...no extra trip to the car rental place. I would HIGHLY recommend Turnpike Autobody

I was very satisfied with my experience at Turnpike Motors Autobody. They went beyond expectations when they fixed a dent in my rear bumper when I took my car in to only fix my front bumper, so incredibly nice!I really appreciated how communicative the whole team was as I received daily texts and regular calls to confirm the status of my repair. The repair on my car was flawless, quality experience!Whenever I am in need of another repair or others are in need, I will think Turnpike Motors!

I would bring any of my cars to the body shop they are very they kept me very well informed of the work that was going on in my car and completed it sooner than later than expected. Excellent service would not go anywhere else for body work.

If you want your car done right and them keeping in contact with insurance companies and keeping you up to date with the results when they contact them for whatever reason this is the place and they message you and keep you up to date on the status they have top quality Equipment they put your car in a paint booth that also is heated so the paint is cured properly. I work there years ago and I saw first hand the whole process of repairing the car and they know their job very well when I worked there most of the cars that I saw we're a Mercedes BMW Audi Porsche and one time I saw a Ferrari so if these cars were brought there you know they're a top-no body shop.

We drove our Toyota Camry to the store to repair our radiator and AC on Friday in early December. The staff took a look our car and told me they will email us the details about repairman in the coming Monday. I waited for Tuesday, no one contacted me. I called the store, the guy took care our car last Friday said the store is under staff and will call me next day. I waited to Wednesday, no one contacted me. I called again. Same guy, he told me he could not replace our radiator and recommended us to take the car to another auto repair store for AC. I went to my local repair store right away, they repaired my car within one day. For people need to immediately fix, don t go there. You will wait for several days without responding.Service: General repairs & maintenance

The work at Turnpike motors is marginal at best. Had my 2019 Alfa Romeo Giulia repaired (deer ran into the side of my car). The first time I went to pick up my car body lines didn't line up, the door did not line up properly was very hard to close and alignment was way off, had additional scratches in the paint that wasn't there and the paint had dirt. The main reason for going there was the reviews and they were a Alfa Romeo certified shop. The second time I went back to pick up my car boy panels were still off there were new scratched in the paint they just fixed and a new dent in the opposite quarter panel that they claimed was already there. Well they pulled up the pictures of the car and it clearly wasn't there. After going to pick up my car up for the third time everything was fixed although the quality was fair at best. I'm sure if I was the owner it may have been taken better care of. The fact they don't have any concern for customer vehicles I wouldn't recommend them at all. One other thing I would like to mention the body shop supervisor said they don't normally get people that care about their cars, and the work was good enough in his opinion. I gave 2 stars for the fact that they did address my concerns still sub par. I still need to polish out the all the holograms after they buffed out the car. After a hit an run accident, Turnpike Motors Autobody was able to get my Outback repaired and back on the road several weeks earlier than anticipated! The work they performed looks and performs great. Melissa did an awesome job of keep me in the loop with multiple texts (some with pics) of the progress.
