I had an underwhelming experience at this BMW dealership service center, which was disappointing given the brand's reputation. Throughout my years of car ownership, I've engaged with numerous dealership services, but this particular center was notably the worst.My primary issue was the lack of accommodation for a loaner vehicle despite the service extending over four hours, which is a significant inconvenience given my work commitments. Interestingly, I observed preferential treatment where another customer received a loaner immediately before me, suggesting that connections might influence their service policies.Also, the staff attempted to charge me $200 to inspect my vehicle for a brake pad replacement, which was clearly necessary according to the car's service indicators. After some insistence on my end, they waived this fee, after i made them realize how ridiculous this sounded.The customer service was also lacking; the front desk staff were discourteous, impacting the overall service experience negatively. also, after servicing, my car was parked in an impractical location at the back of the dealership, complicating the retrieval.I don t recommend their services. I have since switched to BMW of Warwick, where the staff exhibits professionalism and respect, addressing any issues promptly without trying to rip me off.

My husband just purchased a 2024- 530 BMW from Jacob Pope at BMW of New London. We have bought many cars from Audi, Mercedes and Lexus dealerships. By far, our experience with Jacob was most exceptional. Jacob had the models we were interested in ready for us to inspect And he reviewed all specifications with clarity and professionalism. We had visited another BMW agency but models not available and certainly sales was not as accommodating.Within 2 hours we bought the car, negotiations and contracts were seamlessly handled.A shout out to Wheeler and Ryan, managers at BMW of New London.

My car faulted during an upload and froze. Amanda, who works in service, was outstanding. She sent over a loaner right away, since I had two medical procedures that day at noon. She gave me her cell number so we could be in constant contact. Amanda certainly went above and beyond during a very stressful time. She was understanding and compassionate. New London BMW is lucky to have an employee like her. She truly understands what "customer service" means.Best,Lizanne Farley

This was by far one of the easiest purchases I have made on a car. Both Jacob Pope and Assistant Manager Ryan were knowledgeable and helpful. We worked out my purchase terms in an hour, including a test drive, and they both stayed after 7pm to get it done. A truly great experience all around!

Amanda and Ben did an exceptional job scheduling my services and went out of their way to accommodate my every need. Ben made sure that my services were done in the time frame I asked for, he also applied all service discounts that were available ar the time of my service, saving us money. I scheduled an appointment for a Tuesday at 11 am. They called me that morning around 8 to let me know they did not have the parts and they would order them for Friday. I go in Friday to drop the car off at 7am, nothing was mentioned about not having the parts. They took the keys and gave me a shuttle home. I call around 1pm because I received no call, no answer. Finally they answer the phone around 2pm just to tell me they have one part but they might have the other parts the next day which would be a Saturday. Mind you my car is my job. The point is they were unprofessional about it. Do not schedule any appointments until you know you have the parts for sure and they re in the building. I waited three days for parts just to get nothing. I had to make an appointment with a BMW that was an hour away. Meanwhile not being able to work!!!!!

My wife and I just recently purchased an X3 from BMW of New London. We were on the fence for months trying to decide which SUV to buy. So many choices out there in the market to choose from. But from the moment we stepped onto this dealerships lot we knew. Salesman Jacob Pope won us over with his knowledge of their product line and his willingness to spend quality time with us to confirm this was the vehicle for us. I purchased a brand-new BMW M440i from BMW of New London on February 14, 2023 and what I thought was a good investment quickly turned into a never ending nightmare. On numerous occasions the screens had to be reprogrammed due to faulty equipment. The hands-free tailgate isn't operating as it should, it too has been checked several times. In December of last year the drivetrain malfunction failed and had to be replaced. January 2024 the IBS cables burnt out tripping other wires which had to be replaced. At the time I had not owned the vehicle for a year. On startup it makes a loud whirring noise that continues as I m driving regardless of the speed or distance travelled. This noise has caused me unnecessary frustration, stress, and embarrassment. Its so disheartening, I refuse to drive anyone in my car, I feel ashamed driving around in local areas as people stare at the nice car that sounds not so nice. BMW insisted that this noise was a normal car sound. As we fast forward to March 2024, I am faced with yet another mechanical issue, heater flap actuator failure. And while my car is being maintenance at BMW of Bridgeport, I am using loaners. The vehicle s constant electrical and mechanical issues have left me feeling unsafe, stranded on the side of the road and unable to operate the car far too many times for a brand-new vehicle. When I visited this dealership and purchased my car it was my understanding that I was purchasing a reliable vehicle, and this vehicle is not it. I do not recommend anyone purchasing from this dealership.

I purchased an oil change special through this dealership , 3 years unlimited oil change for 225. Such an amazing deal . I bring my BMW here for all my oil changes , the service is great , the girl at the service counter is very kind , and the waiting area is very comfortable so you can wait and relax or use the wifi and work .

Brianna in particular, and the BMW Service Team, provided a top notch customer service experience related to my recent vehicle repair need. The first time after owning two vehicles from BMW of New London: an X5 and now X7 that I experienced a repair issue. And a day before the Thanksgiving Holiday!!! Needless to say it was quite the stressful experience. After dealing with subpar Roadside Assistance provided by State Farm Insurance, got my vehicle back to BMW of New London where Brianna effortlessly processed my warranty coverage and she and the team got me into a loner to cover a rigorous and demanding work and holiday schedule. A part of me is patting myself on the back for having purchased the extended warranty, which set a high expectation of owning a BMW related to customer service, but the other part is applauding with gratitude Brianna for stepping in and helping me to get through work and the holidays seamlessly. Thank you Brianna and the BMW Service Team!!! Tank and I are finally reunited!!!

I could not ask for a better car buying experience! Everyone from the receptionist to Sales to Business Manager to Service is courteous, helpful and knowledgeable making it a seamless transaction. Exceptional customer service...it was actually a pleasure to buy a vehicle here. Special shout out to Jacob, Wheeler and Ryan for their stand out service and helping me buy a vehicle I love at a very fair price and trade. Highly recommended!

I rated 3 stars not higher .Huge lack of cars for sale .That's at all the dealers there , (Toyota , Cadillac- Chevy , BMW .Cadillac dealer was the only on with cars on show room floor .Good dealers thoe . They have been there for many years .

From the first day i walked through their door with nothing but a vision in my head,Mr Darnell Williams and Mr Marty Hall worked tirelessly to make it come true.They welcomed me with a warm,friendly and professional service.This picture was taken at the end of it all! It was a celebration and reminder of my pleasant experience that i will cherish for as long as i live! I thank these two gentlemen from the bottom of my heart! Also i like to extend my gratitude to the rest of the entire team:Ryan O'Connor,Michael Smead,Tyler Henton and John Goodrich.You guys rock! And as you can all see,Darnell and myself were trying hard to contain our laughter because of something Mr Marty said shortly before Rayn took the picure! I was on 95 driving when my tire pressure monitor lit up. It was 4:00 in the afternoon and I was at the New London exit. I called and they said come on in. I was back on the road fixed up in 45 minutes. Their service department is fantastic and super friendly! They ve earned my future business!

Great selection of BMWs and the cars salesman was great. I felt I knew more about the car than the salesman which is ok cause the 5 starts was the attention to detail the salesman and management had to my financial needs. They gave great service and I love my car.

The Salesman was nothing short of amazing! Great customer service!The finance guy on the other hand, absolutely unprofessional and rude.! For someone who s paying OVER 80k on a Brand new bmw for their sons birthday , you would think we would get someone professional. If it wasn t a birthday present, we would ve returned the car and made this purchase somewhere else. But my brother had already seen it and fell in love with it. Not only was he in a rush to pick up his daughter but when my dad asked to look thoroughly over the paper work, the finance guy was CLEARLY annoyed. unfortunelty his kid is not any of my business. Maybe he should ve planned better or had someone else help us from the gecko, because he ruined a very special day not only his attitude towards clearly being very annoyed and trying to rush us but also our experience buying our first brand new luxury car.

They would not refund my deposit, I did not except the conditions of the car due to poor paint job. They also would not give me a dealer plate, but they wanted my money and I would have to wait for my car to drive off the lot

Starting with the customer service rep Tiffany was excellent. I had my car towed to BMW She was very kind, helpful and informative. She and Amanda both informed that I could be a few days before they can get to my car. Amanda is always great she texted me updates on my car. Unexpectedly she called me the following day with great news that my vehicle was ready to be picked up. I really appreciate you all for getting my car in and out in such a timely manner after being informed about your booked schedule. I received my car sooner than expected.5 STARS Thank you all !!!!

I ve relied on Stephen in the service group through four cars now - steady and dependable. Three cars bought from Ryan, who I trust absolutely. I knew that the recent M240 purchase carried a markup at most places. They kept it to a minimum and adjusted the trade-in to even out. These things matter.
