I was in despair. My Audi Q5 was hemorrhaging oil and the fix with the guy I have been using wasn't working. My car is old but a new car doesn't figure into my plan for 3 years. Out of frustration, I called Hoffman Audi in New London where I had bought my car and had some major service before. The dealership is an hour away, so I have used a more local guy who specializes in European cars.Sean remembered me from our previous dealings. He heard me, asked me to bring it in, offered a loaner and then within hours gave me the scoop. I had not mentioned two things I knew were maintenance repairs coming up soon. His crew diagnosed it all.I had them do all the work that day. The satisfaction of knowing Sean and his team had my back and even discounted the charges was beyond my expectations.I feel safe in my car again and now will not go anywhere else, even for an oil change. They will alert me if there's any new issues. I trust them to take the excellent care they have always shown me. The hour drive is worth it. I am a fan for sure! Thank you so much, Sean.

Just took my low miles 2009 Audi s5 V8 back to Hoffman and they did a great job on my service. Saved me a bunch of money and were honest about everything they found. Also gave me a loaner so I didn t have to wait which was fantastic. They are always on point at that place and Sean is one of the best service people I ve met always honest and willing to help.Thanks guys!

Came in with a problem and they understood what needed to be done. Diagnosed the situation, presented the solution and got right to work. Truly the epitome of customer service. I was in and out in few hours and they gave me a loaner car as well.Super friendly and extraordinarily courteous.Thank you for just doing what is right.

I have never in my entire life had a better experience with any dealership. I was 110% satisfied. I left Hoffman Audi of New London knowing my vehicle was serviced way beyond my expectations. I will continue to have my Audi serviced there from here on end. Mr. Sean Lewis was very professional and accommodating.

Thank you Sean in the service team Hoffman once again, you fixed our Q5 in a hurry absolutely amazing service, team and dealership absolutely in a league of their own. I would highly recommend anybody to do business with Hoffman. They are a game changer when it comes to car dealerships. If you could give 1 million stars, it would give itWe wanted to say thank you to Sean and the guys in the service department at Hoffman Audi a New London. We brought our Audi Q5 in for its 40,000 mile service. everything about these guys in the service department is just absolutely the highest level of care. The quality of work is above and beyond, and the timely manner that in which they do everything is incredible. I would highly recommend anyone who needs work done on their Audi to bring and speak with their service department you will not be disappointed. Thank you guys absolutely great experience.

Very professionalI appreciated the fact that although I went in to have my headlights fixed, they also did a cursory inspection and discovered a missing brake pad clip, which could have been a serious safety issue.The problem was resolved quickly and efficiently.There was very little wait time and they communicated very well, even sending me an update video.I will be returning here, no doubt about it !

Excellent service! I needed fast assistance and they provided it. They started working on my car right away and updated me throughout the whole process. They tested it after to make sure everything was correct. My car runs amazing they did a wonderful job! They were extremely kind and helpful to me. For those of you that have used their service department in the past, you re in for a very pleasant surprise. From the initial call, to the diagnosis, to the loaner and finally the completed repair, I could not have been more pleased. My service advisor, Steve was pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. All of the staff I spoke to were the same. It was such a pleasant surprise!

Going to Hoffman Audi of New London is always a great experience. Whenever I bring my Audi a4 to them for repair or maintenance, not only am I treated like a valued customer, but their team delivers top quality services. When they say something will be done at a certain time, it always is. They also always figure out the problem and fix with no issues. I highly recommend Hoffman Audi to anyone. I do not feel comfortable taking my car anywhere else.Service: General repairs & maintenance

The Service Center staff was excellent. They had reviewed the records from my previous Hoffman Audi venue, carefully inspected the car for themselves, contacted me to discuss the findings and then performed the repairs in a timely fashion. I did not have to quibble about a loaner vehicle. The response was "of course". I will be sure to return for my next vehicle service.1/19/24 - Now one year later I am happy to say that the service remains excellent, the staff a pleasure to interact with.Services: Auto battery replacement, Engine repair, Auto maintenance, Battery

This is the second time I have used this service center since I moved to area the from CA. Both times, I have been extremely pleased by the customer service, efficiency and how easy it was to get my vehicle serviced. Today, Sean assisted me with impeccable customer service. A loaner vehicle was provided and my car was serviced and returned to me clean within 3 hours (had general service and a front brake job). This is an impressive place. Car servicing can be challenging and the gentlemen at Hoffman Audi make it extremely easy and convenient. Thank you!

Went in for an oil change and a whistle from the front of the car. Dealership found the issue and explained the root cause.Diagnostic reveled a replacement pcv was needed and I was quoted / offered a loaner for the time of the repair.Great service / follow up / information provided.Thanks

Another great service experience at Hoffman Audi in New London. Tyler and Sean set the bar for stellar customer service. The waiting area is lovely and comfortable. Dwight & Tyler did an exceptional job assisting us with our car service maintenance on Sept, 6, 2023. They re both very professional, courteous, very accommodating & they made us feel like valued customers. Very passionate in what they do. They provided us with a loaner car on a last minute request for a ride to my husband s medical appointment. We were treated like VIP. Thanks guys for such an outstanding job. Also, thanks to tech Jeffrey for servicing our car & for providing a video of our car while being serviced.Would like to take this moment to commend Sean Lewis for his professionalism, for accommodating us on an unannounced visit in July due to an urgent minor technical issue. He was quick to diagnose the issue & got the issue fixed in minutes. It was Sean who noticed that our car is due for its 65, 000 miles maintenance service in September so he recommended to bring it in. Sean is beyond exceptional, very knowledgeable, very passionate in what he does, he understands his customer s needs & very friendly. My 2019 A6 had a complete electrical shutdown due to a faulty alternator and left me unable to move my car off a busy road. I was stuck literally on the yellow line. I almost died, wasn t funny. Service team was great in fixing fast. However, ever since then my passenger seat will not move because the control module was fried. It took me a few months to realize this as I usually drive solo. When I took my car in a few months later for my 30k service (car only has 25k miles) which I prepaid for, I had to pay an additional diagnostic fee of $200 for them to tell me it wasn t working. I was told the passenger control module needed to be replaced at a cost of over $1,000! Sad part is that Audi puts the same faulty alternator in so my car s electrical may malfunction again at any time. Of course I thought fixing my seat would be complimentary but service disagreed. I really want to like my 2019 A6 but so many problems even before reaching 25k miles. Audi service is very friendly and thorough, I just disagree with them on who is responsible for fixing my seat. I wish I bought a mustang instead.Service: Electrical repair
