It was my first time at this location and I have to say, I was impressed with the level of service here from start to finish. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. Had my breaks done faster than I've had them done anywhere. Will definitely be back!

Fantastic shop! Store manager Tom is excellent with customer service, entire team friendly and eager to help. Handled my fleet vehicle without hassles, shop setup is clean with working stations, WiFi, water, clean restrooms. Good leadership with customer first culture- Regional manager was there bouncing on and off the phone with other shops, but still opening doors for customers, smiling & engaging - those same behaviors were demonstrated by the techs well after he left. I was in the market for a shop for my personal vehicles since my last guy left his shop, I believe I have found my new mechanic! Would & will recommend to others

Allan customers service was amazing. He went above and beyond to help me to make sure I understood everything and I was happy along the way. He stayed 2 1/2 hours after closing to make sure my car was finished!!!

The team of Tom and Tommy were great! They were friendly, professional and addressed my concerns and answered all of my questions about my breaks. Due to the nature of my profession, I rely heavily on my vehicle for reliability and safety, so when I heard a squealing sound coming from the front of my car, I took no chances and brought it right in. All in all a great experience and will definitely be back soon for new tires! Thanks again! :)

I learned the hard way that this Mavis Tire store will take care of a customer in a clinch. The day prior to Thanksgiving, I discovered I had a flat tire, and could not drive beyond my driveway. A family member suggested I call my local Mavis, and the shop was indeed open, whilst my mechanic s shop was closed. They were able to schedule my car before closing. To get there I needed a tow truck, and they provided a friendly reasonably priced referral. The reception desk, manned by Tommy and Greg were friendly, sympathetic and knowledgeable. The store carried the set of tires necessary for my Mercedes SUV. I was aware, before the necessity of my visit, that my tires were bald, and I received proof they were dangerously bald. Tom the mechanic, who will moving forward take care of my car s needs regarding tires, brake pads, rotors, etc., managed to do the job by improvising, despite my missing tire lock. Anything else would have thrown a disastrous wrench in my holiday weekend. Tom goes above and beyond to satisfy the client s needs; he provides top of the line service. The work was done in time to get me to the grocery store for Thanksgiving, and yes, the job was completed after closing hours. Without my asking, he assisted me in acquiring a new battery for my key fob, and on a follow up visit, filled my tires, helped me locate my key fob in the car when it was between seats, etc. He is kind, courteous and thorough. Mavis will offer a payment plan and provide free tire rotation.My mishap proved to be a blessing in disguise I d avoided a potential calamity in driving a car with zero treads left , replaced the tires when I needed to rather than when it was convenient to, and stumbled across a great resource and personnel personable and professional service, available when you need them, highly recommended!

My issue was tiny- I had made an appt at 10am they were backed up. So I came back and the guy at the counter was great. I explained what I just needed a quick brake check and a brake fluid check.He grabbed someone who did a quick two second check and reassured me that everything looked perfect.Good guys there. Taking the time even there was only two guys to do the work. Thanks so much!!

Tom and Allen (Cowboy) are Honestly Amazing. Came in for a brake replacement. They showed me where I didn't need it. Educated me on what to look for and saved me $320. Much appreciated gentlemen!

Best shop around! I had an annoying tinking sound coming from one of the wheels on my Model 3. Turned out to be a wood chip stuck between the disc and the dust shield. They fixed it quickly and didn t even charge me. I will definitely return in the future when I have any repair or tire needs! Highly recommended!

I love this place. I needed tires in an emergency and Tom had them installed by lunch. Can t thank him enough.they have always taken good care of me. The more I go there the more I feel like family. Keep up the good work guys

The manager Tommy is the best, he needs a raise! Every time I go there he greets me and other customers with a pleasant hello and a smile. He helped me out of a jam today and I greatly appreciate his help. 6 Star review if I could!

Have nothing but great things to say about this place.My most recent experience here, I was having trouble getting lugnuts off to change my brakes at home, as they must have been machine overtightened by the previous owner.I went to Mavis for help with this and Toby kindly helped me out to loosen them enough that I could remove them with a tire iron at home, he was nice enough to refuse to charge me for this help!I have used this place in the past for other things as well and always had a good experience, and after this I can highly recommend this place to anyone.

I work locally but do not live locally. I left work noticing I had a bubble forming on the front driver side tire and knew it had to be dealt with asap. It was a situation that needed professional assistance due to some lug nuts not being manually successful. I got into contact with Mavis and they were able to help me safely get back on the road. They got the tire off and got the spare on. If that bubbled popped it would lead to serious and dangerous consequences. While there I looked at their tire selection and will be getting my next set of tires from them. Prices are fair and selection is solid. Thank you guys big time.

Alan went above and beyond in telling me what needed to be done for my brakes. The service was fast, approachable, and attentive. I went in for a last minute emergency job and they were able to squeeze me in. I'll be back when I'm in town for sure.

First, second and third time I ve ever been to a tire/repair shop was here. Every time they ve always had it done in two hours. No issues whatsoever after they re done on my car. The folks working there are very kind and will tell you what s wrong with your car once they get working on it (waiting times are long during the busier days, so get in early when you can!).

Yes!!!!!Got a flat tire at the worst possible timeDropped in to Mavis to get 4 new ones.. with my infant and 9 year old daughter. These men were very warm and welcoming! What a great experience!!! I was asked multiple times if there was anything we needed, anything they could get for us.Wow.And to top it all off, in my rush to dig the spare out of my trunk that was full of Christmas decorations, cases of water, stroller, and even a bag of potatoes . A bunch of random stuff ended up down where the spare tires goes. I was dreading having to get that all sorted out when I got home in the dark, in the rain When we got home, I opened the trunk to see my spare tire was missing!But . It wasn t missing. It was put neatly away where the spare tire goes. The potatoes and other random stuff were sitting nicely in the actual trunk as if nothing had happened.Way to go above and beyond guys thank you!!!!

The only reason I would come back to this location is because of employee Luis Oquendo. His customer service and professional attitude is outstanding. While sitting in the lobby waiting for my truck to be serviced I witnessed him deal with numerous customers who were upset with the wait, but he remained professional and honest with them. He is truly a master at his craft.

I was in need of a rotation and alignment for my 4runner. The morning of heading to Mavis, my tire was on the rim. They didn't mind I was running late for my appointment and got my car right in.They started around 9:45 and was done around 11:30. It took longer because they had to replace two tires that weren't originally on the list. Everything went smoothly and the guys were courtesy and personable. I also asked about a first responder discount and they had no problem applying it. Thanks again!

Unfortunately I have to disagree with other people. We had an appointment to change our tires at 9:00 am. We dropped off the car and tooled around for 2 and a half hours. We came back and found that our truck still had not been moved yet. When we went in to ask about the service the guy at the front desk said there had been two people in front of us and they only had 2 people on staff. No apology, and no call to let us know they were delayed. When we asked how long it would be he said he still didn t know but would call us. If they can only change two tires in two and a half hours they probably don t know what they are doing. Ultimately we took our truck and left. Would not waste your time here as that is all it was for us a big waste of time and they did not care.

I am beyond pleased with this Mavis location. I came to get four new tires and was informed by the technician that I also needed brakes and rotors which I was thankful for because I didn t realize how badly I needed them. Then after all of the work was completed. My car got stuck in maintenance mode, which was like a one off chance that doesn t normally happen, but the technician as well as the manager were fantastic and worked diligently on my car for a couple of hours, until finally, they were able to fix the problem. They were professional, quick, and had great customer service. Although I was there for a while, it didn t bother me at all because all of their stuff was so friendly and made me feel like I was one of their own while I waited for my car. The technician was Tommy and I think the managers name was also named Tommy so easy to remember. My car drives amazing now and I think the tires that they suggested were the best option. I feel so safe now while driving my car. Thanks to Mavis and their team at the new Milford location.

I highly recommend Mavis Discount tire for multi services, they are quick and efficient, Alan took me to my car and explained in detail what my car needed. They worked with me and the pricing. This is a 5 star business

Terrible experience. 1:00 appointment. They pulled my car in at 2:40! Replaced 2 TPS but did not set them up! Center emblem of one wheel missing! A $40 cost!!! Three strikes!!! Over heard customers complaining about their service in the waiting area. Go there if you want to be aggravated.

I was having issues with a battery I purchased just about 2 years ago at another Mavis. I called and spoke to Allen about coming in the next day to have it checked out and possibly replaced since it was still under warranty for 3 years. The team had me in and out quickly leaving with a battery replacement. Thank you

They put 4 new tires on my car which I purchased from Tire Rack. Every one nice there but seemed like they are overworked and stressed. The facility really could use some upgrades updating and cleaning. Seems like they could also use more employees in general. Work was good but keep in mind just mounting and balancing. I am not sure I would have trusted them with a wheel alignment as the equipment looked old and dated. I probably will do an alignment at the dealer. The employees there are very nice and accommodating to the customer. I would use them again

My father-in-law needed his wheel bearing replaced desperately, and Tommy at Mavis got him in no problem, and had it fixed before he got out of work that day. They also made sure to make him aware of any other issues that might need looking at in the future, and also spoke to him about his tires. The technicians Tom and Eugene are amazing, very friendly, and do quality work. Absolutely will be going back, they took amazing care of him, as well as also doing great work on my car as well!

I showed up on a Sunday 45 minutes before closing with a huge screw in my tire. They took me right in and removed the screw and patched my tire. I am so grateful for their service. I truly appreciate it.
