Extremely rude and unprofessional. After having over $3000 worth of work in my car. I had my car for less than 48 hours and it broke down due to something with the coolant hose. When I went back less than 48 hours later to see if the damage was done from the work they did. I was unaware I would be charged for them to look at it. The owner not so kindly explained to me that it was their policy , and if I did not pay the $30 I wouldn t be released my car. I mean, I barely drove my car 10 miles since getting it from them. So I paid the $30. I was told the new estimate for the part I needed was 500. Today is the seventh day and when calling to check on my part, they told me they had no estimated time of arrival for the part. The owner said she didn t know where it was being shipped from nor did she have a tracking number. This confused me, because when I order something I get an estimated time of arrival and also I m able to track it. I asked the owner for the number of the company she ordered the part from so I can call and she refused. At the very least this is her time to insert good customer service skills here, and actually reach out to the company where she order from and try to figure out when my part was going to arrive. She did none of the above. I explained to her, I need my car for work as well as to bring my disabled son to therapy. My whole entire experience with them was horrible. Customer service was the worst. The owner has no people or communication skills. Customers are what keep business open and this is not the way to treat them. Hopefully they read these reviews and understand the importance of customer service so the next person who comes in for works has a much better experience than I did.

10/10 wouldn t recommend (not playing victim I was told that I could have every part I needed for around 400 and the labor would be an additional 400-500 is what i was ball parked at to which I got no reply. then when I took initiative and ordered the incorrect part because it wasn t correctly specified i was responded with a blurry picture of the part i needed (useless) if i would've just had the exact spec of every part I needed printed out in the first place it would ve saved me so much time attitude also wasn t needed hopefully you can use the insight) and what also didn t make sense is that the front passenger blinker I asked to be worked on wasn t even mentioned after my bill probably should ve started there or the abs sensor because i had a 6 different things i needed fixed (3 I understand couldn t be done ATM) according to your inspection why not choose the simplest things to do first in stead of charging me 250 to have it sit on a lift all day while im trying to figure out what specific parts i need in the middle of working? (That I mentioned i was in the middle of over the phone ) I tried my best to communicate which wasn t matched fromThe beginning. i dropped my car off Friday before closing a quick check and i would've had enough time to find a new part instead of last minute rushing come Tuesday thanks anyway

Don t take your car there they drilled a hole into my oil pan and transmission pan dude never replaced it instead he welded the hole don t take it there
