Every time I bring my customized Jeep LJ to Secor, they take incredible care of it. the job is always done right. Brian my service advisor listens very closely to what I am asking for and conveys the message to his mechanics. This is a custom vehicle that they take very good care of for me. And I appreciate everything they do.

I had to bring my car in last week because two tires needed to be replaced. Steve was the primary representative who helped me. They were very responsive to my needs and were able to fit me in their schedule that same day to get the work done. Very kind and respectful staff!

Received a notice from Jeep about 2 recalls. Once I was able to contact Secor, I had an appointment within a few days.Secor was professional, courteous, and efficient.I would refer Secor's Service Department to everyone.

Absolutely loved purchasing my vehicle through Secor. Laura was amazing. But I cannot say the same about their service center. Recently went to get an alignment and was told that they couldn't do my alignment that day because the car in front of me was taking longer than expected and they didn't think they could do it before they closed. Mind you, I had to take off of work to go, because they aren't open on the weekends. They were not accommodating or appreciative of my time. I ended up going to another dealership to get my jeep serviced. Their service manager did try to call me, but when I returned the call he was unavailable and I was told he would call me back when he got off the phone. I am still waiting for that call back days later. Very unimpressed with the service department and definitely will not be taking my jeep back there to get serviced.

First off let me say, I'm very disappointed with Secor Parts Dept. I have been having my suv serviced there since I bought it in 2018.I was supposed to have an oil change and tire rotation( and I was charged for it). The thing is when I had my car fixed elsewhere, The only thing you got right was the sway bar links. This is what I was quoted as being wrong with the vehicle. "VERIFED CUSTOMER COMPLAINT OF NOISE. FRONT STRUTS AND SWAY BAR LINKS ARE WORN OUT. APPROX PARTS $1745.00, APPROX LABOR $410.00. THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE TAXES OR SHOP FEES. PARTS PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE.Now here is what was really wrong, FRONT END NOISE, BRAKES.REPLACED FT SWAY BAR LINKS; REPLACED FT BRAKE PADS & ROTORS; WHEEL LOCKS BECAUSE THE WHEEL LOCKS WERE FROZEN, HAD TO WELD OFF(so how can you charge me for a tire rotation when it wasn't done?). TOTAL COST; $702.70.Therefore I will no longer be doing business with youKaren Thibodeau

Had a problem with the A/C not cooling. After a short analysis Secor determined I needed anew compressor. Unfortunately, I had to wait 3 weeks for the part. They got me in and now I'm cool as could be.

This Dealer did an oil change on our 2017 Wrangler Rubicon. We live on the west coast but we were in the area on a cross country road trip. The dash reminder came on to change the oil when we were within a few miles of the dealership. Their Service department was able to schedule us within two hours of when we walked in. Our schedule was tight due to family things we were taking care of that entire week, and that they took care of us the same afternoon was a huge help.

Recall was not completed due to parts that needed to be ordered. They have told me 3 days and will call me when they arrive to get the last recall dine ... nothing!

I continue to go to Secor Dodge for all maintenance and tires for my Dodge Ram 1500. They are very professional and informative.

Horrible experience, went to buy a spare key for my jeep wrangler, was told it didn't need to be programmed and it was $160.00, key shows up and guess what, It needed to be programmed, another almost $80.00, after talking to several mechanics it takes under 10 minutes to do, but they made me wait the 30 minutes, so they could justify the almost $80.00, and I was told not asked to go wait in the waiting room, I will make the drive to another jeep dealership then go back there.
