After being turned away from several dealerships due to my credit, I found Unique Auto they took great care of me and my family and got me approved for a car! The girls there are extremely nice and welcoming. I highly recommend!

Caroline is amazing ! She went above and beyond for me when I came in. If I had questions I could call her and she help immediately. Always checking in to see how everything is going with the car. I would strongly recommend them. I came in for a car and left within 2 hours driving off with the car I wanted. If you re going, call and ask for Caroline, or Angie ! Both lady s are so knowledgeable and helpful. Making the process of owing a new car less stressful. 1000/10 experience with them. God bless them

10/10 recommend this place, their customer service is top tier ! They made me, my sister and my cousin feel very comfortable. I wasn t really sure if I was going to be able to get a car when I came here but they made sure I walked out with one at a very good price. Everyone here works with you and has their best interest at heart.

Caroline and Angela were very friendly and helpful throughout the whole car buying process. I live far away and they made it happen quick for me. The car was cleaned inside and out and we were impressed with everything.

My experience with Unique auto sales was GREAT ! They got me approved for an amazing car and amazing deal. The staff members at this dealership were awesome! I highly recommend anyone to go and check them out you won t go wrong. They have a variety of SUV s and sedans for a great price. I will definitely continue doing business with them in the future. The service they provided is greatly appreciated!

Had so many issues with Dmv for years! My address was never corrected after numerous times of changing. Called Unique Auto last minute and they were able to register 2 cars, Change my address and do emissions within a few minutes!!!!

Me and my husband bought a car from here recently and was provided with nothing short of the best customer/sales service! We were desperately in need of a car and within a few hours we walked away with a beautiful car. Caroline and Jerry made this a very smooth process for us. IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD.My husband and I and our infant daughter recently moved to New Haven and needed a car immediately. I admit that due to so many student loans our credit was not the best but still we trusted the false kindness of this place who clearly sold us a damaged car even though they admitted even in the contract that the car had no defects . Brought back to them multiple times after buying it for repairs and consistently the car ran for a day then was down again. This last time after paying another $300 I am here advising everyone to NOT buy a car from this place. Their customer service is often not available or present and when it s present very rude. Their car repairs are not reliable and only now I wish I had read some of the one star reviews so I could have avoided so much trouble, money and problems caused by a lemon car sold by this place.

Caroline is absolutely amazing! I registered my son's first vehicle there and she was so helpful and friendly. She made the process so enjoyable. I will definitely be going there for my registration needs in the future and I suggest you do the same!

If you plan on shopping around for cars, try visiting Unique Auto Sales! Caroline was completely invested in the whole process, and made me feel as though my Win was her win! I wouldn't consider going anywhere else to purchase a car!

This is my 3rd car I brought from them and i will not go anywhere else to get my cars. They are so professional and they really do take care of their people. They re like my second family and when I walk in the attention is on my needs. Angie, Caroline and the whole staff are so amazing.

She also helped me get my father in law situated with transportation for work. Caroline was absolutely fantastic and extremely patient as I needed to register a vehicle as I had not had to worry about DMV paper work for some time. I cannot say enough about how easy she made the process and how patient she was with my paperwork. Unique also has some very nice cars on their lot for sale!

Got pre approved sent requested information and then before I even finished sending in my infor the sales man Walter turned around and said I have loans in front of me and no longer have time to sell you a truck. He offered a new sales person. But if they treat you like chit in the middle of the sale what would happen during or after. Beware of this dealership and sales thing. Too stupid to drop a sale because someone had a new loan going. Just beware of this guy and dealership if they let their sales people kick a sale to the curb BEWARE!!!

Ive been here 3 times in 1 day due to an error i made but each time the staff were super helpful and informative. If it wasn't for my own mistake i would've been in and out within 5 minutes. I came to register my car at this location to avoid the Dmv's appointment list. Thank you, unique auto for saving me today.

Purchased a vehicle from this place and we agreed on repairs prior to the purchase. During the first oil change I noticed a leak coming from the timing chain case (this was removed during the repairs made prior to purchase by the dealer) I called and asked if they would help cover the cost of the labor to have this issue fixed and I was told it s my issue and that they did everything they can. I now have to spend 750$ to fix the leak that was caused by them! I am making my second payment on this vehicle in a few days with the burden of the additional costs to have the timing case removed and sealed properly. I would never recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from this place.
