Purchased F350 on 12/18/23 ... Almost 4 Months still waiting for my registration & Plates . I'm Paying for truck and can't even drive it. My sales guy Joe was good. But I've been getting lied to and the run around from management . Steer clear !!! plenty other dealerships.Ken, as I said my council will be handling this from here on out!

I just picked up my new Mazda CX-90 at Whaling City Auto Group. The entire experience was amazing from start to finish. The whole team at Whaling City made me feel like I was apart of the family. They really took the time to make sure all my needs were met. Even the owner Filippo made sure to take time out of his busy day and thank me for my business. Highly recommend if your looking to buy or service a car!

Never purchase from these people. I paid a $1,000 deposit for a new electric car that they did not have on the lot yet. They told me that the car would be ready in about 3-5 months. But the car was never made.I kept getting emails from Ford saying that my car's production was delayed. Over the years, when I was getting these emails that were stringing me along, I kept calling and going to dealership, and they just kept telling me that they didn't know any more than what the emails are telling me.Eventually, I got an email saying that my car was not going to be made and the link to my purcahse agreement was deactivated. So, I went into the dealership to ask for my deposit back.Whaling City continue to give me the run around for about 4 more months until finally, the owner, Philippo, emailed me to tell me that my deposit was non-refundable.I've never experienced such dishonestly in my life, and I will be reporting them.I did end up getting my car from Monaco Ford, a small woman owned business with the best customer service, and I love my car

I had the most wonderful experience buying my Jeep at My Whaling City, Joe Lamonica was fantastic to work with and made the whole process so easy. Everyone I interacted with there was so easy going and they all took away the "car salesman stigma" that I was expecting when going to a dealership. If you are looking for an enjoyable car buying experience this is the place to go, highly recommended!

If you happen to be a priority there-good for you. I dropped my vehicle off for the repair the first time, after approx. 900 dollars they return it "repaired"-however it was not repaired. I made appointment for second visit. Arrived and was informed they were unable to get to my vehicle even with appointment and requested that I leave it for a day or two. I left it for nine days and they never "got around" to even looking at it. Funny how they charge customers for lot storage but don't reimburse for vehicle loss or your time. The worst part is when I called to get a status, the assigned repair POC either was not there or never returned my call. Bottom line is, I hope you are on their priority listing, if not do like I did and find another repair center. Was the initial "repair" even needed-that is yet another pending question.

I absolutely despise car dealerships. My Whaling City is not your typical car dealership. They're fair, quick, friendly, and really build long-term relationships with you. Love my CX-50. Ask for Joe, you won't be disappointed.

I had called Whaling City, and spoke with Asa Zorn. The inside of my car was a bit brown and I did not want to damage the white leather, since I had purchased the Simoniz GlassCoat Warranty when I purchased my car I called Whaling City and they told me to bring the car in a few days later. Asa Zorn and Dave were amazing at accommodating this last minute request, the coat was reapplied to the inside of the car and it ended up looking like the day I had purchased the car. I extremely recommend this product and Asa's team, specially Dave who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.

Such shoddy work in the service department. I would never go there again.Not only did they refuse to replace a recalled part from Mazda, they charged me to repair everything else except for the part that turned out to be the problem!!!!Then when they did finally "repair" the recalled part they "forgot" to clamp the coolant hose back on which caused my daughter to be stranded on I-95 for hours. Now they won't refund me the AAA towing charge let alone all the bills for their "repair" scam. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! (picure of coolant hose not attached is here - I have videos of the mechanic who opened the hood explain how bad they are too)

This past Monday I had the pleasure of purchasing a beautiful Mazda cx5 from Alberto Santana at Whaling City! Mr. Santana took my budget and wish list and found my perfect fit (which I never thought was an option). The entire Whaling city team was personable and approachable, settling all the nerves I had walking in, as we know this can be a stressful time. From start to finish Mr. Santana was right there, answering questions and assuring my comfort in this purchase. Mitch was an awesome Salesperson, knew the product and everything was a breeze. Really patient as well since my Insurance company thinks we were having a storm so would not allow me to transfer Insurance over so I had to scream at progressive on the phone. Big Dan was also awesome, few of my friends yelled at me for not seeking him out but he and Mitch both awesome

CJ and the service department at whaling city Ford are amazing! They went above and beyond to and got me in last minute towards the end of the day to help rescue my chameleon that decided to jump off me and scurry up under the dash to hide away if anyone needs any work done, go to them they are super friendly and SUPER HELPFUL. Thanks so much CJ and Whaling City Ford for saving my boy Escobar!

AWESOME & GENUINE people are only two of the many words that describe the staff here at this Ford dealership.My parents have done business with them since 2004! and now it was up to me to continue the legacy of carrying down the tradition. I recently purchased my first brand new car everrrrr! it is AMAZING! 2017 Mustang GT Performance Pack.The process was extremely fast and hassle free due to the fair market pricing, they were below every ford dealer in the area too. I was in and out driving my car in less than 3 hours total. I was mind blown by this as many dealers like to play the waiting game with you. these guys took care of me like I was family to them.Many thanks to the entire staff, specially Darnell & Aaron Sales Managers, They are awesome people! Danniel my Sales consultant it's the one that took care of me. He also took care of my parents since 2004! long time sales consultant and a pro at it too!Now the only thing i have left to do is enjoy my new 5.0 V8! haha from the bottom of my heart Thank you guys! I'll always remember this experience!

I have transferred here as my dealership since the Quincy, MA location seems to no longer accept out of state customers (which seems crazy to me).I was very happy to hear that they don t have a ridiculous mark up on their cars, like some other local dealerships. Cough cough Plainfield Mazda We worked with a salesperson named Dan, who has been there for 28 years. He was not the typical aggressive car salesperson. He was relaxed and easy going. He was nice and worked hard to put us in the RIGHT CAR. Dan gave us a tour, noting where parts and service is for future visits. He actually walked us over to financing and introduced us. They are building a new Mazda showroom and got us pretty excited about it - when we return for our next lease.I feel confident that they are not having trouble selling cars because they aren t pushy and take those extra steps for their customers. I ll be back! It s worth stopping by to take a look, you won t regret it. Oh, and they are an auto group that has more than just Mazdas! :)

I originally didn t want to go to whaling city due to a previous bad experience with the service department however a friend told me to give them a second chance now that they are under new ownership, so I did.My previous experience with the service department...I brought my truck there for an oil change. The service writer called me to inform me that the oil filter housing was cracked upon removal and that it was a aftermarket housing. I personally did the oil change prior to that and installed a new oem ford oil filter housing that I purchased from whaling city. When I told the service writer that over the phone he ignored it and said ok so you just want to do the oil change, got it, thanks and hung up.I do not recommend purchasing a vehicle from here. I am in the market for a truck and have been shopping around locally. I stopped by whaling city and test drove a truck. The sales person told me the manager would call me later in the day with the best price. After not hearing back I reached out to the dealer and the manager Filippo Marchionne told me the same price as the sales associate did. That morning I found a comparable truck at an other local Ford dealer and asked him what was different for the $8,000 price difference. Immediately Filippo s attitude towards me changed, he was now in defense mode meanwhile I was just trying to understand why there was such a significant price difference. At that point it was clear that the only thing Filippo was considered about was obtaining the location of the cheaper truck and not the customer. Once I told him which dealership it was he immediately hung up on me!!Vehicles aren t cheap and I prefer to spend my money somewhere that values me as a customer and actually appreciates my business. Whaling City and their management clearly does not!

Update June 2022: I maintain my 5 stars. Just got an oil change. I get my regular service done here for my Mazda 6 and Ford F150. (Both of which I bought here). I have tried other places for oil changes, but end up coming back to Whaling City. Super professional, reasonable pricing, good quality.Update Jan 2017: Increased from 4 to 5 stars. I have my new (2015) Mazda 6 serviced here as well as my old (2004) F150. I am always hesitant to have my cars serviced at a dealership due to potential for high cost. My Mazda has only needed oil changes and some small recall fixes. Oil changes are reasonably priced. My F150 has had more maintenance done (steering pump & lines; front wheel hub/bearing assembly; exhaust manifold leak). The prices might be a little higher than a local garage, but the warranty is great and the work done quickly and professionally. I will continue to go to Whaling City until they steer me wrong.(Fall 2016): Good people. Sales process took about 3-4 solid hours from intro to out the door with a new car. Traditional selling process: Sales rep goes back & forth to get approval for discounts. After agreeing on price, you head to sales manager's office for up-sells and final paperwork signing. Good people & honest, but I still get a little impatient with this traditional car selling process.

Found a car I wanted and the salesman Nick was awesome. Very easy to talk to,don't get me wrong I think even after a short back and forth on price I paid more than what I found online but I get the times on prices and demand so customer service is what won me over . The sales manager was a gentleman. Let's just say when it's time to buy again and if the dealership has what I'm looking for I can see myself returning.

Bottom Line Up Front. GOT SCREWED AFTER THE SALE ON A USED TRUCK. LONG TIME CUSTOMER AND NO DEALER LOYALTY TO THE CUSTOMERS UNDER NEW OWNER. STEER CLEAR!!!Long time customer of Whaling City Ford, bought 2 cars from them and had most of my service and Maintenance done through their service department. I purchased a 2004 Ford Ranger from them, Traded in my 2015 Ford Fiesta. The truck ended up in the service department 3 weeks later for over $3000 worth of repairs. AT BEST! They missed it on the inspection they told me they did OR they knew about the issues and sold it to me anyway. I e-mailed the Owner Filippo and he gave me to the service manger. After several e-mails and AND 2 weeks of waiting, i got offered $300 in credit towards future services. I asked to be met in the middle. Was not asking for a refund or to return the truck. I got a slap in the face. Will not be going back, will encourage other to do the same. If you do you are rolling the dice on getting screwed.

Valerie and the rest of the sales team at Whaling City made my car buying experience easy and stress free. There was no pressure to buy, everyone was friendly and helpful. They answered my questions without any hesitation. One of the things I really appreciated was that since I was buying the car, not my husband, the staff talked to ME. They did not patronize or speak to me as if I don't my way around an engine. It was a refreshing change from other experiences I've had at other dealerships.Thanks to all! I have the car I wanted at the price I wanted it at.

I left a one star review because the customer service is not priority. They sell you dreams and tell you that if you have any issues that it will be handled. They also brag that they have great customer service, not my experience.I recently bought a 2016 used car from here. It was only a week when I began to hear a weird noise. I called the sales man to tell him what was going on and we made a day for me to bring in the car, when I arrive to bring in the car the service front desk employee told me that I was never put on the schedule and that I would have to plan a new day to bring in my car. So I explained the noise and the situation again and made a new day. The new day came and I dropped my car off and they gave me loaner car which was nice. On the second day that they had my vehicle I called to get an update, I received the answer "there is no updates as of now we will call you when we have an update." Day 5 came and that was the day I had to return the loaner car so I once again called to see what was going on, this time my call was transferred to the technician that was working on my car and he had said "there is no noise and I gave it an alignment that it needed" I asked him if he was sure there was no noise and he claimed him and the owner Phillipo took it for a test drive and heard nothing. So they had my car for 5 days and it was "only an alignment". A week later after having my car back the noise returned and the alignment was off again. I attempted to call the service manager but was told "he is in a meeting can I take a number and name so he can return your call." Two days have gone by and no call. With all that being said I would never recommend anyone to purchase a car from here. They sell dreams and could care less once your money is in their pockets.

Bought my car in Nov 20, cancelled the warranty shortly after (signed paperwork and all) and have not received the refund credited to my loan. I have called and left messages with Jaime. Actually got her on the phone once and she said there was an issue and she would sort it out and get back to me. That was months ago and I can t get her to return a phone call.
