One of my best experiences at an auto shop I have had. They were very friendly and very informative. Ran into a small snag and they were able to coke up with an affordable solution for me and still got me out the door in the same day. We will definitely be returning with any tire issues we ever have.

One of the best experiences I ve had at an auto shop. Took good care of my car and helped me out when I ran into some issues with the wheels I bought. I went to get new aftermarket wheels put on and the company I got them for did not send all the parts which I did not know and within the next couple of days they were able to take care of it all and got my car back running properly. They were very informative and friendly during the whole process and helped me out in any way they could. I would recommend them to any one looking for tires/wheels or with any tire related needs.

Tire shopping, root canals, in laws and the DMV . all the necessary evils in life. However, Plan B tires have managed to remove tire shopping from that list. They make it easy to support a small business with such genuine and knowledgeable people behind the counter. They took the time to listen and help me find tires to give my SUV the more aggressive style I was looking for. It was very obvious by interactions of people walking through the door that they are well loved by their customer base. With competitive prices and the added personal touch, it s easy to see why that would be the case. Since my first experience, I have brought several of my family members vehicles in for new tires. If you re in the market for any tire related needs, can t recommend these guys enough.

Come here all the time. If it's my work truck tires or my Audi 20" custom wheels.Need a clean mount and balance? Plan B has had me covered for at least 5 or 6 years.Used tires, they have them. Good used tires at good low prices. Can also mount your personal custom walk-in wheels and tires.They don't scratch my rims!!!

I needed snow tires and im on a budget.I called numerous stores and I was told around $187.00 a tire. Called Plan B and walked out the door with all four tires and wheel alignment under $400. Look how much tread!!!

I've used Plan B in New Milford a few times now and have always been happy with their service, but I have to share what happened today as they went above and beyond. My son was to take a road test today, but DMV said the rear tires needed to be replaced so he could not take the long awaited test. I went to Plan B hoping but not expecting that I could get a rush job done. They made it happen, those tires are on, DMV said we made it back just in time and my son is now taking his test. Thank you Jose and everyone there. They have always been reliable, fair and friendly but today solidified just how great they are. I can't recommend them enough.

This place is amazing!!! The price of two used tires was lower than what I would have paid for one tire and they got me in and out super quick! I m definitely coming here anytime I need new tires! And their adorable dogs are a bonus!

In speaking with many businesses of similar scope in the area, the owner of one that is a dear family friend, the tires that these individuals sell can put drivers and their families at risk. They have also shared with me that this business openly and regularly attempts to defraud and scheme and have burned many bridges in the community. I have had the misfortune of the proprietors of this establishment living nearby as they purchased a bankruptcy in my otherwise lovely neighborhood. They have done nothing but cause disturbances including verbally and physically assaulting myself and my small dogs on a number of occasions. The police have been involved numerous times and I suspect there is a lot of drug and alcohol activity involved as well.I would imagine if they re ok with criminal conduct, they would have no issues selling non-compliant and dangerous goods to the public, inevitably putting the purchasers and their families at dire risk. Please buy new tires. These individuals cannot be trusted.

I'm from Danbury and I could not get an appointment at Firestone to get a tire patched (it had a screw in it) before a trip. Plan B got me in right away on a Friday afternoon and did a $30 patch in about 25 minutes. I didn't need an appointment, but it's not a bad idea to call first. Pleasant waiting room with big comfortable couches, free wifi, and two short-haired dogs who stay behind the counter.

Never buy tires from these crooks! They put two different kinds of tires on my wife s AWD car and blew the differential! Cost $2700 to repair and then he cursed me out! Sick people don t ever go there.

Truly five-star across the board. So honest, so polite and the work is always constantly top-notch. My family & I have been going to Plan B Tires for a number of years & would never think of going elsewhere. Always a pleasure to deal with and like that is not enough, the canine welcoming committee puts a smile on your face every time. So seriously rare do you ever find such a caliber business.

I dealt with Ricardo at Plan B and my experience was great. Attentive to what I needed and not pushy, real personable person. New Kumho tires replaced the shotty winter tires and now drives like a dream. Thanks a million.

Been using Plan B Tires for a few years. They have always been professional, courteous, efficient, honest, and most important not over priced. It's a hard thing to find a good local business that won't kill your wallet for good work. But this place is it. Glad I found them!

Plan B tires is a 5 STAR company! I have been a customer of theirs for years. Everyone I have encountered has been nothing but helpful and friendly! And the best part of going there - the shop dog! Best tire shop in New Milford, hands down. Ricardo is the man! This is the second time I ve dealt with the unfortunate timing of discovering a nail in my tire right around the time they close shop for the day, but both times these guys have gone out of their way to accommodate me and squeeze me in for an appointment before closing. Phenomenal service, a very kind crew, and a beautiful interior of the facility! Not too often do you see guys going above and beyond for customers like these men have done for me. Highly recommend this place for all your tire needs if you live in the area!

I walked into this place on a whim after my tire and my spare tire blew. I had called MULTIPLE places in the new Milford and surrounding towns. All of them were extremely overpriced and not willing to help. They all wanted the car towed to their shop before talking about anything. But I stopped into plan b and told them my situation. They gave me an amazing deal of tires, and were great problem solvers and saved me about 200 dollars on a tow. Both of the Gentlemen that ran the front desk were amazingly helpful and really care about their business. The place just makes you feel comfortable and the mechanics are fast and efficient. I won t be going anywhere else for tires and I ll be telling everyone I know that this is the place to go.

Had a flat and needed a quick fix, turned out the damage was more then I thought. Went to Plan B and spoke with Ricardo who set me up with a great priced replacement. Quick turnaround and friendly service.

Great prices for New or Used tires. I purchased 2 used tires 80% tread life remaining installed for $138 Not bad at all , Plan B Tires has some great tires popular brand names as well like Cooper Goodrich Mitchell etc.Thank You Plan B

I had been a loyal customer of another tire place but from now on this is the place I will be going. The attention that is given, the help, the education to what would be best on your car, and the service is incredible. Nothing but good things about this place and the people that serve it

Awesome job and excellent customer service! Ricardo was able to have my tire replaced on a busy Saturday afternoon in under an hour! I hit a pothole in Brookfield and my tire wasn t going to make it too much further but I stopped at a few places/called others along the way. I finally made the call to Plan B in New Milford and they were the only ones to offer me same-day service. They also beat the other prices I was given and he found a great, affordable tire that was very similar to match the other dealer ones on my BMW. My dad had a good experience with them in the past so I m glad to know where to go from now on!

My car tire had an unrepairable flat which needed to be replaced in order to drive.Plan B had time open to get my car right into their fully equipped shop!Every employee was friendly , great service, no judgement, works with your budget.They put the extra effort in . . nice work on the car!
