To the owner of CandleWood Valley motors& towing.I just wanted to compliment your towtruck employee Eric R. On amazing courteous, friendly, professional,service today. He went above and beyond and made such a huge difference from what started out to be a horrible day. I had to get my car towed thru AAA and last time this happened I had an awful experience with another tow company. So AAA you should be proud to have Candlewood Towing and their employees as a service provider. I'd also like to compliment Sandra of the office staff, thank you for being such a pleasure to speak with over the phone as well as your professionalism updating me with regards to the tow. Thank you again Candlewood Towing, if I'm or anyone else is in the area and need a tow or work done on a vehicle YOU will be my go to place 100 %!!!

Candlewood Valley Motors provided reliable, fast service when I was visiting the area, I highly recommend them. I had my car towed there on a Friday afternoon and they managed to fix it for a more than fair price on that day so I was able to drive home on Sunday.Services: Electrical repair, Auto battery replacementServices: Electrical repair, Auto battery replacement

Same as the other 1 star reviewers. There is no zero star option. I completely agree with them. I don't usually do reviews but people need to be aware of this one. Same as the others, I called AAA for a tow and these guys got the call. I was told 90 minutes. 90 minutes turned into 19 hours. Horrible. No one at the office would give me any answers just that they would check and then i would never hear back. Rude every time we spoke. Finally after a full day of waiting for the tow they picked up the car. A one hour trip to the garage took 3 because they needed to stop for lunch on the way while dragging my car extra miles. Which, when they told me the drivers location, was miles off any route any normal driver would have taken. When they got to the garage the tow driver gave the garage attitude about where to park it and threatened my garage that they would just drop it in the middle of the street because they were working since 6am. Unacceptable. If they don't want to do it they should just say that. 19 hours for a tow is not ok when you quote 90 minutes. Many other garages would have been happy for the business as is my usual experience. This garage however, not so much. Use with caution.

Horrible service from the lady that worked there went to have a service done and she refused to put the part back in my vehicle and made ME do it . How am I paying you for a service and you don t even complete it you make the customer do it . On top of that she said you don t need to come here I said surely I don t and won t ever be coming back . She could have handles the situation better especially since all the mechanics were sitting there and watching her horrible customer service . DO NOT RECOMMEND WHAT SO EVER !

Had them tow my truck there for service after it broke down on me. Tow guy was very helpful and was there fast. The service work was done before they said it would all at a fair price. Try these guys out you won't be disappointed. Thanks again for all the help. Truck still running great

Needed a flatbed tow to bring my BMW to the dealer for repair. Candlewood Valley has helped me before and this time the service experience was great as always. The driver/technician Joe was exceptionally competent, personable, and had a great sense of humor to boot!Could not possibly have been more satisfied. Deeply appreciated!

Worst experience possible! Called AAA, the first guy showed up, broke my car while trying to put it in neutral! Wasn t able to tow it, left as quick as possible so we don t notice it s actually completely broken! Called again for flat bed! 6 hours later another guy showed up and told me to push my car down the driveway! I ask how you want us to push. Gave me attitude and told me Which you hands, an object go push it how hard is that? Well maybe if your buddy as he called the first guy didn t brake my car we were going to! Left without any explanation except talking to me as if I m piece of work! Probably know more about cars than those guys will ever do! I will never ever use them again and make sure everyone knows how terrible they are! I ll be calling again on Monday, want my car fixed or I ll see them in court!

Our family used Triple A for a tow from Brookfield to Danbury. Candlewood Valley tow truck showed and was an absolute unprofessional from the start to finish! We are a very extremely understanding, patient and friendly family who do not like to mistreat anyone who is doing us a service. Yet this jerk was awful from the beginning! He treated my sons car like trash and did not want to put the car where we asked. He basically told us it goes where he says it goes and left it at that. Once we began to explain why it couldn t be left there he made a call and confirmed he wasn t moving it. He was smoking marijuana the entire time. it was clear by the smell. Absolute nightmare and caused my 79 year old veteran father to get upset! Do not recommend this awful company. Now I hear nothing but complaints from others too. I will make sure everyone knows our experience!!

Had a good experience with the service provided. Carl came to the rescue within in minutes. My car's air suspension completely bottomed out and engine wouldn't start. He efficiently got it onto the flat bed without any damages or drama. Well done!

I brought my 99 Honda CRV in with a flashing check engine light. They got my car in quick and diagnosed it correctly. They also informed me of a potential safety issue, that I was aware of, but hadn't had a chance to fix. They fixed that and another issue that cam up during the repair. I really appreciate their honesty in diagnosing and fair pricing. I will definitely use them for future repairs.

These guys were awesome! I locked my keys in the car at the elephant's trunk. Not only did they get it open for me at a very fair price, but they were here in 15 minutes. Thanks for the great service!

They were very unprofessional. I was sitting the cold awaiting roadside assistance with my 5 year old. I then received a call from my insurance telling me that Candlewood had cancelled fly service because my car was too damaged yet no one had stopped to assess my car. Then I spoke with the owner who told me I need to be on the other side of the road and i moved my car. They still didn't come. I called back to cancel after getting assistance from another driver on the road only to be cursed out by the owner.

I ve got buddies who tow truck drive, so I know how the game goes.. But Jesus Christ, the mannerisms just isn t there. Wasn t my first in counter either.But I ll be sure to to with Lakeville from now on..Bad for business. That s all I ll say..

Do not use Candlewood Valley Motors for towing. Had them pick up my truck through AAA and when the driver could not find the address he left the truck on the side of the road and did not notify us. Thinking that the truck was at the mechanic's and he would call us in a few days, well to my surprise three days later we get a call from a State Trooper letting us know that our Truck had been found on some random dirt road. Nice, real nice. Take your business else where. Who does that to people and think it's okay?????

If I could give it -1 rating, I definitely would...Flat bed truck driver Jo arrived belligerent drunk and mad that he had been dispatched for a roadside assistance call and proceeded to reprimand me for needing their services. Lucky for him my phone battery was being charged and I couldn t call 911 nor video the incident. Tried contacting his boss Mike, who blew it off and didn t even bother to apologize or address the issue. This weekend we saw Jo driving around town like a lunatic in Candlewood Valley Motors flat bed truck. The man definitely has anger management problems and some addiction issues, if you want an experience you ll never forget, then yes, contact these clowns.

AAA sent them to me to do a battery replacement for my Jeep Cherokee. Ian came over quickly. He had to go back to get a different battery and was back in less than 20 minutes. Changed the battery and even tested the battery in my Jeep Wrangler for me. Ian, if you see this, Sammy the Doberman says "Hi". :-)Service: BatteryService: Battery

They answered a call for a tow through Chevy Roadside Assistance. First impressions were good as the driver arrived early and quickly and carefully loaded my Callaway Tahoe onto the flatbed. Then I find out from the dealer that my one of a kind tahoe was left in the end of their lot, keys dropped in the Dropbox and not a single employee informed. Not a cool move with a normal vehicle and definitely not appreciated with a $90,000.00 Tahoe.

Horrible! Horrible experience! Warning, DO NOT USE this company.Triple AAA sent these people to tow my Jeep and couldn't fulfill the job until the next day and then stopped to get lunch elsewhere while my mechanic had been waiting for my vehicle all day so they can fix my car before the weekend. Their dispatcher was also rude and unprofessional!

OMG-Hope you don't get this driver. Had my vintage car dropped off and went to tip the driver and noticed my driver door had been OPEN for the 3 hour drive and he left the keys in the ignition.I tried to suggest it's not a great idea because the car can auto lock(I have had it happen)He proceeded to tell me I was some kind of piece of work, called me SWEETIE and then used the F-WORD at ME!! Wow...just spoke to the owner and he said sorry maybe he had a bad drive???? Really? OMG F-BOMB at ME, the customer in my own driveway...Real gentleman. Call another tow.

I've been using them for a few months now, with no issues. Recently I had an emergency car problem that had to be fixed right away. I knew they were closed, but they serviced me anyway and saved my day! It was not only the only place that answered the phone, but the only place that would make an exception for an emergency visit.

My son"s car broke down and we had to have the car towed. Carl Carlson came and towed the car. He was professional, knowledgeable, experienced and took extra good care of getting the car on and off the flat bed. He is great! I would recommend Candlewood Valley 100%.
