I like this dealership so much that I bought two new vehicles from them in 2022 , I never had a vehicle service at a dealership because of price , when I purched the vehicle they gave me my first oil service for free . I was so happy with the costumer service and the work I have been back for to service our vehicles. Mitch our customer service coordinator was fantastic !The only negative thing I have to say is when our subaru outback gets serviced we get a car wash and do not get one at SECOR RAM , I did ask if they could take the truck to their subaru dealership and run it through their car wash and was told no . The other dealership is only a quart of a mile away if that and I would have brought it if need be . Secor performed oil & filter change, cooling system flush and investigate exhaust rattle.1. Charged me for the oil I supplied (corrected after I called back questioned the charge).2. Charged $150.00 to tell me of rusted though exhaust pipe - Unsatisfactory!!I have a Chrysler 'lifetime' warranty that requires periodic specified oil changes, etc. This will continue, but all corrective maintenance not covered will be done elsewhere.Thank you,Leo MacDonaldService: Air & cabin filter replacement

Very nice service attendants. Made it possible for me to Go on scheduled trip. Got my ram 1500 in and repaired in about 1.5 hrs. Very pleased with the service.

Took my Jeep in for the yearly service and I only wish I would have bought my Jeep from them! Their customer service is OUTSTANDING! I am glad we are moving so I will be able to go somewhere else. They charge for incomplete trouble shooting. Almost every time we pick our Jeep up, the check engine light comes on within 3-5 days forcing another trip. We asked for an early oil change last time it was in, but they said I it was too early. We drove it two more times and the sensor went off saying it needs an oil change. They are terrible communicating, they overcharge, and over all we are very dissatisfied.Service: Auto maintenance

I had to bring my car in for additional diagnostic testing to determine what was wrong with the starter. I had brought it to another dealership previously and they couldn't figure it out and really weren't interested in doingthe work. From the moment I called Secor it was a pleasant experience, they got to the bottom of it and did what they said they were going to do. I appreciate all the work they put into it, and the updates they provided me. And I will definitely be a regular customer here. Received a recall notice from Jeep on my 2015 Jeep Latitude. Although I had some problems communicating (email) with the Service Department, I did finally get a response from General Manager John McCarthy. He was very gracious and apologetic. I had an appointment the next day.Vita met me at the Service Counter and could not have been more professional and pleasant. It did take 2 days to make the recall complete, however I could not be more pleased.I was offered a ride to and from my home. My "Driver" Nicole was quite sweet and personable.For this I would give SECOR a 4 star out of 4 rating.

The staff was efficient, addressing all my cars needs. The waiting room is clean with good magazines and TV to occupy me during the wait which was only an hour.

It was horrible they didn't finish anything that they had to do but changes spark plugs and they kept and they and my truck was there at 8:00 in the morning they didn't get it in until 12:00 and it was supposed to be all done in one day and I'm not coming back to do any of this the rest of the stuff I'll go somewhere else it was absolutely horrifyingServices: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement

Brian was easy to work with and kind. Service was done well. However, I had an 8 am appt for my car and I told them I needed my car back that night. After 2 pm, I hadn t heard anything And called. They told me they just took my car in about 10 minutes ago and would call me back. When they called me back, they told me it wouldn t be ready until the next day at noon. Repairs were expensive although, I fortunately was still under warranty and only needed to pay my deductible.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

I brought my 2022 Grand Cherokee in for its first free service. I purchased the vehicle here and managed to put 4,700 miles on it for the first year.I drove right in the service bay and they took care of everything. Went to say hello to the friendly sales staff and before I knew it, they handed my key and I was on my way. See you all next spring.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Visited the service center and the experience was okay. I asked for them to perform a multi-point inspection on my vehicle, saw it on the invoice, but never received a detailed report of the results of the inspection. When I arrived to pick my car up one of the service technicians was yelling and swearing so loud in the back, I could hear it at the service desk.
