Awful experience. I requested a tow, and was advised they would coordinate everything. Received confirmation that they had confirmed my vehicle was set to be picked up from the breakdown location. Assured several times that My vehicle was there and would transport to my shop. They send a wrecker out, and surprise! My vehicle isnt there. This whole situation occurred in a span of about 15 minutes. I called them back and was told I wouldn't receive a refund, not even a partial, because it was a "dry run." Quickest $200 I've ever pissed away. Mind you, Mirabelli's to where my vehicle was located is 4 miles away.

I experienced a break down in Rocky Hill, CT. I Google and found Mirabelli. I called a nice lady answered. She was able to dispatch a driver fairly quickly. She said 90 minutes but was confident it would be sooner. I asked by her description if it'd about 30 minutes and she said possibly. Well it was over 90 minutes. The driver showed up. I'll mention that I had to make a follow upcall to find out where the truck was. I was told it was on it's way. Guy shows up and thru conversation he tells me that he got taken off my tow and sent to do a tow for the owner. This is why Mirabelli got one star. I guess I wasn't more important than a classic GTO.

They were unfriendly and uncooperative, trying to force us to keep our car there after towing so that they could be the ones to do the body work for the insurance. If the newington police tow your vehicle, tell them not to tow it here.

I give Mirabelli 5 stars. Vehicle broke down on Rt. 9 in a bad spot with even worse drivers. I called Mirabelli and they had a tow truck out and took me and my kid off the dangerous route within 20 minutes. Before coming I asked if they can fix the vehicle and they said they would. Tow driver was great, car was fixed the next day. It was a pleasure to pay the bill. Very fair price too.

I was rear ended on the Berlin turnpike and the car was towed here. They are charging us 450$ for the towing and they won't let me pay for it and get the car because it's in my wife's name. They are continuing to charge us for storage.

AWFUL. AWFUL, AWFUL. They were lying in wait on the Berlin Turnpike when my daughter hit a road hazard. Mirabelli told her they had to tow her car even though we had AAA. They said they work with AAA and we would get reimbursed. Lie. They took her car 11 PM Saturday night and we got it Monday morning around 11 AM $250 CASH! Thieves and attitudes. Wouldn't even let her get her books for school Monday morning unless she paid. Advice would be if they have to tow you, just have them tow you to the nearest place and then call AAA where the service is good and the employees are helpful. I would never ever use them or recommend them to anyone.

Shamar was awesome! What a life saver. I called her from Boston for help with a stranded family member outside of Hartford. She had a driver on site within 10 minutes and kept me on the phone so I could hear that everybody was alright. I told that she didn't need to do all of that, but she said that my piece of mind was important. ..What a kind and special person.

The guys here are great - wish I remembered the name of the shop manager I dealt with. I needed the left front wheel bearing of my Acura pressed out and they were willing to do it for $30 if I brought them the steering knuckle. Saved me $300-400 vs. bringing my car to any mechanic

Asked for a copy of a receipt from not even 4 days ago when I went and paid a tow fee. Never had to answer so many questions just to get a copy. Not only was the receptionist rude but also condescending. I get that they may deal with people that have no sense but when one does they still treat them like they're dumb or something. Then as the other employee has the copy of the receipt in his hands he asks "how much did you pay?" I tell him anyways but come on why ask if you're looking right at it?? What should've took maybe a few minutes turned into 10 min of feeling like "seriously why am I being asked so many questions?"

Their receptionist is very rude and has a nasty attitude. She talks in a condescending manner and has no sense of customer service skills. I understand that people go through things but learn to put your personal feelings aside and treat everyone with respect and care. Especially when the person is responding to a letter that YOU sent them.

DONT LET THEM TOW YOUR CAR RIP OFF ARTISTS THEY LIE CHEAT & STEAL. THEY WILL HOLD YOU HOSTAGE AND LET THE STORAGE AND FEES RACK UP. DONT SAY I DIDN T WARN YOU
