An absolute painless and enjoyable experience with Danbury Auto Collision Center in New Milford. Not only is their work impeccable... But their customer service can't be beat. They bent over backwards for me and everytime I spoke with someone on staff I had a laugh and a chuckle. This is a needle in a haystack body shop! Go here, go here, go here! Bonus points if any accident happens to be involved with GEICO Insurance, as their proximity to Progressive auto rentals makes the entire experience as seamless as possible!

From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. I appreciated how seamlessly they coordinated with Geico, making the insurance process stress-free. Not only did they repair my car promptly, but they also exceeded my expectations in terms of the quality of work. My vehicle looks better now than it did even before the accident. What truly set them apart, however, was their willingness to go the extra mile. Not only did they focus on the primary repairs, but they also took it upon themselves to buff my headlights, enhancing the overall appearance of my car. It's these small gestures that truly demonstrate their dedication to customer satisfaction.

The best well honestly only experience I've had with a body shop but they made it completely painless. The hood of my car got driven over by a western express driver while my car was parked at my job. It took western express almost 3 months to agree to pay the full amount of the damages but finally I was able to bring it here and man within a week it looks like nother ever happened. Hell they even detailed my car for me which was awesome. The service guy I went through was Jimmy and he was awesome. I highly recommend coming here if you have damage to your car and need it fixed.

Awesome, seemless experience all around. In the three years I have owned it, my poor car has been hit three times(!), all with minor damage. This is, by far, the best repair experience I have had. I wish I had taken my car to Danbury Automotive the last two times! Hope to not need to, but would definitely return again, and would enthusiastically recommend them to others without reserve.

Great staff and very clean. Only reason giving them 3 stars is because they said at the initial vehicle check that the quote will probably go up by $2 thousand easily because of things they may break during the fix. I only had a rear bumper with a broken chrome trim and a few scratches on the rear SUV door. They initially quoted around $2,500 and in the end have gotten around $5,000 for the job and they don't have any explanation other than parts break as they fix them and labor costs money. Now I work on multiple different high dollar vehicles and I dont break things to the tune of double the price. Makes no sense how a $300 bumper could amount to so much for paint and time. Be very careful of this place.

Great place! Go see Jim, he priced everything out perfectly, called me every few days to keep me updated, and stuck to the time frame that we discussed at the beginning. The work was flawless, and my car was returned to me sparkling both inside and out! Cant say enough good things about these guys.

Lance did a phenomenal job correcting a color issue on my driver side door. Can't even tell it was ever painted. Cant thank him and everyone else enough for doing such a great job and being so helpful.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Came in 3 months ago due to a small tree branch falling on the roof of my 4 months old car. They used double sided tape and dummy glue to repair my car. Broke my windshield (didn t tell me) and replaced it with a cheap one. Also did the pain job with doors open and all the pain damage the interior of my brand new car. Vincenzo Basile (Vin) has the worst customer service ever. DO YOURSELF A GOOD FAVOR AND STAY AWAY. Now I have to replaced everything they did.

My vehicle was brought to Danbury Auto Collision Center from the dealership after the they had it for over a month and couldn't get a radiator put in. Once Danbury Auto Collision Center got my vehicle it was back to me within a week. Unfortunately at no fault of DACC the radiator had to be warrantied a year later. From the first time going to DACC Vince made both experiences effortless and comfortable. He was extremely professional and honest. Vince took care of all the details for the warranty and my vehicle was returned promptly and they even cleaned the engine compartment. Highly recommend DACC.
