We had a great experience with Modzelewski s. StateFarm recommended them and we are so glad they did! Statefarm worked directly with them, so all we had to do was drop our car off and pay the deductible at pick up. The car looks beautiful, brand new! We will recommend Modzelewski s to anyone needing auto body repairs. Thank you for fixing our car so nicely!

Jeff at Modzelewski s could not have been more helpful and efficient with getting our car fixed. I was nervous after banging my car up and he was clear and put me at ease with how the repairs would go. He was flexible with getting the car fixed and helped us manage the insurance. Highly recommend.

I stopped by to get an estimate, had an unusual situation with a lease return. Long story short they were completely honest and advised me not to complete the work as there was an alternative option that would save me money. Having just moved to the area and seeing how many deer are on the side of the road I m sure I ll be needing their services down the line! Very professional and honest

I really appreciate the timely, accurate and professional work that Modzelewski's did on my VW Beetle. The other mechanics I had taken my car to never could find the problem, claiming it was a "European model thing" or just not seeing it but Modzelewski's did it on the spot. They were trustworthy, kind and helpful. I don't have much experience with cars and it's important to me that I feel I can trust what my mechanic tells me through their words and their actions. It's easy to be taken advantage of in this industry. Yet from start to finish, everything with them was clear: I'm grateful for the great work that Modzelewski's did for me and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for transparency and professionalism!

Friendly, professional service - had 5k in damages to my car from a deer and not only did they fix everything in just a few short days - which was a huge help as I had no rental coverage on my auto policy - but they also went above and beyond to touch up an ugly scratch on my passenger side door. 10 out of 10 - would definitely bring my car to Modzelewski s again and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good body shop.Service: Body & Trim

Had a small dent and some molding pulled off. They fixed both and listen to me for how much i wanted done. Many places want to make everything factory perfect, and that is not needed on an older car that i was paying for. I what they did and price i paid. Plus, they were fast.

They towed my daughter's car to their place after an accident. I went with her to clean out her things. We were going to clear everything out and the guy said we didn't need to bother because they planned on junking the car. Afterwards, she went into the office and signed the car away to them. Months later, out of the blue, she is sent a letter out of the blue saying that they are seeing her for thousands of dollars in "storage fees." That is messed up.

Last Tuesday I backed into a tree and blew out the rear window of my SUV.The folks at Modzelewski's installed a temporary fix on the spot that allowed us to continue safely journo trip to Florida - all at no cost. What a great Thanksgiving gift!

Far and away the BEST auto body shop in New Milford CT. Their prices are very competitive--the two-three times I used them over the last decade, they were 20-30% below the highest bid I received, and yet, the service was fast, beautifully done (from my vintage Miata, which shone!) to my workhorse Subaru Outback Legacy. I never have the feeling I'm being price--gouged, and the Modezelewski team goes out of its way to make you feel like you are an important customer--always. Thank you, Jeff, and Modzelewski team!

So my car died today, while driving, so I coasted into Modzelewski's parking lot to use a phone.Not only did they let me use their phone, but they charged my car battery, charged my jumpbox, tested my alternator, and topped off my coolant overflow tank because they noticed it was empty. On top of that, they didn't ask for anything in return. Are you kidding me right now?!I can't imagine how well they treat their paying customers if they did all this for me with me asking them to. If I ever need body work, I know who I'm calling. Please share this! I can't find a Facebook page for them.
