Jay Jay has been working on our vehicles for the last 4 to 5 years. He is an extremely knowledgeable mechanic. We have always been satisfied with his workmanship. We highly recommend World Trade Auto Sellers and Jay Jay!

There are no better mechanics than Jay Jay and Chado!!! I've been bringing ALL of my cars here for years and they ALWAYS have my car running like it's brand new. They are very honest, affordable, and most importantly, family. Not only will they tell you what's wrong with your, they'll show you. You can't go wrong coming here

Jay-Jay is a godsend! There s nothing this man can t do, from trouble shooting and engine repairs to auto body work. He took care of my Camry for years and now he s taking care of my Prius; every friend I ve sent him to has been 100% satisfied and has become a loyal customer. So glad to have Jay in my corner!

Excellent service, even better mechanic! Jay Jay was highly recommended by friends and now he's the only person my husband and I go to for both our vehicles. The service is quick and the price is always fair. Very easy to get in contact with (can call and/or text) and is very responsive. He is honest, professional, reliable, and doesn't charge more than the repair is worth. I gladly recommend this mechanic to family, friends, and you.

This is the best mechanic I've ever been to! As a young girl who doesn't know much about cars, I'm always nervous about getting ripped off. But luckily I found Jenner (owner) and he treats me like family and is always honest and polite. Believe me when I say that he has GREAT customer service and is always reliable, available, and affordable. If you're looking for a great mechanic who'll make you laugh, this is the right business for you! 10 out of 10 for sure.

We have been going to JJ for years, he is a great guy and great mechanic. He has worked on all of our cars and we have also bought a couple of cars from him also. He is helpful and always willing to go the extra mile. His service is quick and affordable. I usually get my car back the same day, within a few hours! I would definitely recommend going here!!

A most wonderful individual and top-rate mechanic is Mr. Jenner (Jay) Rodriguez. There are people who can try to make you think they are honest, but really are not, and I had that feeling about my last mechanic. I always knew that he really wasn't trustworthy, but I let him go on a few things that I should not have overlooked just because he was referred to me by a friend. Jay Rodriguez, on the other hand, is a genuinely sincere and good person. I would trust him with my newborn. Not only is he trustworthy, but he is extremely knowledgeable about car mechanics. He doesn't do guesswork; he can diagnose and fix exactly what is wrong with your car so you don't have to pay for unnecessary repairs that can cost you hundreds of dollars you never needed to spend. The car was repaired quickly and thoroughly. I would suggest that you give him a chance to prove his worth to you too. The next time you need to have some work done on your car, Jay Rodriguez is the man to see.

JJ Jenner, the mechanic at World Trade Auto Sellers, has been keeping my peace mobile alive for years. At one point I tried to sell the car and a Hispanic man wanted to buy it. He took it to JJ to check it out. I watched JJ examine the car and could see he knew what he was doing.Later I had a brake problem and went to Midas Muffler for an estimate. That man told me that my back brakes were leaking fluid and wanted $800 dollars to fix them. The car was only worth $800!So I took it to JJ and he told me the other mechanic had lied to me because I went in alone, a lady. He fixed the brake problem for $140. He was honest and competent.JJ and his crew are the bomb. Jj always makes me smile and when I leave I feel confident that my car is AOK. He named his shop after the World Trade buildings because he opened up in 2001 after the bombings. I recommend him highly. I came to him as a customer. I now consider him a friend.Also Se Habla Espanol, so I get to practice..

Jay Jay is the best mechanic in New Haven He is very honest trustworthy. JJ sits you down an explains to you what the problem are with your car an tells u the best route to go. I will always bring my cars to him. He gets right on your car you will have your car back in a few hrs! Prices are great! He doesn't rip you off! He is a good guy!

My daughter introduced me to JJ when I needed repairs done to my car. JJ is kind and honest. He also goes to great lengths to make sure whatever concerns I have with my car is taken cared of. I can count on JJ when it comes to my car and he is always friendly to my children. I would highly recommend bringing your car to World Trade Auto for excellent maintenance and repairs.

JJ is amazing. He is an extremely skilled mechanic who always provides superior service at reasonable prices. He is honest and provides pictures of his repairs. He is very accommodating and customer-centered. I'll never go anywhere else! Added bonus: he's a comedian with very sweet shop dogs.

Jay is an honest and kind professional who does everything possible to insure you are comfortable while providing 20+ years of expertise. Jay Jay, Is a wonderful mechanic. I feel like God send me to him and to be My very own mechanic. This men has been so helpfull to me and My Car. Because Of him i have been driving My Car without a problema and i feel so much safer driving my car after everything I learn and he though me, because as a women I did not know much about how to maintain a car, and having Jay Jay, as my mechanic it's been a true blessing. Thank you for all your good deed Jay Jay and for having a positive and fun attitude. I will gladly recommend to anyone whom I know and may need your service.

Jay jay is the best mechanic for any college student. he was able to replace my engine for Acura MDX. I called over 15 repair shops and they all wanted to charge me more for what I paid for the engine. He is very helpful and affordable. He got me back on the road within 48 hours. Its been over a month now and no issues. Car is driving better than before. Thank you. Will definitely recommend him to all my friends. Emmanuel the American

J.j is a very nice guy and hes trust worthy. He always tries to give you the best prices.my mom and my boyfriend we all bring our cars to him if anything goes wrong. He gets to the bottom of every problem.my car is always done in a few hours and sometimes he even bring my car too me. He's the best he will always have me as a customer.:)

World Trade Auto Sellers in New Haven is a first rate auto shop. JJ, the owner, has repaired my cars for several years with excellent skill, timeliness and at a cost that is always fair.He can diagnose a problem better than any mechanic I have ever known. I always feel confident that he will do the repair right the first time and at a cost that is always less than than others charge.I couldn't ask for more and you'll feel the same too.

My entire extended family uses Jay Jay and World Trade Auto Sellers. For anything automotive, he is the person to see. I trust Jay Jay completely with my vehicles. He is honest and knows cars. He knows all the local people in the auto industry and took care of my tints, tires, emissions, body work, etc. I have recommended him to friends and everyone is totally happy with the work he does. Every time I go to JJ he treats me like family. His prices are reasonable and my car is done without having to wait a long and unnecessary amount of time. He even delivered my car to job in the freezing rain. i trust no mechanic but him.

I have a VW GTI and originally took it to VW in North Haven to get it fixed. They wanted to charge a lot of money for a possible warranty issue so I was recommended to J.J. by a friend. Fixing this car was such a headache but I must say J.J. was very patient and helpful throughout it all. One thing that I love most is that he was never ashamed to reach out for help when solving the issue became difficult. He really aims to please all his customers and I'm grateful to him. I would recommend his shop to everyone I can and will surely be back in the future.

Excellent Service!! Very Satitisfied On Work Done on My BMW. Highly recommended as a Skilled Mechanic. Jay-Jay (Mechanic) Was very straightforward and Honest about all work. He let me know what was wrong and what had to be done to fix the problem he even sent me Photos via Text on worked performed on my vehicle. Very Satitisfied!!!

The customer service here is truly stellar. I was very pleased with the repairs that were done to my car. I advised the owner that he has a customer for life. This was the second time that they woked on my vehicle and I was very happy with the outcome. They are honest, dependable, reliable and very accommodating. I highly recommend their services to others

I was recommended to jayjay from a close friend of mine so I went to check him out one day. As I met him I already knew he was a stand up guy very genuine so I decided to bring my car over to replace a few parts he did the job without a doubt. I had a couple parts of my own and he went out his way to find more parts I needed at a great price. That s one good thing aswell you can go to jayjay without any parts and he ll take care of it on his time to find the parts you need and install them or you can bring your car with the parts and he ll be more then happy to replace them at a great price. Any make any model any year I m 110% positive he will get the job done and have you leave the shop with a perfect working car and a big smile on your face. I recommend Jayjay to anyone and everyone!!

This guy, Jay, takes care of my wife's car everytime we go by to fix her car. Jay makes sure everything is good before it leaves the shop. Great customer service and I recommend anyone who has any kind of troubles with your car!!

I ve been having my cars serviced by Jenner for over 10 years I wouldn t trust anyone more than him. He is honest always a more than fare price and I drive away with piece of mind. You couldn t ask for a nicer guy.
