Working with Amy on parts is an absolute joy! She is down to earth but professional and stays on top of things! You can tell she cares about her customers and getting the right parts as quickly as possible! She's definitely a diamond in the rough in this industry!

Excellent customer service from start to finish. We brought a vehicle in for service and from the receptionist to the mechanic and even the owner, the communication and care was superb! 5 star business for sure.

Unprofessional. I called abt getting a protective undercoating for 2 small sedans done for winter. Quoted 725 for 1 car lmaooo. I asked about if they have any multi car discount. They said they had to crunch numbers with the manager. And that they'd get back to me. They Never did.. but eh it was a pretty ridiculous quote anyway..

I really like dealing with Andy's Auto Coach Works. We have a motorhome and the window on the doorBroke in pieces, they did a great job ordering and fixing the glass. So now we were hit by a trailer trailer on vacation. When we got back, we called Mike at Andy`s and he order everything we needed without taking any payment first. When we drop off the motorhome he will take money for the parts and when finished he will take the remaining payments if we are satisfied. Don't hesitate to contact them, you will not be sorry you did.

Andy's auto coach did a nice job On Repairing the body damage Too my car ,Mike is a great guy he was upfront about cost and the work was preformed and finished within the amount of time he stated it would be done in communication and services are great, highly recommend this shop

These guys are great! Never have I had a problem with them and they keep you up to date with what's going on. They have fair pricing without trying to find other problems that will need fixing like the other guys out there. Took my car and my boyfriend's cars there and they've been nothing but godsends to us! I won't go anywhere else nor let anyone else touch my car! I highly recommend them and more!!!

I have used Andy's for about 3 years now , never had a bad experience ! Staff is always knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Pricing is competitive and they don't try to sell me work my car doesn't need, but keep me aware of anything that could be a future problem such as timing belt or brakes. I have recommended Andy's to friends, family, and co workers , I will continue to do so.

Thank you again for such wonderful service from everyone at Andy s. Always there for their customers. An auto accident took me back to this amazing local New Milford business. Within 2 hours they had the estimated sent to my insurance company and the parts were ordered to repair the damage done by being rear ended. In no time at all I had my car back. Thanks you to an amazing team ! Highly recommend this business

Had to get towed, they were there in 15 mins, professionally loaded my car, made sure it was secure on flat bed, and away we went. Driver was personable, but not too talky. Hopefully I'll never see them again, but if I do need a tow, they the man. Recommended.

I was at fault for an accident and my car was towed to Andy's. I was told to release the car to my insurance company so they could go with an auto body shop approved by them but was swayed by Frank that it was in good hands. I explained to Frank I was moving halfway across the country and needed a vehicle within two weeks. Two weeks came and went and the car was still no where near being fixed so I drove a rental car to my new home. I spoke with Frank repeatedly throughout this time (and other employees) and was given multiple different answers as to when the car would be finished. No one seemed to be on the same page as one employee would tell me it had not yet been painted and another (the same day) would confirm it had been. After nearly six weeks I picked up the vehicle. When I got it back it was in worse shape than it had ever been. Apparently when it was held at this shop, the automatic steering fluid flooded the drivers floor of the car. This was left for an undetermined amount of time, therefore leaving my car reeking of oil and my entire carpeting to be destroyed. They had six weeks to clean this up or atleast notify me of this and failed to until the day I went to pick up the car. I had an aftermarket grill on the car at the time of the accident which had popped off during the accident but was undamaged. Rather than putting this back in, they replaced this with the original grill and billed my insurance company for this. The old grill was returned to me mangled which was a state this was not given to him in. I had previous issues I paid separately for which appeared to be resolved until driving it for almost 100 miles. Frank is unable to handle any sort of issues or answer any questions himself- he would prefer to blame insurance companies for his faults and theft. I would never recommend taking a vehicle to this repair shop as they are only looking to make money off of our car through insurance agencies.

I just had my car repaired at Andy's after getting rear ended. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Professional, friendly, and completed the repairs ahead of schedule. They even cleaned the car inside and out and fixed a few scratches that weren't part of the agreed upon repairs. Highly recommend!

I have been taking my RV here for all it s service needs. A fraction of the price of the big camping chain and none of the runaround. Mike has been working around engines and RVs forever. He is comfortable with doing everything from Oil Changes and Winterization to replacing my tankless hot water heater or fixing a broken armrest. I doubt there is an RV problem he hasn t seen!Service: Oil change

They fixed our rv window and they are close by. We are hoping to use them a LOT due to close proximity to our home. I hope they purchase a MUCH bigger piece of land to park the rv waiting to be fixed and maybe larger bays so rv like ours can fit. Negotiating their small lot was tricky for us.We have a part in order. We will be back! Rv repair is the way to go with all these rv s everywhere and very few places to go to.I m very glad they are in rv business!

Andy's Auto Coach Works called to say car was ready to be picked up, however the repairs were visibly incomplete. I had to refuse pickup and request a supplement be processed through the insurance company. No explanation as to why the repairs were incomplete even after expressly pointing it out at the time of appraisal. I was told by Andy's that the part in question only comes in two pieces (as a set) and that the insurance company probably didn't want to pay for it. Not true, after pushing back with both Andy's and the insurance company, a new single part was available and ordered. After finally getting the repairs completed we were advised the car was ready to be picked up but has a dead battery. The battery now holds absolutely no charge and had to be jumped to get it out of the shop. They killed the battery (with no explanation) and the car now smells badly of smoke (this is a smoke free vehicle). I will not use this shop ever again.

I drove my 2016 Forest River Georgetown up from Houston Texas to spend the holidays with family. When I arrived I set up camp only to have my bedroom slide not work, and then I couldn't pull in any of my 3 slides. I have Route 66 Warranty who really did nothing to assist my dilemma. Assistant is the actual warranty company and they couldn't help me either. Anyway, I called two other local RV services and ironically don't have mobile RV service...REALLY...YOU WORK ON VEHICLES, HENCE MOBILITY. I won't mention names, Dave's RV and Hemlock Hill RV SHAME ON YOU.Andy's is TOP NOTCH. Don't even waste your time with the others, call Andy's Autocoach Works.

Barbara, the owner, sent a gentleman named Ansolmo to help me load two Harley's onto his flatbed, to take them to the repair shop. Ansolmo showed up on time, was very friendly and helpful, got the bikes to the shop without any problem, and gave me a fair price for a job well done. Should the need arise again, I will happily use Andy's Auto Coach Works and Ansolmo's services again without hesitation.

In the 25 years of living in New Milford, I have been fortunate to have had a reliable partner in my automotive needs. 25 years is not only a long time for a family run business to remain current and viable, but it is much more. Andy's has enabled me to survive 3 teenage drivers, Multiple collision damage repairs, several emergency roadside assists, lock-outs, towing services, countless wheel bearings, front end alignments, tune-ups, diagnostic troubleshooting, electrical and exhaust system repair and much more.My recollections of all of their great work and commitment to excellence barely tells the true story of what sets them apart from all others. In addition to RV work with technicians specially trained to work on Class A's, trailers, fifth wheels and motorhomes, they also provided me a service for which I shall always be in their debt.Andy's took my rusted old 1963 VW Beetle with a few issues. The rag top was torn. There was barely an exhaust system and only three cylinders firing. Additionally there were rusted out floor pans, a dented hood, doors, and fenders just to name a few. Andy's carefully and meticulously performed a complete frame off restoration with historical accuracy to the original paint codes, body trim, electrics, and tires. During the restore, the technicians kept me apprised on the progress and involved in the decision making process which was very comforting. Today that Beetle is a source of enjoyment for which I shall always be grateful to the folks at Andy's.Well, that's my abbreviated story. I highly recommend that you stop by and see Bruce, the owner and his family, Frank, Nick, Mike and the rest of the team. The next 25 years can be your story!

These guys know what they are doing. They've done a few different things for me on my Winnebago Travato. You don't get the nonsense so common at RV service places. They are innovative in their approaches and real problem solvers who look out for their customers. I recommend them for any RV service needs, regardless of you having an A, B, C or towable, without hesitation!

These guys are amazing. They are very friendly and professional. Im from NC and was in an accident. They went above and beyound to get me back on road as quick as possible. They worked with adjuster and kept me well informed. Their dedication and work ethic is by far the best I've ever had. I would highly recommend them to everyoneEd Pickert

Hit a deer to the tune of over $10,000, when I got my car back it looked better and was detailed better than when I picked it up from the Nissan dealer new. 2017 Nissan murano. Frank, Mike and Bruce Jr. Went out of their way getting me a rental and putting me at ease. I reccomend everyone go here not the dealership. They are ase icar certified. Love these guys!!!!

HORRIBLE experience! My car went into the shop and acquired MULTIPLE spots of damage on my vehicle! It was there for auto body repairs and came out with worse auto body damage! I m completely dissatisfied and am STILL waiting for the damage to be repaired!! Someone damaged BOTH of my taillights.. one having a HUGE hole in it and the other looking like someone tried to pry it out and cracked it in numerous places.. there was a hole in the bumper in the middle and a smaller hole in the left side of my bumper.. mind you my car had NO damage in these areas PRIOR to going into the shop! I had to have the back driver side door replaced now the driver side front door does not line up and looks like the door is open even after being closed!! I ve reached out to them and was told to bring it in to have it looked at. I already sent the pictures of the car before it was sent to the shop and the pictures of the damage it got while being in the shop . I just want my car fixed the way it should be so I can move on from this experience. I would NOT recommend this place. Very unprofessional and clearly incompetent.

Haven't even used them yet for my RV, but I can tell you I will. I called looking for a service place closer to home and Frank spent a lot of time on the phone with me and offered a lot of great advice.

Had nothing but fantastic experiences at this shop from their aaa battery service to their body shop and everything in bewtween. It's a family business that truly care about their customers. I highly recommend .

It appears as though as Andy's is attempting to drum up business. Just watched one of their tow trucks start to merge without signaling, then turn it on and basically swerve into the left lane, cutting off the Lincoln Aviator in front of me forcing them to slam on their brakes.

Andy's is the best shop in the area! They treat you like family and really take care of you! I recommend them to everyone I meet! They go above and beyond!
