I could not say enough good things about Hoffman Audi of New London and their staff. They made the whole process of buying my first car very smooth. They were very professional and pleasant to work with. The salesperson Jason and GM Tony were a pleasure to deal with and made the whole process enjoyable! I absolutely love my new car!!

Bruno the sales manager was more than fair and so nice to deal with! My sales person Frank was very knowledgeable of Audi and went over everything I had questions about on my new to me car! Rob in finance was also amazing and made the transaction as easy as possible! I was able to do everything remotely and drive down from Maine to meet my SQ8 right in the showroom all cleaned with a bow and ready to go home! Thank you all again for a stress free experience

My husband &my very first visit to Hoffman Auto was on Saturday. We discussed what we were looking for in a new vehicle with Frank, a polite and knowledgeable salesman. Absolutely no pressure or typical salesperson pushiness. Because I felt zero pressure, I was very relaxed returning alone (no husband) the following Tuesday to test drive a SQ5.When I picked up my NEW VEHICLE on Thursday Frank walked me through all its features. He also explained to me the process for bringing it in for service.What a great experience. I highly recommend Hoffman of NEW LONDON and salesman Frank.

I ve bought multiple vehicles over the last couple years. I have not had as enjoyable of an experience shopping at Hoffman as I have had at other dealerships. Jason, Corey, Bruno and the team did a fantastic job and their enthusiasm was top notch. The whole crew at Hoffman Audi New London in general is very warm and welcoming but my guy Shawn is a life saver, that s a guy I can rely on whenever anything has happened to my car he is super warm and attentive, he made sure my visitations to the service department is always very smooth and hassle free my car always taken care of in a timely manner and I even got a rental they just went above and beyond to make me feel very welcomed and appreciated and it s really rare to find people like that these days. I generally correlate the process of purchasing a vehicle with having a colonoscopy. However, what a pleasant car buying experience it was throughout the entire process at Hoffman Audi of New London. From the GM Tony, to our sales associate Jason, and everyone in between, we could not have asked for a more professional group of people to work with, putting absolutely no pressure on us to make a purchase. I actually can t wait to buy another vehicle from this wonderful dealership!

I Ended Up At Hoffman Audi In New London & Without Even Telling Them The Story, They Turned That Days Experience Into An Extremely Positive, Honest, Easy & Genuine Process! They Care About Their Customers & It Showed Throughout Whole Process! I Walked Away With An Amazing Car With Everything I Needed At A Great Rate With The Team Effort Of 3 Employees! What Another Dealership Said No To, They Said Of Course ! When You Go There Ask For Jason! 10/10

Bruno Aparicio, Sales Manager, leads a team that starting with him provides a 5 star unparalleled car leasing or purchasing experience. He reached out to my wife, whose A4 lease was coming due in a few months, to let her know there were some very attractive financial incentives available. We went there and he provided all the details in a professional, friendly, accommodating and transparent way. He then searched other locations to find a car with a color my wife wanted and get it delivered to the dealership for us. A member of his sales team, Frank Picardi, came with us on a test drive of a Q5 plug-in hybrid and answered all our questions while pointing out features of the car. Throughout it all, there were never any pressure tactics to force a decision. We were able to close the lease process quickly with Bruno and his team getting all the back office paperwork done with no inconvenience to us; and the Finance Manager, Robert Duncan brought us through the paperwork process, again with the professionalism and transparency that made us feel very comfortable. Even with some financial clarification questions I emailed a day later, this team replied quickly to help me. And, finally, when I was having trouble with the charging process, I drove down and they got me into the Service team where Tyler Choate squeezed me in very quickly for their review and help that solved my issue (I wasn t connecting the charger correctly!).Overall, Bruno and his team are simply the best. I give them my no reservations gold medal recommendation! Thanks Bruno, Frank, Robert, Tyler and Hoffman team.

It was such a pleasure buying my vehicle from here! The staff is extremely kind and welcoming. My salesman Frank was very knowledgeable and answered every one of my questions regarding my vehicle. On the day I could take it home, he sat with me for an hour and walked through all of the ins and outs of the vehicle, which I greatly appreciated. I definitely recommend this branch to anyone in the market for a car!

I had had an Audi on order with another dealer who hadn t been providing updates on delivery. I wandered in to Hoffman, met Bruno and Corey and my experience with them was night & day from my experience with the original dealer. Within about an hour; I had the car I wanted with all of my objections favorably resolved. They were honest, fair and super appreciative of my business! This will be my 5th Audi but my first experience with Hoffman. They will now be MY dealer! Thank you!!

Had a great experience purchasing a used car from Hoffman Audi. I live in South Carolina but found the car of my dreams at Hoffman Audi via AutoTrader. I called up the dealer and got a virtual test drive by FaceTime. The dealer handled all the paperwork and nuance needed to finance and purchase a car out of state. They also helped me with the shipping process. Car arrived with a full tank of gas and no surprises. Thank you!

This place is fantastic, I highly recommend them. Jason helped me purchase a rare used audi and did a great job, I highly recommend him. Later on in the sale process a small issue came up. It's not that a problem can occur, but just a matter of time especially with rare audi's, and then it's really down to how is that problem handled by the dealership. Tony did a great job, and completely resolved that issue, going above and beyond what was expected at the time.I can confidently recommend Hoffman Audi of New London, as a 5 star dealership that does a fantastic job.

Hoffman Audi of New London was OUTSTANDING my experience with the dealership was second to none it was Fabulous. My Sales Representative who s name is Cory was great his knowledge of the Audi Q8 was incredible. What I love best about my sales representative Cory, was he made sure I was comfortable and had full knowledge of what I was purchasing before handing me over to the sales and financial management. I just renewed my Audi lease with Corey and his team at Hoffman Audi in New London, CT and couldn t more delighted! When I was inquiring a couple weeks ago about the best time to turn in my lease for my Audi S4, he sprang into action to not only retain my same monthly payments for a new 3 yr lease but also get me in a new 2024 Audi S5! So a high r priced model that is 3 years newer with no extra outlay. He even drove the car to my work at the hospital so I could test drive it in my schedule! The finance team and sales teams at Hoffman are simply amazing at how they put their customers first and go over and above to make everyone satisfied. Thank you!

After an accident, I needed to buy a car last minute. I went to a previous dealer and had the worst experience and then the same car if was shopping for, I found at Hoffman. I met Jason who was amazing. He took care of all of my concerns and the process from start to finish was smooth. I couldn t have asked for a better experience. To the point and no gimmicks. Very respectful and willingness to help is what made me purchase a car with them. I would advise everyone to go there and ask for Jason, !!April!!!
