Thank you to Mike and the rest of the team for going above and beyond for my husband and I! Not only did Mike call my husband with updates throughout the day, they were also able to get some poorly put on tires off of my car. We can t thank you and the team enough for breaking your backs to solve the issues with my vehicle. I ve always been treated well at this shop, but last Saturday really solidified their 5 star customer service! Thank you!!

Brian (Sales) & Mike (Service Mgr.) were great. They got me in quickly, were so nice and accommodating, fixed my issue on the spot. Vehicle problems are always stressful for me I worry about the time & the cost. Goodyear in New London, CT was a pleasant experience. Fast service, reasonable rate. I was a "drive-in", no appointment customer & I even added to my initial request. Thank you! Great job.

Went to get my tire pressure checked because the light came on. The younf man adjusted my psi and explained the process to me. Everyone was polite and got me right in for a service I had no idea was free. Just got a new car and was looking for a new tire place since the place I'd always gone was not as impressive as it once was. So when the time comes for new tires and oil changes, this will be my new spot!

I have taken my truck here a few times, and every time I have been very impressed with the professionalism, attention to detail, friendly, staff, and fair prices. If your vehicle needs any of the services they provide this is a great place to come. My neighbor Has been taking his vehicles there for several decades, and he recommended this place to me when we moved here. Can t go wrong with the folks at Goodyear in New London.

These guys are awesome. We needed new tires and instead of just replacing what we had, Brian had a feeling the tires on the car might not be the right size. So he took the extra step to check and sure enough the tires we needed were actually a more standard tire he had in stock. Got us fixed up and back on the road that day. Highly trust this place.

Thank you to Mike and Bryan for your honest and helpful service! My goodyear tires, bought elsewhere, were having trouble, and a few different places closer to home told me different things. I made the trip down to New London and glad I did - they were able to credit appropriately for the problematic tires and get me on my way with an alignment and new set of tires. My runaround with others has shaken my confidence in the market, but Mike and Bryan were fair and honest and so very helpful!

While driving my car I experienced a broken muffler shroud, only I had no idea what it was. Even worse, I didn t have a local garage to take it to.I had remembered my cousin had used Goodyear tire and had been very happy with the work they had done on her cars.I was pretty stressed on the situation but when I called Goodyear and spoke to Mike I immediately felt relieved.He offered to take the car and perform diagnostics and advise me with his findings.I arrived 15 minutes later to find an immaculate store front and was welcomed by a warm and knowledgeable gentleman. The shop diagnosed the problem, and had it repaired in less than 90 minutes. I am fortunate to have found such a credible and conscientious garage and will be sure and use them in the future. Thank you Goodyear!!

I had an amazing experience, was treated like family and helped me get the best deals. Saving money and making me feel safe in my car with there help. Friendliest service I have ever experienced, will definitely return. Worker Howard did an amazing job and most welcoming soul helping with explaining and Mike the owner did an amazing job with helping me in pricings and better knowledge on my cars needs

Called early in the week to get a quote for two vehicles. I was given a fair price over the phone and excellent, knowledgeable support.I scheduled a time for the following Saturday to have the tires put on. I arrived at the specified time, though they only wrote on their schedule for one vehicle when I mentioned the second one and that we spoke about it over the phone - they made time to complete the work on both vehicles as originally discussed.Staff took one vehicle, completed the install and alignment and gave us a call to swap out with the second vehicle. We anticipated having to sit all day waiting for the cars. It was a pleasant surprise, that we didn t have to do this.All around, great service, friendly and knowledgeable staff. My second time using this Goodyear location, I would come back again!

I booked my appointment online. Guess there was a computer problem because they didn't have my appointment scheduled. They got me in and out quickly anyway. It was nice to finally go somewhere with good customer service. Would highly recommend.

I went to town fair called them five days ago and had an appointment for today and they told me I needed to order the tires and I would have to come back when I told him I could only come back on Monday they asked me why couldn t I come in sooner in the week Goodyear was right behind town fair in New London you guys had the tires in stock perfect customer service and you called me four times to let me know what was going on you made a customer for life

Had a slow leak in a new tire and they took care of it and picked me up at work. It ended up being a screw in the tire. They do great work, and there customer service is over the top. I have to add to this, on February 3,2023 I had to have the battery and alternator replaced and the belt. They came and picked me up at work and I paid for services. Later that day when I was leaving work was having problems with my heater not working properly didn't have any problems before repairs. Long story short had to go back and drop truck off on February 8,2023 they looked at it any problem was cleared. Bryan went above and beyond the service. I highly recommend them. Quality repairs and customer service

This establishment took care of my mayor problem on 4th of July. Excellent job to diagnose and fix my vehicle. The manager, Mike Muscari took a personal interest and oversaw the complete repair. The car now runs better than ever.

Went in for 4 tires and an alignment check on a Thursday afternoon, they were busy, set me up with an appointment the next day. Appointment time comes, they take the car back, as they're working on the car, Mike points out several items that would cause me issues at a later time. Mike repaired those and got me out the door in a reasonable time. This is the 2nd vehicle they've worked on for me. Awesome customer service. Highly recommend them.

I needed some new tires for my vehicle. Bryan assisted me and answered all my questions, told me my options, and was able to help me get in same day to put my new tires on. He helped me make sure I got the best deal for my money and my rebate. He really went the extra mile to assist me, I truly appreciated the service!! First time at this location and I m very satisfied with their service ! Thank you!

Mike the service manager was more than helpful! I called him very close to closing time to get my tire fixed. He not only accommodated me, but had to stay a little late to finish the job. I will come back here a million times over any other place, just for the simple fact that Mike was hospitable, friendly, and went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. I cannot stress how grateful I am that he got my tire fixed so quickly and efficiently!I would also like to add that I told Mike I needed a new tire. I wasn't aware it was repairable. He knew I was desperate as most other places were closed. He could have EASILY sold little ol' me one of his most expensive tires plus whatever else I "needed", but he was honest and caring and definitely not the type to rip you off.Kudos to Mike and his team. I'll be seeing you all again with any future car needs! Thank you!!! :)

Mike is certainly funny and makes you forget the stress of a broken down vehicle!Bryan is very helpful and was quick. He was able to get me in as a walk in to have my exhaust checked out. He said he would call me Monday with a price because the parts department was closed and 9am sharp he did call.Great Job Guys!!

I have been dealing with these gentlemen for perhaps 15 to 20 years and always have found them be polite, able to do the work that I asked them to do which is mainly where I buy my tires have my oil changed & tire alignments for my Volvo cars! They will always call me and ask about any of the work that should be done soon or sometime in the future. I especially like the tires and usually are able to find them on sale. The manager Bob, Mike, or Brian Orlando are most accommodating! Highly recommend! Steve Larkin

I took hours calling around this morning trying to find someplace to help me get my car worked on (it was very last minute so no one was free) -I recently was in a hit and run accident which totaled my car. The new one I bought was quickly chosen, and had a lot of work to do on it (and needed it done asap).I went to the Goodyear in New London, and the service manager Mike went above and beyond to help fix my car! I ve never had such a pleasant and helpful visit in my life - thank you Mike and everyone else for helping me! I ll be back as soon as I need to :)

In an industry full of blunt force incompetence and frustrations, this tire shop is a huge breath of fresh air.Another local business, which will not be named for Town Fair Tires sake, led me on for an entire week - blowing me off and failing to even order the tires, meanwhile Goodyear had me with a new set of tires on the car later that day.The automotive industry naturally does not have too many "bothers" to give, but these guys care about good service, good product, and good people behind the counter - and it shows on all facets of this gemstone of a tire shop.

Bryan and Mike put my tire shopping experience at ease! I went with Eagle sport all season tires for my Honda Accord coupe and I am very happy with my purchase. Installing the tires did not take themlong at all. Goodyear in New London is an experienced, knowledgeable auto center. I willcontinue to come here for all my car needs as the deals are beyond great!

I made the switch to Goodyear over a year ago and I ve never been more pleased with a tire place. The guys went above and beyond to help me. Brian Orlando especially helped me and was able to get me a good deal on my tires and have them in the next day!! Thank you so much!!

We had an emergency need of tire repair after a rear tire was punctured by a screw. Good Year was able to take us almost immediately and completed the service in significantly less time than we were originally told. Since this was an unexpected stop, we also appreciated the large waiting room and clean bathrooms. It s close to the highway but does require a little attention to the GPS to get on the correct access road.

Excellent auto business. Went for a tire rotation because I purchased my tires there and front end alignment. Dropped my car off at 7 AM and received a call at 9:30 AM informing me my car was ready. Mike was my technician and did and always has done a great job. Highly recommend this Goodyear dealer.
