Great experience everytime I come here. Everyone is friendly. The service here is impeccable, they explain what they're doing, and are never there to pressure you to buy a service. Forever a returning customer!

Usually I get oil changes done at the dealership but they take forever and didn't really have the time. Website said they offered tire rotations too, drove up and requested Oil change and tire rotation they said they couldn't do the tire rotation today and only the oil change. I said it's ok. I'm assuming they couldn't do the tire rotation not because they didn't want to but probably because they are timed to be fast from the company I am assuming. The team was trying to be as fast as possible with my car and the other car next to me in the Service bay. The oil change was quick in and out. Fast and efficient but I do feel bad for them I bet they are probably hounded by their bosses/company to be super fast. If that's the case, SHAME ON THE COMPANY.

I just got my first oil change at this location and was impressed. Extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable team. I loved the fact that they walked me through and showed me everything they were checking on my vehicle (in plain English) and what needed to be replaced. I actually feel like the old place I used to go to ripped me off and by the looks of the filter pictures below it seems like they never replaced them, which is upsetting. Valvoline has gained a loyal costumer and I will definitely be returning for future services.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Highway robbery! They should be put in jail what they charge! Cost us a grand just to replace a power steering and they messed something up and now we need to fix something els! Bunch of lowlifes

Very expensive with little to no experience. Place wants to charge $130 for a oil change on a 2016 mazda 3 like bro hahahaha never. I'll sit in 20� and do it myself

They follow the Japanese method of Shisa Kanko - pointing and calling. They are so organized and efficient and professional and genuinely friendly. Wouldn t go anywhere else.

The staff is awesome ... level of customer service was on 10+ more. All the guys were very helpful and the sense of humor they have great!.The level of education that they gave me I was very impressed. I will be spreading the word.Great service, Awesome customer service, fun bunch of men,explained services very well so that I understood what they were talking about...very happy person.. the 430ish shift was great on 6/3/2020.. they all know who they are ...... A big thank you again!!!

They were well staffed, 'particularly surprising for a holiday weekend and very helpful given that my BMW would not stop bothering me about getting the oil changed immediately. They had me in an out of there within 30 minutes; the only thing they could have done better was adjust the tire pressure. They thought I had nitrogen in my tires and I could not dissuade them due to the color of my nozzle caps.

This was my first visit to the New London Valvoline Instant Oil Change location and I was very impressed. Erica L was my service tech and she had a great personality and explained everything along the way. There was never any pressure to buy additional services she recommended. The entire team there worked efficiently together to change my oil and install a new car battery. Also waiting in the car is a big plus, no getting out and waiting in some room. I will definitely be going back again!Services: Battery, Oil change

Recently converted from the quick lube place, and I don't know what took me so long! Everyone on staff was active and attentive. I felt like my vehicle was better cared for here; like they weren't just trying to rush me out (though it was quite fast!) I will definitely be back, every 3-5k miles!

I called the shop and asked if they did a fuel injection cleaning service. They said yes and shortly after I arrived at the New London location. Taylor and Will were great. They explained the whole process and what I might expect to hear/ feel from my car for the first 50 miles or so and also told me to fill the tank up because it was only 1/4 full. They were very knowledgeable and were polite and didn t treat me like a stupid female that doesn t know anything about cars. I highly recommend this place. Very satisfied with my experience today.

I've been going to Valvoline for several years now and have been provided excellent service by the staff.The manager, Brian, does an excellent job at keeping the location running smoothly and efficiently. He is very professional and knowledgeable. Whenever I come in, he always takes the time to listen address any concerns that may come up in regards to routine maintenance involving my vehicle(s)- during my oil changes. All while making sure the store as a whole is running smoothly. I look forward to seeing him further progress through the ranks of the company; as he appears to be a valuable asset to the company.As far as the quality of the actual products used... I feel safe and secure knowing that I have Valvoline synthetic oil; as well as whatever cabin and other air filters they use in my vehicle(s)... and I've never had any problems, with the products themselves.

I typically don't leave reviews, but this was by far the best experience I've had with getting my vehicle serviced. Rick and all the guys had me on my way quickly, they were able to guide me through what they were doing, and they weren't pushy with services, just what I needed! I left the shop feeling good about my car and knowing what i may need in the future. Will definitely be coming back!

A big thanks to all the employees! For my 1st time visit, I have no complaints! The guys were working in 90� heat & still had smiles on their faces, changing my oil & hooking me up with a headlight. I'll be back!

I love the convenience of a quick, drive-thru oil change! My only complaint is that they tried to push several services in me, insisting my car needed several services-- however, I had my car fully serviced only two months ago. I would be wary before accepting other services from them because this made me wonder if they're honest, but I'm definitely going back for the oil change.

I love the staff! They are informative and very nice. Customer service = 100%! The oil changes don't take too long (depending on the wait) which I don't mind at all. The staff here definitely make you feel like you are welcomed and inform you exactly what is going on and are open to any questions you may have.

Excellent staff and very fast service. Be careful of being talked into buying unnecessary things such as new filters and other items alike. The overall I was extremely satisfied with their service especially the customer service very friendly, fast and efficient. Here's a little tip if you go on to Groupon and buy a coupon and wait 24 hours you can usually get half off but you have to wait 24 hours in order to use your coupon.

As a woman with 2 young kids in the car, I was a little skeptical to do a sit-in oil change. My husband researched and found this place and saw the reviews so I gave it a shot. The staff immediately had me pull into an empty bay, they were friendly and joking with me and helpful, and had the car done quickly! We were offered a military discount as well, which was a nice surprise. I'd go back again and again for this service and the ability to stay in the car with my toddler and baby not having to be taken out of their comfort spots!
