Mike does an amazing job and does it efficiently and quickly. He estimated my work would take around an hour and he was correct. Mike takes pride in his work and is a master of his craft. Highly recommend.

Superb quality work! We had the front of a new truck wrapped with clear film to protect and preserve the finish from road rocks. You cannot tell that there's anything over the paint. The edges of all the panels were wrapped and it looks better than new!I recommend everybody wrap at least the headlights considering the UV light. Will destroy the plastic over time and the clear film blocks the UV.We also have the sunroof tinted with a ceramic style tint that dramatically reduces the heat in the summertime and keeps the glare down.My only complaint is not going to this location first. We have used a couple other locations in the New London and Waterford area for window tint and this will be our normal go-to spot going forward.

Mike was friendly and professional. I've had 3 vehicles tinted prior to this truck, and this is the first time I've gone to Tint Master. Well I know where I'm going from now on. Great job, fair price and I was in and out in an hour. The tints have been on for a week and I can't find a single imperfection. Thanks Mike!

Tint masters is the first choice for window tints. They were on time and matched the factory tint on the back windows perfectly. Would highly recommend. Price wise they are very competitive. I had the front windows on my 2012 Ford Explorer done for $100. These guys know their stuff.

I have been bringing vehicles to them for over 10 years at this point since I was in high school. they have always gone above and beyond. They take pride in what they do and it shows. This my 3rd or 4th time coming to tint master , they always do an awesome job and I always recommend my friends and family to come here hands down the best tint shop in the whole eastern part of CT

UPDATE 16-Jun-2021. Came back with a 2021 BMW M2 Competition and just had XPEL Ultimate Plus applied to the front bumper. Second experience with Tint Master New London after bringing my 2018 Camaro in 3 years ago. The M2 bumper is tricky with all kinds of nooks and crannies, and the installer did a meticulous job. I was worried about visible seams showing, but he wrapped the top and wheel well edges so the seams are hidden. I couldn't be more pleased with the installation! It's perfect. Now I'll have peace of mind and won't always be worried about getting paint chips on the nose. Highly recommend Tint Master for PPF installations. (See picture below of the tricky M2 front bumper.)Just brought my 2018 Camaro 2SS to Tint Master to have them replace the small factory pieces of Paint Protection Film with bigger pieces in front of the rear wheels. They had to custom cut the pieces, and they did it exactly like I wanted. I am super fussy with anything related to the car, and they surpassed my expectations. Not only that, but I called them asking for an appointment and they told me to come in the same day. The car was done in a couple hours like promised. Very reasonable price, no worries about the car even getting dirty, they're just very professional.Service: Paint protection

I had my car windows tinted at Tint Master exactly 12 years ago this month. The side windows are still perfect but just recently the back window became distorted and disrupted my vision. When I reached out regarding the issue and lifetime warranty their products come with they were quick to get me an appointment and replace that window free of charge no issues whatsoever (keep your paperwork people!) They are professional, reliable and stand by their work. He was even able to get me the color to match the rest of my windows that they no longer carry. Awesome service. Mike was knowledgeable and helpful in picking out the right tints for my car. He estimated that the process would take 3 hours and he was right on the dot! I have had two vehicles tinted with them in the last week. I corresponded via email with Mike and he was very responsive and able to get me in the day after contacting him. Their prices were the best I could find and the quality of work is phenomenal. This place is great, easy to get to, and very friendly. I waited with both vehicles and it only took him just over a hour to do the front windows and sun strip on windshield. I will only be coming here when I need something tinted!

I should have been coming here years ago with all of my vehicles. Extremely professional and flawless window tinting. If Mike wasn t so busy, I d probably have him replace the recent work done on my other two vehicles, that s how good he is, and this review is coming from someone who has severe OCD where almost everything has to be perfect. What really impressed me was the concern Mike took to fit me in literally last minute after another shop canceled my appointment just hours before my arrival. The service: Mike was great - patient when explaining to me different options especially for matching my rear side windows. Great end result, the film curated well, good quality install. Took 2 hours and change to install; there's a plaza within walking distance with a restaurant where you can spend the 2 hours.The product: They only use XLR, so if you are a 3M fan, like I was, Mike has the power to convince you to switch, or you can find other place for 3M films. The reduction in heat is significant, the glare not really reduced, actually it seems a little more intense, but I can live with it. Didn't notice any low angle haze, which is good. I had a clear bra and heat-reducing window tints done on my new Lexus GS F-Sport. I was so worried about bringing this car anywhere for services because of the value and price tag attached to it. John did an excellent job, he was very professional. He takes pride in his work and always wants you to take a look at it and asks what you think of it. A very nice, honest guy doing some of the best work I've seen in the area. Pricing was very fair and I would not hesitate to come back to him. Tint Master, the best tint and paint protection you can get, Period. I ve been bringing my cars (14) to Tint Master since 1996. They never ever fail to deliver, whatever you vehicle needs, they do a fantastic job. I just got my Ford Fiesta tinted at Tint Masters. They did an AMAZING job. No marks, bubbles or anything. The young man who helped me out was nice and very helpful. I m so glad I went to Tint Master. Super polite, on time, perfectionists is the best way to describe these guys. Local and family owned by father and son. Warranty for life, the work they do is immaculate clean and they truly are the tinting experts, Every car I have owned has been there. Highly recommend them to all my friends and colleagues.

The father-son team at Tint Master in New London Connecticut to great quality work, they've handled five of my vehicles and I just picked up a gift certificate for my dad for his new Volvo Cross Country station wagon. You can trust them with your vehicle, and the product that they apply is of the best quality. I've never had a problem.

Mike and his son have installed Wincos tint on 7 of my vehicles over the years without a single follow-up visit for repairs. Their level of professionalism is unmatched and the work is remarkable. Wouldn't hesitate to drive 500 miles for install if I left the area.

Absolutely excellent had my car in and out by the end of the day! Tint looks fantastic life time warranty and the owner/installer is awesome and has been tinting Windows for along time.My mom had her Windows tinted by them over 6 years ago and the tint is perfect! Excellent customer service!

Fantastic work! Brought my 2018 wrx in a week ago. Mike made me chuckle upon pulling in asking, what kind of illegal tint are we putting on this thing? . Made me laugh. He had a really neat demonstration on the different films and explained darker is not necessarily going to keep out the heat. Also explained that putting legal tint on would end up being illegal after as there is almost always a little on the windows from the factory. He had answers for all my questions and made me feel good about the work. Pricing was right, actually some of the best I found. He told me about 2 hours, it was 2 hours. Once the tint settled in, man does it look good! Exactly the look I was looking for. Being in the car all day everyday, having the right tint keeps me cool and feeling a little safer. Thanks for the great job!!

We've had several cars of ours tinted here and they are the best. Very patient and friendly and always willing to explain all of your options before making any decisions. We will continue to come to Tint Master in the future too!
