The only place I will go to get my car repaired! They re absolutely amazing. Great customer servicing! Most other places are a little pushy. They understood my budget here and made an effort to be able to achieve what I needed! This is the only place I feel comfortable and confident to bring my car and I will continuously come back! Rich helped me and he was AMAZING!

GO HERE! rich was amazing. I was concerned that I would get swindled since I don t know much about cars but definitely knew I needed brakes. Not only did they not tack on work that they easily could have charged me for and not done (I ve learned this is common with changing our different oils) but he explained what parts were now under warranty and was able to save me $ on the final bill.

Took my truck here to get it inspected after a recent purchase. Found tons of damage that the dealership didn t disclose. These guys were straight up and honest. Didn t try to push me to purchase anything or go ahead with any repairs. Really honest and straight forward guys! Even had my buddy come

Came in for emission testing. Place very Clean. Was waited on right away although I came super early in the morning . Sat in the waiting room and looked around at tires. Was there maybe half hour. You have to pay cash for emission testing but was told if i sign up for their credit card approved or not it would be free. So I signed up and left. The man who waited on me was pleasant.

Quickly obtained an out of stock tire and made needed repairs same day on a Saturday so I didn't need to miss any work. They nicely kept me updated during the process. Thank you.

Heading home today and found a screw in my tire. A storm coming and it s Saturday, these guys took me right in and fixed it. Ever so grateful!! Highly recommend. Thank you so much!!

Terrible experience. I bought new tires, tires has a terrible hop. Called the shop to have them correct it, they dismiss it and claim it was like that before I got the tires there. I can't get in to get it fixed, because they claim to have a days long backlog, and I don't have another vehicle to just leave there for days for them to maybe work on my issue. This overall has a very expensive, stressful experience and I would not recommend ever going here.Service: Tires

Everyone is very nice and very professional -- very easy service to use. Just make sure to specify if you'd like to keep any tires that are still in good condition but aren't used on the car. I brought 5 all seasons (3 older ones in good condition and 2 newer ones) I didn't know I had to tell them I wanted to keep whatever all season tire that wasn't used, so I lost it because I realized too late. The employee at the front desk was very nice explaining how the process works. At least I know for future.

Visited twice in the past week for two different services- emissions and then a slow leak in one of my tires. Such wonderful service, and both times my car was in and out within 30 minutes. The waiting area is comfortable and the staff is very kind and receptive.Service: TiresService: Tires

Called in the morning to get a tire replaced. They had to order it from another location but they were able to get us in at 4pm that evening and we were headed back to the beach house about an hour later. Efficient with no fuss.

My car broke down over the holiday weekend. It had bad gas put in. I had no where to bring it but here. Took about a week, the radio didn t work and they put in a faulty gas pump. I live in MA, so it was a two hour drive and I didn t realize the pump wasn t working till I noticed the gauge wasn t reading correctly. I got it repaired AGAIN at a place I trusted by me, they informed me that Firestone GROSSLY overcharged me a fully took advantage of me. I attempted to get my money back for the faulty pump and they told me I could only get refunded if I brought it back in person. I tried to go to a different Firestone closer to me and they informed me they were unable to return because that wasn t part of their inventory and I would have to travel back to CT. I ve worked in chain stores before and know it is very possible to return at other locations, or at the very least shop between locations. Overall repairs were close to 4k. I drained my savings and maxed my CCs. DO NOT GO HERE! Especially if you are a young woman. They have no problem taking all your money. I was really trying to trust them and was so upset to hear from my mechanic that the opposite was true. Many people told me I should sue them. It s taken me months to recover mentally and will be researching legal action.

Excellent service! Had a nail stuck in tire night before. Had AAA come out and put my donut tire on. Next morning a little after 7 AM with no appointment walked into Firestone. I needed new tires, so I just decided to get them then and there. Rich the front end guy and his tech was fantastic! Four new tires mounted, installed alignments everything and out of there by 8:30 AM. Saved my day!Service: Tires

I made a appointment online during work for a new tire the same day. To my knowledge I needed one and when I got there they told me they found a nail in the tire and it is repairable for $22! I was so relieved they checked first. They were closing at 7pm and my appointment was at 6pm right before a snow storm was happening tonight. So glad they took me and didn't close early!

After getting an outrageous quote (before they even looked at my vehicle) and a snarky attitude from another joint, I brought my car to Firestone. It was a breath of fresh air. The staff there were warm and welcoming, super friendly, and knowledgable. They looked at my vehicle, showed me exactly what needed to be repaired, gave me a breakdown of everything, and an acceptable time table to complete the repair. The customer service alone is enough of a reason to be a repeat customer.Service: Steering & suspension repair

To get some context this establishment is in a very low income community with people that are struggling economically. I went to get a tire fix(bran new tire that caught a nail) . They told me that the tire was not reparable and wanted me to buy a new one. Thankfully I am not that dumb so I decided to take it to my family mechanic and was able to repair it in minutes. This was two weeks ago and the tire has not shown any further escape. The nail was like and inch long. This people are a bunch of thieves that want to ripped struggling people off. SHAME ON YOU

Had a bit of a tire emergency and needed replacements; the team took care of me right away and had all 4 tires on my car replaced within 45 minutes! I was very impressed by how quickly it got done, especially since I was in a rush that afternoon. Roger and the team were great - I would definitely recommend their services!

I've been to this place many times and even though at 1st and always have gotten a food service from the guys. I'm frustrated I've paid so much money from day one until now to fix a check engine on my car a d it seems I'm just given them the money everytime so.ething is fixed its a few hundred dollars and I end up still with a check engine light that never goes away. I have given up and what bothers me is its been roughly more then 2 grand my car not fix still the same and I do t even get my money back or some of it even though I paid I owe money on a credit card so for my car not been fix at all I feel I shouldn't even pay that back yet I have too. I'm very sad about the whole journey I had faith and hopes my car would finally be fix here...Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I've had many good experiences here having tires mounted. I take advantage of my lifetime alignment package without any issues. The staff are professional, fast, and helpful and the mechanics are knowledgeable. The waiting room is clean. I recommend it for wheel, tire, and general needs. Appointments are also pretty easy to arrange ahead of time.

Had I known the service managers "friendly" personality was going to change so noticeably after declining 200$ of extra work that we did not feel we needed (a filter our regular, highly reputable with a true personality, mechanic, did not mention the week before during an oil change and windshield wipers that we did not feel needed to be replaced as they work fine), I would have given the 1400$ worth of business that we did spend on tires and an alignment, to another. As it apparently wasn't enough to keep his "pleasant " attitude for me while I was cashing out when his whole demeanor had changed smh shame on him, will never spend another dollar at firestone, let alone 1400, it was a huge mistake giving our business to this place. I can't stand rude and phoney people. Especially when I had just cashed out for 1400$ smh
