Car connection I can't say enough nice things about them. Ray is super helpful. Fair with his prices. I brought my van in the day after new years and he got it fixed fast. I'm so happy with the repairs. Van runs solid now.

Took my car in because something was wrong with the gas petal. I paid $300 for it to only be fixed just one day and went back to not working. He doesn t want to repair what he was originally was paid for and said he had no time to do so anyways. So it was a waste of my money and over priced for nothing. Don t bother to bring your car here.

Is thorough, going beyond what many garages do today. He gave us excellent information and didn't charge us for repairs we didn't need. Definitely bringing our cars back.

This is honestly a hidden gem, as far as garages are concerned. Took my car here several times when I first moved to the New London area, and then once more for a fuel pump + fuel line replacement 5 years later. Fantastic service every time. If you prefer the feel of a small shop with direct communication w/ the owner, this is the place for you. Ray Suarez is an excellent mechanic, but as others have noted, he's also kind, fair, and a straight shooter. Highly recommended.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I got new CV joints and replaced some ball bearings. Ray fixed my jeep and got rid of the random clicks and grinding. Ray does really good work here and the prices are fair. Since having work done I ve driven my car to Maine and as far south as Georgia without issue.

RAY is by far the best & honest mechanics around New London, I will continue too use Car Connection & recommend my friends/family to him. I just had new Converters installed & was very affordable great price, back on the road & running. Fast, reliable service in New London located on the road behind the Harley Davidson shop. These guys are known for being one of the best transmission repair shops in Southeastern CT. They had my Jeep Grand Cherokee diagnosed and repaired the same day i dropped it off at an extremely reasonable rate. I would absolutely recommend them.

I just moved to the area, and I really was not sure where to go for a car repair. My exhaust system needed repair (new cat converter), and I needed to get it repaired quickly. My car was diagnosed, they went out and found the part it needed, and had it ready to be picked up in just over 3 hours. I thought the price was very fair, and it actually came out to less than they quoted.They also replaced my brake/blinker light. It had literally just went out the day before, and I had already picked up the bulb I needed. I was going to do it myself, but had not had a chance to change it. It's not difficult, only takes 10 min and a couple bucks, but the little things matter. They didn't even mention it, and I still have my new bulbs. I'll definitely use them again.

Love these guys - always honest, reliable service. Been going here for several years and always count on them to take care my car quickly and with no added services or costs. No hassle up front car care. Hard to come by. These guys have it.

I was 6 hours from home and the guys at Car Connection hooked me up! My car (2011 VW GTI) was stalling and shifting hard making it undrivable. The intake manifold had to be replaced. Undermanned and extremely busy they helped me out. They spent 2 hours trouble shooting my car to make sure I wasn t going to spend unnecessary money. They tracked down the exact parts my car needed and gave me a more than reasonable price to fix my car. By the end of the work day on a busy Friday my car was fixed running smoothly and no shaky engine thanks to Car Connection! Absolutely best customer service I ve personally experienced at an auto repair shop! Thanks again!!
