The repair work quality was good but they were very careless in handling the car and they left several scratches on the interior of the car and along with some dirt and improperly installed components. The owner was extremely hostile and disrespectful towards me when I pointed this out and the front desk was dismissive of my concerns. I had to go through my insurance company to force them to rework some of the issues but the damage is still done. I would strongly recommend to take very detailed photos before dropping your car off here and covering your seats.

I honestly don t know where to start. My experience was 5 stars, from day 1. I got really lucky. I was hit while I was parked over 4th of July weekend, and started a claim with Progressive. It was quickly met with great service as well as a quick estimate and payout. However, as I was blessed that Bryon s, was the place I selected from the preferred list. I spoke with Karen(who is incredible!!) who made this entire process so seamless. I went in for a new estimate, and Antione who was great and spot on with a quick quote and gave me newer updated estimate. Which was for about 2 weeks. Karen then help me coordinate with Enterprise for my rental pick up and then return. My car was done in 5 days, instead of the 11 quoted. I even forgot my coffee cup when I dropped off my car, and when I picked it up Karen had it sitting in my cup holder washed! HIGHLY RECOMMEND These guys for all your auto body needs. I will def only bring my business here. An absolute pleasure!Service: Body & Trim

From start to finish, I was pleased with the service at Bryon s. I requested that my repairs be completed before Thanksgiving even though I understood they were fully booked. They did their best to accommodate my request and the repairs were completed quickly and the quality was excellent. I did not have the negative experience that was reported in a previous review. I found their customer service to be outstanding and there were no problems with my Jeep when it was returned. Karen was respectful and approachable. She has a friendly disposition and comes across as a genuine person. It is also clear that she has a great relationship with her co-workers. Antoine, the point person who handled my repairs, also did a great job although he was clearly very busy on the day I first met him. Customer service is important to them and based on my observations I can tell that the supervisors hold their staff accountable.

We first had an appointment with another auto body shop for four weeks out. Then called Bryon's, and we were able to drop off the car the very next day!They took the (virtual) estimate from the insurance company and went to work checking out everything. The estimate from insurance was quite low (about 60% of what it should have been). They worked with the insurance company and got the approval for the difference. Once they got the approval (and insurance was slow), we were able to pick up the car in two days.It looks perfect now, with no signs of any damage. They replaced parts that had little damage that they could have covered up, but they did it right and honestly.I talked to Karen and Bryon on the phone a few times. The only issue was that they didn't call me back when they said they would. Though they did answer the phone right away each time I called and were both very friendly and helpful.

Took my car to Bryon s Auto bodyDrop my car off on a Monday rental people were waiting at garage for me so far excellent service. I recommend Enterprise on the Berlin Turnpike that s who they use. They are very professional group of people at first they thought my car was gonna take two weeks they were able to bang it out in a week The day I picked it up it looked like the day I bought it very happy customer a matter of fact The receptionist , Karen was an excellent person to work with she s the one that gets the rentals ready for you and make sure your service goes well anhtuan was the representative I worked with he was a pleasure to work with A matter-of-fact you guys are gonna be the first ones to hear it but the new year is going to bring a lot of new stuff to Bryon s Auto Body

These guys were hands down the best auto shop I have ever worked with. Their communication was great, they did a stellar job and even detailed the car afterward. Highly recommend them!

My car looks great, and Bryon's even cleaned it thoroughly, inside and out. They are straight with you - will not promise your car will be done by X date and then be late. Karen is extremely helpful. They are very professional, experienced, and knowledgeable. I felt like I was in good hands.

The staff at Bryon s is fantastic! It really makes the whole process so much less intimidating when everyone is so warm and welcoming (and funny!) I went here after an accident dented in the front of my car. They get me in within a week of the accident when other shops around pushed me out a month. They worked swimmingly with my insurance company, from what I could tell, and they were super good communicators throughout the whole process :)Not to mention, the inside of my car somehow smells new again! they polished my car up wonderfully!not hoping for any accidents soon, but when something happens, I ll go to BryonsServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Bryon's Auto team is absolutely amazing and they do great care for customer's vehicles. They've done great job in fixing and making my car look like perfectly new one. I just loved their service. After my car was broken into, my insurance had it towed to Bryon s Auto Body. Even with the huge influx of cars they were getting, they were able to get the work done on my car faster than I had expected. They did a great job and every person I came into contact with, whether on the phone or in person, was nice!

I bought a used car from Bryon s Auto and was unsure of what to expect buying a car from somewhere other than a dealership. I m happy to say the staff was very helpful and showed no negative signs of the used car salesman stereotype. They took their time to explain what issues my car had and exactly how they repaired any issues. 5/5 stars, I highly recommend buying a used car from them.

Quoted 1.5 weeks for insurance repair, received car 40+ days after dropping it off for repair. Shop was awaiting a single part in the mail. Would not recommend if you need your car back in a timely manner.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Did a great job on my wife's 2019 Nissan Rogue sport.Repaired a rear driver's side door that was hit while parked, and it came out good as new, and, completed in less than a week.Would definitely recommend them to anybody looking to have bodywork done here.Service: Body & Trim

Cant express how grateful I am to have had them work on my car. My car was stolen and the stress I was going through was insane. Thankfully it was found and sent here. Antone (may have spelt it wrong, sorry lol) IS A SAINT!! He was soooo patient with me and so helpful. He did an amazing job, thank you so much!! And the woman in the front, Karen, was an absolute sweetheart and also very helpful. Again, thank you guys, you made this experience so much smoother.

We used them when our brand new kia seltos 2023 got hit on passenger front side when was parked in north haven ct.Our insurance company was right on top of this, I called Karen we took it in for estimate, it was drivable so until parts came in we drove it. We dropped it off on a Monday picked up on Thursday, was repaired painted washed and back to us looking brand new!Karen hooked us up with Phillip from enterprise to get us in a rental, process went smoothly. Enterprise came to body shop and picked up rental after it was returned so minus one extra step for us!Anyone looking for autobody shop this is the place to go....they take pride in their work and are honest with you through the whole process, also very polite and respectful.Services: Painting, Body & Trim
