This New London office was so very wonderful! John was so patient and helpful. I was greeted in such a lovely way by all staff. I was wavering between replacing two or four tires. TJ was so kind to offer a cheaper option to just replace two tires but I ultimately decided to go for all four new tires! There was no pressure and just plain helpful assistance. I am truly grateful for such kind assistance. I am so very satisfied and John was a wonderful, knowledgeable man in the world of tires! Thank you, guys! I would fully recommend these guys!

I needed tires for a 2000 Honda Civic and Town Fair Tire had them in stock at a truly reasonable price. I was happy because I was able to drop the car off without an appointment. When I picked it up John was so kind and honest in sharing his opinion on finding a mechanic to help with a rusted bolt for the alignment. Great team of people working here!

Great prices, excellent service, and friendly people. The website is very helpful. I was able to select my new tires and set up my appointment easily online. The waiting area was comfy with nice leather chairs. Darby was very helpful and nice. I didn't have to wait long as the job was completed much quicker than l expected! GREAT PRICES, EXCELLENT SERVICE, AND FRIENDLY PEOPLE! Thank you for a great experience Darby and Town Fair Tire!

Dominic was amazing! I blew my front tire on the highway and he caught that the other one was about to go. So now I have two beautiful new tires! He was so helpful, explained everything to me in a way I could understand (I m not a car person) and even helped me with discounts. 10/10 stars would recommend, go ask for Dominic he s super professional and helpful!

I only go to Town fair tire for all my tire services! I ve been dealing with John Mitchell out of the New London store for over 20 years! He s honest, fair, and very professional. I wouldn t trust anyone else! I highly recommend going there for all of your tire services. They have a great selection of rims too.

I went to his location by chance traveling for work and had a tire issue. Once I walked in, everyone was so welcoming and attentive. I noticed that it was very diverse white, black etc and they all were having great conversations and were assisting other customers with respect, dignity and concern for the customers safety.John greeted me and began my transaction and TJ finished me. Very attentive and very professional.They were great!

TJ was so helpful and wonderful to work with. He explained everything that needed to be done without trying to upsell. He was nice and easy to work with. Everything was done in a timely manner and he was very accommodating. It was a pleasure to work with him and I would recommend that you ask for him when you go!

Purchased a new set of 4 tires 35 days ago and had a catastrophic tire failure. We got zero support because we were 5 days past the 30 day warranty. 20 year customers and thousands spent. The guy on the phone was a real jerk to me. Definite deal breaker.

I came in early with a flat, and T.J. exceeded expectations. He provided an in-depth overview of the best and worst-case scenarios, with estimated costs and timelines. Better yet, he asked if I was a military member and highlighted a cost-saving option for servicemembers. It was a genuine attempt to save me money, and completely unprompted. Fortunately, we did not need to replace the tire, and the crew completed the work on time at the agreed-upon price. It was a seamless process, and we will continue to come here as long as we live in CT.

Came this morning ( 04/10 ) to Town Fair Tire for a tire change and alignment.TG has been my adviser.Asking him to explain unreasonable wear, he researched the issue and found the reason in some damage to the rear suspension.Taking photos, he then explained the issue to me in detail, and suggested ways to have it corrected.I am most grateful for his help and would like management to take note, that TG went far and beyond what can be expected of good customer service. He is an outstanding man !Thank youAnton Huggler

Now THIS is what I call customer service! I was desperate to get my tire replaced last-minute before a long drive. John opened the store 15 minutes early for me and was the most pleasant person I ve come across in a while. Calm, cool, collected. Didn t try to sell me something I didn t need. The tire was replaced within a half hour and I was on my way. I will definitely be coming here again with any sort of tire emergency.

I came in to get my tires changed . Dom did a great job with my vehicle and explaining everything that was being done with the car . Work was done fast and professional. He s a great worker . I highly recommend coming here !

I have had two very positive experiences here, the first when I had a nail in a rear tire and the second in getting a full set of new tires some time later. Both occasions I walked in without an appointment and everyone was very attentive and accommodating, had what I asked for in stock, and had the car ready for me in less than a couple of hours. Shout out to John for his guidance with my new set of tires and great attitude, and the other staff members for my alignment report and maintenance advice!

While visiting from Maine, I had a surprise flat tire and needed quick attention on a Saturday. Ralph was professional and responsive by phone, and extremely kind when I dropped the car off. With a smile, Dominick helped check me out just before closing. Great service and I'm so grateful.

T.J. Is awesome. Extremely helpful. Went in for a nail in rear tire. Ended up needing 2 new front tires. Didn t just tell me what was wrong, he actually showed me. He also explained things to me so I could understand, my car knowledge is minimal. T.J was also able to find me discounts to help with the cost. Very professional and informative. Thank you T.J.

Always get great help here. Was helped my Ralph this morning who rightly suggest a tire repair rather than a whole new tire. Felt good to know I wasn't being ripped off just to make a fast buck

I knew my tires were getting low but I didn't realize the inside of both my front side walls were already worn down to the metalTJ was able to get the exact tires I needed and got me right in.I got 4 tires and an alignment and I believe I was there less than an hour.Not only was the customer service outstanding I can say that Their staff went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were met. Definitely check out my new friendsTJ also told me about a rebate that I qualify for as well as the price match guarantee.

T.J. helped me with getting a full set of new tires. We had 2 options that he explained in full depth to make sure I could make the decision I felt was best. He was very kind, patient and didn t have any problem explaining anything to me if I had a question. The service at TFT is amazing, everyone is extremely helpful and knowledgeable when helping you, and don t make you feel dumb if you re a younger person who had absolutely no idea that you even had to do maintenance on tires. It really is a great place with a trustworthy staff who don t try to scam their costumers. Fully recommend.

Over the past wk my husband and I both had punctures in our back right tires (weird, right? And frustrating!) I spoke w/John at Town Fair Tire last wk and he was so incredibly helpful. They got his car in and was able to plug the hole. It was like $13. My tire unfortunately had to be replaced. When I called last night I spoke w/Dominic. He was helpful and also enforced my safety when brining my SUV in today which I thought was awesome. In today's tech age I find genuine care and concern for people is hard to find. Thank you, Dominic! I brought my SUV in today to Town Fair Tire & dealt with TJ. He kept me up to date on their findings, explained options and educated me on Tire tread wear. He could have upsold me on needing more than replacing just the 1 tire, but he did not. He was professional, honest, and was able to effectively communicate with me. He also explained the wear on my tires was due to alignment. He didn't try to add services on, he explained I should contact where I get my alignment done. I am very appreciative that he did not try to add services dishonestly. To me that says a lot about a person and the company they work for A+ to all at TFT!!!

I came to town fair tire almost a month ago for new tires. Unfortunately, I lost my wheel lock and couldn t get it done. I came back today and Tristan and John were nothing but nice! The tires were going to be more expensive this time, but they brought it back down so it was closer to the primal price! Would definitely come back for any tire needs!

TJ in New London was awesome. I had hit a curb and there was slight damage to the tire so I thought I would need a replacement. TJ took time to inspect the damage and assured me it was just cosmetic; he saved $530! I appreciate that he took the time to check on it instead of wasting g my time and money! Great customer service.

I decided last minute to replace my aging tires before the next snow storm. I called mid morning on Saturday and spoke with TJ. He ordered the tires I wanted and gave me the first appointment of the morning on Monday. TFT is closed on Sundays.I arrived Monday morning at 7:45 and my tires were on the truck from the warehouse!This is an impressive operation to order and deliver the correct tires in less than 8 business hours.TJ also helped me Monday morning and gave thorough and clear explanations of what was found after servicing my car. I was treated with respect and the overall experience was professional.The only room for improvement is to clean the waiting area more frequently.

Totally happy about my brand new tires from Town Fair Tire New London. John at the front desk is super knowledgeable and helpful, and he answered all my questions about tires very thoroughly. Across-the-board all the people I dealt with at Town Fair Tire were pleasant and smart. Including Nicholas who I spoke with on the phone. Plus - I got a terrific rebate on the new tires.Five stars!

I just purchased tires a week ago. Unfortunetaly one of them got punctured while on a road trip.Luckily we were close to the shop and was able to limp in on the spare(a donut) hopeing they could do the repair as we arrived 45min before closingSo thankful to John & TJ. Who went out of thier way to help with the tire repair as we were an hour away from home.Exeptional customer service!!Thank you so much
